Reviewed Dec 5, 2023This is not a typical hotel but a rental suite within an apartment compound. The floor within the two-floor suite is dusty. The shower is not hot at all if you don't turn on the jacuzzi tub faucet. We complained to the counter but didn't get an answer. The parking garage is another disaster. All cars would jam inside for no sufficient space and only one way to enter and exit. The building has the elevator maintenance at the peak time for check-out. This is absolutely an idiotic decision.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2023Fun property for my family and I. Parking is included, and the in-room hotspring tap is neat. My child loved climbing up/down the stairs, and it's a short walk to the night market. Many of the room units are apartments, and the manager's office is across the street. Not much of an inconvenience though. I liked this place.

Reviewed Nov 15, 2019The name of this guest house made me think that it was a hotel. Even though this guest house was sorted in the section of B&B in Expedia, I chose this because of its nice decoration seen from the photos. However, actually, I was arranged to live in an apartment. The decoration of the room looked like what in the photos was. It was a nice and warm environment. Why I was a little bit disappointed was that it was not a hotel. Actually, I was arranged to live in a tiny apartment built in the hot-spring area . The apartment building is called "山那邊溫泉社區". I wondered how can the building provide hot spring water to all apartment rooms. The breakfast was provided by a local coffee shop called Louisa Coffee. The guest house owner prepaid some coupons and gave me the coupon after check in. The choice was very limited and I had to add charge to upgrade the drinks. It take 10 minutes to walk from the Jiaoxi bus station to the guest house.
