駅に近くて良かった。ゆったり熟睡することができ快適に過ごすことができた。

駅からのアクセスが良かったです。B1にある人気の蕎麦レストランに行きたい、とフロントで話したところ、ちょうどお店の開店時間17：30ごろだったため、「今すぐなら入れるがこれを逃すと最低1時間待ち」という有益なアドバイスをいただき、すんなり席にご案内いただきおいしいお蕎麦とおさけを堪能しましたｖ

シンプルでよかった

友人と二人でツインを利用しましたがゆとりのあるお部屋で快適でした。朝食も美味しくてお得感満点です。フロントのスタッフさんたちがみんな感じが良くて鍵を預ける度いい気分でした笑。楽しい旅をサポートいただきありがとうございます。

窓が小さくて部屋が暗く、朝日が入らないこと。 それと電子レンジが使えたら嬉しかったです。

スタッフの方のお心遣いがさりげなくて良かったです。

喫煙ルーム、禁煙ルームを一部屋で止まったのですが、喫煙ルームのフロア自体にタバコの臭いが染み込んでいたのが気になりました。

i like it was very close with the station, convienient stores, supermarket and restaurants. the tv has youtube. we enjoy it very much.

we at the 2nd floor and in front of vending machine, a little noisy. woke up too early as much as 2am when someone using vending machine . the coinssss!!! 🤣🤣🤣

少し施設の古さを感じますが十分と思います。併設されてる蕎麦屋さんも美味しくいただきました。

施設の古さを気にする人は抵抗はあるかも…朝食もカレーとパンだけなので物足りなさを感じる人はいるかも

フロント階や食事スペースの床が木材で、雰囲気が良かった。

朝食が炭水化物ばかりだったので、サラダやヨーグルトなどがあるとうれしかった。無料サービスなので、そこまで求められないかもしれませんが…

No tienen parking, hay que ir a los alrededores. Pero por algún motivo me obligaron a firmar un papel que solo tienen en japones quitándose la responsabilidad de lo que pueda pasarle a tu coche... Sin más explicación, o firmaba o no me daban la habitación

24時間チェックインさせてもらえた。

朝食が9時までで、8時過ぎに行ったら、何も残っていなかった。 他の方が言って、出してきたパンも少なく、結局小さなパン１つしか食べるものがなかった。 なくなったら、朝食の補充は出来ないことを、前もって書いていて欲しい。

金額がすごく安いのが良いです。 自販機は高いと思っていましたが安くて ビックリです。 駅からも近いので良いです。

Le personnel vraiment agréable, on a eu un souci la premiere nuit car nous avions une forte odeur de cigarette venant d'une autre chambre bien que la nôtre était non fumeur. Le personnel nous a gentiment changé de chambre et c'était niquel. Proximité de la gare (littéralement 2 minutes à pieds). Enfin on a bien aimé le petit déjeuner car il y en a pour tous les goûts : curry et soupe miso pour le petit déjeuner japonais et petits pains et croissants avec café et jus d'orange pour le petit déjeuné occidentale.

Comme dit au dessus, bien que nous avions une chambre non fumeur et l'hôtel étant vieux les odeurs et les bruits passent.

Très proche de la gare, parfait. Personnel à l'écoute et toujours dispo

皆さん書いていますが、照明が暗かったことです。 手を上げたら天井に手がつく位天井が低かったです。 古い建物で設備も老朽化しているんだなと感じました

部屋のドアが開きにくい部屋でした。 鍵を回した後にスムーズにドアが開くといいなと思います。

トイレの便座が冷たかった。

Walking distance to Nagano Station. Warm rice, curry and coffee for breakfast. Fast check-in, working air-con with heater function. Desk light is bright enough to compensate for poor lightning in room. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly, luggage keeping service after check-out is much appreciated.

Towel should be of better quality. Carpet in lift and rooms should be better maintained. Blanket should be more comfortable to keep warm in winter. Vintage radio wake-up system with NHK channel next to bed should be repaired.

The hotel staff were really professional and efficient. There is a compliementary breakfast of some local breads and curry. The hotel is a quick walk away from the station so it made travel very efficient. Overall it was a good price for the room in a convient location that served it's purpose since we had a lot of plans outside.

The room was a bit dated. There was dust in a lot of places and the bathtub had a dent in it. There were small flies (3-5) that appeared in the bathroom which we were not sure where it came from.

Great location! 3 minute walk from Nagano Station and the grocery store. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around. Enjoyed the location. And the air/fabric freshener spray available to use smelled great!

Extra blankets would have been nice. The comforter had some weight to it and so silky smooth that it kept sliding off the bed if too much hung over the side. It would be nice if there was a second option of blanket in the closet. Also, There was a traffic sign outside that kept beeping for extended periods of time. It only happened about 2 or 3 times that I noticed, but it’s not the hotel’s fault since it was outside commotion. Just keep in mind if you are a super light sleeper.

値段と雰囲気と立地が良かったです

離長野車站、唐吉柯德（非24小時）非常近！櫃檯員工很親切！！早餐種類很不錯，而且是免費的！不會主動清房間，我覺得很不錯，我不用每晚都要把戰利品收到行李箱內、稍微整理房間～

床有點硬，畢竟一晚跟東京一樣房價了，還是希望可以軟一點，但是雪季比較貴也是應該的，所以可以接受！

The location near Nagano Station is nice, and everything was clean and quiet.

The breakfast is kind of minimal. Just curry and coffee and a few pastries. The building is dated and shows signs of wear.
