Ze hadden ons niet geïnformeerd dat het zwembad precies de periode dat wij er waren gesloten was. Gecompenseerd met kamer upgrades. Dat was attent!

Food was not really good value for money

The hotel is located by a beautiful beach. It has excellent facilities. We had got a suite room and we were offered a king suite upgrade 50% discount. The room was spectacular with a huge living room and kitchen area, 2 toilet and 1 huge bathroom with shower and a bathtub with a view to the seaside... Everything perfect. Incredible balcony perched over the seaside. Excellent service and very good breakfast.

We were a bit disappointed with the Japanese restaurant that we tried on the second night. It was alright, but we were expecting something more special.

Pros: Beautiful view, super clean, friendly staff, lovely onsen, free laundry use, daily cleaning of room and restock of coffee & bottled water, lemon water in lobby, outdoor showers from the beach. MUST rent a car if coming here. Everything is too far to walk.

Tattoos not allowed in the outdoor pool was strange (front desk has tattoo covers) overnight hotel guests have to pay just to get pool seats, restaurants onsite were expensive.

3人で宿泊する予定だったのですが当日に無料で部屋をグレードアップしていただきベッドが四つある広い部屋に案内していただけました。御ホテル様のご厚意のおかげでとても快適に過ごすことができました。また部屋からは海が見渡すことができ、眺望も大変素晴らしいものでした。

The staff were very welcoming, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. They really took good care of us and made us feel comfortable and well looked after. The hotel was also clean, peaceful, and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We hope to come back again!

The only downside for us was the distance from Tokyo, since that’s where our home is. The journey was a bit long, but honestly, it was worth it once we arrived and experienced the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

施設の使い方は少しずつ変化していますが、昔から変わりなく、メンテナンスがいきとどいている。

今回は一泊でしたので、特に気になりませんでした。

It is right on the beach. The onsen is lovely.

Just be aware if you have no car there is nothing else around. We did have a car but still struggled with the food inside the hotel... the info in the room says the cafe closes at 5 , but when we arrived they stopped serving food at 3. There are many restaurants in the hotel but all are overpriced, there is no option for a decent priced dinner or breakfast. So if you don't have a car this would be a problem.

プールと海がすぐ隣で、行ったり来たりできるところが最高でした！温泉も気持ちよかったし、朝食のバイキングも美味しかったです。外のテーブルで海を眺めながら朝ごはんを食べられたことがよかったです。お部屋も広くて、ベランダから潮風を感じながら海を眺めるのが心地よかったです。夜になるとナイトプールもあり、ちょっと肌寒かったので入るのは諦めましたが、綺麗にライトアップされていてベランダから見ているだけでも夏気分が味わえました。お庭もお花がきちんと手入れされていて、夜はライトアップされていたので、家族でお散歩を楽しめました。

エレベーターが2箇所にありますが、プールに行くにはどちらを使う、フロントに行くにはどちらを使うなど分かれていたので、慣れるまでは少し迷子になりました。

大浴場へ行くエレベーターが一つしかないから混んでいた。

駅からシャトルバス運行利用できない時間帯に駅に到着してもタクシーですぐ。 海もプールも温泉も楽しめる。 プール専用のタオルは濡れたら新品タオルにチェンジは嫌な顔せず対応してくれた。 大浴場にはタオルがいっぱいで使いたい放題なので何回も温泉を楽しむ事ができた。 露天風呂はこじんまりしていてもう少し広いといーなーとは思うが充分満足です ディナーバイキングは元が取れるほどは食べれない笑どれも美味しかった　帰る時にアイスがあるのが分かり　え〜って言ったら部屋に持っていきなとスタッフさん声かけてくださったがお腹いっぱいですとお断りしたら横にあったよっちゃんイカを手に渡してくれた←そーゆーの嬉しいです　うまい棒やよっちゃんイカなんて10円20円の事で宿泊者が気分良くなりリピートに繋がるんだと思った 帰りの日にプールで遊びお風呂に入ってから帰ろうと14:30ちょい前から風呂のオープンに待っていたら、少し早いけど入っていーぞー今日の風呂は格別に気持ちいーぞー！と風呂の掃除や管理をされてる方でしょうか？ものすごくやりとりが気分良かった

ご近所さんの部屋には新聞がドアノブにひっかかっていたが私達の部屋には新聞が無かったのは何でなのかな？宿泊プランで違うのか？地元ではないから、違う新聞なら1面だけでも目を通して見たかった

朝食付きなのお得！ バルコニー付き○、プール○、海にすぐ行ける○ 卓球もできた！

ゆっくり落ち着いて滞在できるホテルです。リピーターになりました。

Virkelig rent hotel! Dejlig beliggenhed ved vandet. Super fine faciliteter og en lækker pool. Man skal dog lige være opmærksom på at liggestole koster lidt at leje hvis man vil have parasol. Restauranterne prøvede vi ikke da de var booket op - så book inden ankomst. Meget fin onsen.

