Nothing. Till now I have done at least 100+ booking through booking.com and this stay and facility is one of the worst.

The door didn't lock properly the entire night The flush of toilet was not working Bathroom sink is missing the water arrestor Room floor was sticky all through the stay I will not recommend this stay to anyone

It's based on the highway far away from Vapi Station -almost 10 km, if anyone does not have their own vehicle & comes to Vapi station via train late night reaches.... then how could they reach the Hotel.

Room was clean but location is far off. No local transport from hotel to city. Water in shower not boot ot was just warm. Pressure was too low. Shower holes were clogged. Everything else was just ok

The room was good, clean, and comfortable.

The location was bad, it took my car trouble to come, right in front of the highway and traffic most of the time. The food was bad and improvements needed just the food is the issue otherwise a good experience in. The paneer cost us 400 and tasted very bitte.

Two Receptionist words very poor No one responded properly They said breakfast was not included, but in my booking confirmation showing included. Many problems happened from check in to check out

Reception took more than 30 mins to give keys even after advance booking, Someone else's nonnveg food was delivered to our room that too after 1 hr of ordering, service boy not ready to deliver food in 2 rooms, had argument with him, senior said sorry and escaped, our room keys where blocked before we checked out, no one controlling loud people who where shouting in corridor distrubing our sleep, food was not available next day, item served without complementary dish, shampoo not available in room, toilet paper not available in room. Very bad service.

From entrance to everything else.! Not even a gate at the main entrance.! No lights at the gate in night.! Not even enough parking facility. Room communication phone was also didn’t working and even after complaining twice , No one even solve anything.! I had to call hotel’s main telephone from my mobile phone and had to order anything that I wanted.! Poor management

The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. Especially Jasmine. She was quick to respond to any help that was needed.

The breakfast options were ok but the food quality was not to the mark. Things were oily and not really well prepared. The room cleanliness was good enough.

On NH48 so if you are driving and want to stay for overnight rest then location is very good.

Bed and cushions are not comfortable. Chair is broken. There is a gate inside our room to another room in our room which was scary, please avoid staying in 707. Bathroom was too small and there are no brush, paste or hair dryer present. Overall facilities are old at this property and revamp is needed to sustain.

Nothing seemed to be liked about in the hotel.

It just seems like a big hotel from outside, it actually seens to be rented from third floor on the building, no one was there on the ground floor to help us with our baggafe, we just read on the board that reception is on 3rd floor and grabbed our baggage to the elevator. Food was too expensive while taste was pathetic.

24x7 smoking smell in the room. PUNGENT SMELL AND FILTHY ROOM with spider webs and cockroach! Simple terms there is nothing beyond trash as how they have badly maintained it. No parking availablity. No attendee. Receptionist was extra arrogant and took 45 minutes in late night for checking in. Nothing could be cheap and worst than this. Location is the worst. There is no indication of hotel signs on road anywhere nearby.

No space for driver accommodation since being long travel and highway it’s required

Clean rooms. The bed linens were clean. The shower was good . Room was spacious . The breakfast was very good . It is right on the highway towards Surat side toll booth. The parking has ev charging point. No external noise.

No platform to keep luggage.

Nothing . Just a waste of money. Gym room possesses 3 equipments, 1 is a risk, another could not be connected to the electricity. I didn't had confidence to touch the third one.

Great place for a night halt on highway. Safe for family. Food was good so you do not need to scout outside for food.
