The Arni Sukhumvit 101

There were plenty of shops and cafes etc nearby. The train station is easily walkable from the room to access all parts of Bangkok easily (around 30-40 minutes to most central locations). The room is spacious but simple. The hallways are kept very clean. We liked that there was a fridge and microwave so we were able to make ourselves breakfast etc.

Some furniture in the room could do with an update. The process to collect the keys was a little strange - you need to meet someone on a little table outside in the car park to pay your cash deposit and wait for your passports to be scanned. The entrance whilst we were there was difficult to navigate as there were building works.

Check in was easy and the room was clean.

Location was a little too far from the hotspots of Sukhumvit road

Perfect place. Clean, comfortable and modern in a cool little neighborhood, great restaurants and coffee shops and several bars. Easy walk to the BTS.

Room all as described, clean and big bed, shower was reasonable.

Checking in was really difficult. I'd just landed, it was late, I didn't have any cash. I went to the sister hotel, taken to a random desk outside the apartment block. Demanded 500THB deposit, wouldn't take bank card, passport or anything. Offered to pay on card at hotel - no. If you are turning up late this is a disaster as I don't know where the nearest ATM was, it's also expensive to take out money in Thailand so this is really annoying. If you want to demand a deposit then at least be flexible in what you'll accept. You then have to fill out a million barely printed forms which are tedious.

Nice surrounding areas, two 7/11, a Lotus fresh market and a Pharmacy within 1 minute walk. 6 minutes walk to Punnawithi BTS station.

Good location, close to BTS, quiet street, 2 minute walk to street food and 7-eleven, helpful personnel, clean, stable wifi, big room and bed, good price, everything good

there was a table with comfortable chairs and a mosquito net

there was a very dirty blanket on the bed, it was obvious that it had not been washed for a very long time. otherwise just a regular dirty room - it was obvious that it had been wiped with one old rag, equally sticky floors and surfaces. together with very bright yellow lighting, yellow walls create an unpleasant feeling, if you want to relax, I do not recommend.

It should clearly mention that it do not have lift… its an apartment and with a security guard and no clear facilities… ac is a old room smelled little odd

The room was clean and tidy. It fit in very well with our plans. The security is good. This is our second stay here.

I cannot complain about anything for the price. You get what you pay for.

The room was very clean and quite large. Very good value for money. But this is really an apartment building which rents out rooms on a daily basis, so typical hotel ameneties/services are not available.

The bathroom was a little small.

I keep coming back to this property because everything is just right, all the time for a reasonably sized room at a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and flexible as well.

This was my second stay at this property and I came back for a reason ... because it was great the first time, and it was no different the second time.

Clean, simple studio apartment located I calm Soi. Not noisy and a real bargain for the price. Beds are acceptable and I slept well. I can highly recommend it as a place to stay if you have basic needs and expectations. A positive experience all in all.

Affordable room and decent location. Not at all bad, very decent. Staff is super friendly. The doorman is extremely kind and understanding even though his english was not the greatest. 100% worth it if you just want somewhere to crash and you are gonna be out most of the day anyway.

Unfortunately you can see the place has had its best time. A lot of the things are older and not as great as when I stayed in the same facility a few years ago.

Thin walls, heard noise from outside all the time.

I stayed for 1 month here. Had a room on the 5th floor. There is no elevator but got used to walking up the stairs everyday. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the view from my room and so quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to Punnawithi BTS but you could always use grab bike if you don't want to walk. I guess a short stay tourist wouldn't stay here as it's not in a touristy area like silom/Siam etc but I really enjoyed the stay. Everything was just fine.