Det er gratis vaskemaskiner men de er virkelig dårlige og vi endte med at bruge en del tid på maskiner der ikke tog vand ind eller ikke ville centrifugere- så gå på vaskeri i stedet. Morgenmaden var ikke så pænt præsenteret

子供がいる方にはもってこいのホテルです！ プールも付いていて目の前にプライベートビーチもついてて温泉も子供が入りやすいようになってました！ お部屋とは別で子供用のプレイルームも付いていてとても良かったです！

部屋の冷房が全然聞かなくてとても暑かった フロントに電話したら空調確認してくれたり、扇風機を貸してくれたりで良かったけど寝る時など暑くて子供もぐずったりで大変だった

Excellent views, beautiful Onsen, great rooms and well kept gardens and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Limited dining options and times and bar area and cafe/shop not available at times during the day.

Great place, awesome beach and city with grocery stores is not that far away, 15 minutes walk. Enjoyed sound of waves all night long. Very close to metro.

We were a bit shy to use onsen first time, so we didint go, since we don’t know the rules, maybe better instructions would have encouraged. Also we saw some people catching small crabs on nearby rocks close to hotel and they brought those crabs to hotel for whatever reason. That was really disappointing since they are obviously not a toys, would be great if stuff could remind it for everyone.

プールサイドの両側に並んでいるチェアは予約制で、利用するには2,000円かかりました。このようなホテルは初めてでした。 また、プールもかなり小さく、部屋のベッドは柔らかすぎて寝ると体が沈み込んでしまい、あまり快適に眠れませんでした。 全体的に期待外れだったため、もう利用することはないと思います。

Veldig vakkert hotell, fantastisk strand, nydelig mat, veldig rent og hyggelig personale.

Trodde at baren var betjent til litt lenger enn 21.30, og at det var litt mat å få tak i innimellom fastsatte åpningstider på restaurantene. Hadde vært flott å kunne nyte en drink utendørs etter 21.30.

We made a special request and they went above and beyond to accommodate our request for our sons birthday!

朝食、ロケーション、設備(大浴場、客室内、屋外施設、植栽)、スタッフ対応など、全て良かった。定期的にまた来たいし、長期宿泊も良いかもと思わせる気持ちになりました。

The hotel was old but they tried to keep it in good shape. They had a nice pool unfortunately it was closed 90% of the time we were there in the end of June. The onsen was nice, try also the lokal onsen at the fishermen store with a wiew.

The breakfast was not so much our style. The pool was closed the most of the time.

Good facilities. Nice setup especially catering to surfing enthusiasts. Free parking.

Its located outside of the city, you have to drive to get there and back. No food deliveries. If visiting during rain season, it is isolated. Hawaiian decor is not for everyone.

We only stayed one night here as it was a transit hotel for us, but we had a great time! + The hotel has a really cozy vibe and although it's probably on the older side, I wouldn't necessarily say it's dated. + The staff spoke very good English and they were really helpful and polite. Check in was quick and easy. + The room was pretty spacious and clean. We had all the amenities that we could need. The balcony is a really nice plus, as it had a sea view and you're literally right on the beach. Drinking something at night while listening to the waves is very relaxing. + The beds were soft and comfortable. + The breakfast was also very good and sufficiently varied We didn't get a chance to explore all the facilities that the hotel had but it looked like a great place to spend a few days. Highly recommend it!

Not my first time staying and hotel is in a very nice location with its own access to the beach area.

The quality of service has gone down considerably compared to previous years. 1. The pool is only open on the weekends (10am -4pm) 2. There was leftover garbage from previous visitors in the room under the bed. 3. It's starting to feel quite outdated

La vue était à couper le souffle. La chambre était très grande et la literie très bonne. Nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps, j'espère pouvoir y revenir un jour!

The location is beautiful , staff is nice and helpful, food was really great. The rooms and furnitures have to be refreshed sooner or later.

とても風光明媚で、心が落ち着く場所でした。プールも温泉も海もあるのが嬉しいです。子ども向けのアクティビティも多く見られました。心身ともにリフレッシュできる場所だと思います。朝食も素晴らしく、ホテルもお部屋も清潔でした。立地はあまり便利とは言えませんが、自然豊かな環境を考えれば想定内です。

チェックインの際、なぜか私と夫の身分証明書のコピーを取られました。受付の女性が「コピーを取ってもよろしいでしょうか」と尋ねてきたので、私たちは「何のためでしょうか」と理由をお聞きしました。しかし、その方は理由を説明することができませんでした。一度席を外し、戻ってくると「本人確認のためです」とおっしゃいましたが、チェックイン時に原本をお見せするのと同じことではないでしょうか。私たちは不快に感じました。原本をご確認いただいたのに、なぜコピーが必要なのでしょうか。それでも結局、コピーは求められました。選択の余地がないのであれば、最初に質問をする意味があるのでしょうか。 私と夫は日本に住んでいますが、日本人のお客様の身分証のコピーは取られていないのではないかと思います。私たちが外国人であるという理由での差別のように感じられました。たった一晩滞在するだけの場所に、自分の個人情報が永久に残ってしまうことが理解できません。これまで他のホテルで、私たちの書類のコピーを取られたことは一度もありませんでした。とても残念な気持ちが残りました。

Отличный отель на первой береговой линии. Большой номер с потрясающим видом на океан, удобные кровати, бассейн с теплой водой, выход на городской пляж, спа: всё прекрасно.

Отель расположен в километре от поселка, поэтому мест, где можно перекусить вне отеля, достаточно мало. В ресторанах отеля цены завышены. Также, иногда рестораны могут быть закрыты на спецобслуживание.

Красивый ухоженный отель, прекрасный вид из окна на океан, комнаты убирают каждый день, очень чисто, вежливый персонал. Очень удобное расположение вблизи пляжа, после можно пойти в онсен.

Хотелось бы чтобы в цену входил завтрак, досточно дорого отдельно брать завтраки и ужины в отеле.

Traumhaft, sehr schöne Zimmer. Tolle Lage, schönes Spa. Sehr schöner Strand, toller Poll. Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Liegt fast direkt an einer Zug- Haltestelle. Umgeben von sehr netten kleinen Ortschaften. Wir haben für einen kleinen Aufpreis und Upgrade bekommen, eine Sweet über zwei Etagen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen.

Der Preis für Frühstück ist eindeutig zu teuer. Deswegen haben wir uns was im Nachbarort gekauft.

We took the sea view room upgrade that was offered on check in and we were so pleased as the view was of what post cards are made from. Note, check what beds are in the room, we ended up with 2 x singles!

ホテルのコンセプトがしっかり伝わってきました。２回目の利用ですが、２回とも、とてもゆったりした気持ちで温泉も屋内外の施設そのものも楽しめました。ホテル全開の空気がとても良いです。各部署のスタッフさん全員から、とてもよい雰囲気を感じることができ、きっと良い職場環境なのだろうと思いました。リピーターになりそうです。

1点残念だったのは、ヴッフェのパスタが、折角の立派なパルメザンチーズをうまくいかせていなかったことです。チーズを削ってからませてましたが、パスタの温度が低いために、溶けずに絡まっていなくて、ザラザラと残っていて、残念でした。削るのではなく、バーナーか何かで溶かして絡めたら美味しかったかも。それかフライパンなどを使って、パスタとよく絡めるとか？ ローストビーフは。柔らかくて美味しかったです^_^

So accessible (3 min from a train station, 15 min beautiful walk to Kawazu station), amenities (such as onsen), with balcony overlooking the Milky Way, restaurant staff very very nice and friendly, private beach so chill. Just perfect!

Die Lage am Strand sowie der Ausblick waren absolut sensationell. Personal war sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und großzügig sowie die Zimmergröße war sehr gut. Stellplatz war inklusive. Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Ozean waren das i-Tüpfchen

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was das einzige Manko darstellt, insbesondere das Badezimmer (Wanne/WC).

Onsen, so magnificent. I also had a conversation with the old staff member and the young staff member at the onsen when I had finished and that was fun and inciteful getting to know a couple of workers who were local to the area. The main attraction is the smorgasbord breakfast. It is so delicious, plentiful, such a broad menu. I Spent more than an hour enjoying breakfast and relaxing in the dining room both mornings.

Location was absolutely beautiful. Just a short walk to a small station and 20 minutes to Kawazu. They also have a free shuttle that goes to the station. Breakfast was really good, but dinner was outstanding. Absolutely loved my stay here and can't wait to come back!

Everything was great, from the pickup to the drop-off at Kawazu Station. The check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. There was a decent selection for breakfast, but mostly Japanese and some western dishes. The overall value was good.

If any, I hope they would upgrade the bathrooms, as they are a bit dated. But other than that, nothing else. Would love to go back in summer.

I was really happy to be offered an ocean view room even though I had to book a mountain view room. This elevated my experience quite a bit. I enjoyed sitting and looking at the amazing view. The rooms and food were also amazing. Kawazu Seven Waterfalls a definite must see!

I couldn't use the onsens as I had tattoos but I respect Japan's onsen culture. Other than this, there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

Die Lage war perfekt. Der Blick aufs Meer mit dem unvergesslichen Sonnenaufgang am Strand war wunderschön! Da kann das Hotel ruhig etwas in die Jahre gekommen sein. Die Lage ist zeitlos schön! Der Onsen war super. Die Anlage rundherum sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Kaiseki Menü im japanischen Restaurant ein Muss!

Das französische Restaurant war überteuert und nicht besonders gut.
