Hotel Boldern

Sehr gut gefallen hat mir der Blick aus meinem Fenster, das freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal und das wunderbare Frühstück. Schade, fand ich, dass keine Körperlotion vorhanden war.

Die Aussicht und es war ruhig und sauber.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Leider ein kleines Zimmer. Blick zum Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Ein durch das Personal verschüttetes Getränk wurde voll berechnet beim Abendessen. Leider war das Essen nicht so gut, wie ich es gewohnt war.

Lage 1A! Frühstück: fein aber... 1 Person, welche alles alleine "anliefern" muss (Besteck, Essen, KaffeemaschinenService etc.) ist klar zu wenig...abräumen haben wir zwei Tage selber an die Hand genommen... Geht gar nicht! Aussenbereich am Sonntag kaum benutzbar... vom Hochzeit am Samstag noch nicht alles beiseite geräumt...auch da haben wir selber Hand angelegt, da dieser "Flecken Erde" doch nur zum Frühstück einlädt! Allgemeine Pers. Probleme bekannt... aber den Gästen einfach und klar mitteilen... dann sind diese wenigstens informiert. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung , die Zimmer sind eher klein und es gibt keine Klimaanlage welches heutzutage schon wichtig wäre.

Beautiful hotel up the hill overlooking the lake. Great view with a surprisingly good restaurant and bar on the terrace. In the morning you can enjoy the superb paved trails farther up the hill after your breakfast. Very pleasant staff.

The fitness center is a little underwhelming. But adequate and with decent equipment.

El hotel ya está un poco viejo y la noche me pareció algo costosa para el tipo de hotel.

Le fait de devoir payer si on part à midi au lieu de 11h et si on arrive à 14h au lieu de 15h par exemple. J'ai demandé une chambre avec grand lit...apparemment il n'y a que des twin beds

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en een goed en fijn restaurant met uitzicht.

Wij vonden de kamer een beetje tegen vallen ten op zichte van de prijs. Hadden we iets meer van verwacht Er was geen koelkastje en niks van thee of koffie voorzieningen ,wel een goed bed en basic douche maar prima

Die ruhige Lage oberhalb des Zürisees. Der alte Baumbestand und die wundervolle, naturnah angelegte Umgebung

Die Zimmer waren relativ warm

Lage und Frühstück war top.

Schade hat es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Es war unangenehm heiss.

Sehr freundlicher, herzlicher Empfang , man kümmert sich sofort um die Wünsche des Gastes und man fühlt sich mit einem Hund sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber mit direktem Zugang zu Wiese und Waldrand (Zimmer im EG). Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Toller Blick auf den Zürichsee. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten

momentan Baustelle angrenzend, zum Glück mit wenig Lärm - Einzelzimmer eher klein und für mich persönlich war der Topper auf der Matratze etwas zu weich

Booked the hotel to meet a friend who is living in Mannedorf. Stayed only one night. The location was great, and the view is beautiful, especially in clear and sunny days

our room had the sink not in the bathroom which I do not really like. Towels were not cleaned daily. As it was very warm and we did take a shower sometimes twice per day, I would have appreciated this service. Room at the ground floor had no real privacy as the window was situated to the hotel entrance.

great location, really friendly staff, great breakfast and the views are stunning

Unfortunately the farmers nearby soiled their fields with cow dung and the humidity in the air made everything stink. Even at night, but this was nothing to do with the property - it was just a thing happening.

We had the bad luck of staying on a night where the hotel was booked by large numbers of trilathletes, so instead of A La Carte, the restaurant served a (fairly decent) spaghetti buffet. The rooms were quite small, and the spartan furnishings gave off the vibe of an Evangelical vacation home / retreat center. One of the rooms had a balcony, but that was filled with construction supplies. The staff seemed somewhat inexperienced, but maybe this was due to the hotel operating above its usual capacity.

A l'arrivée l'hôtel paraît assez vieux, mais à l'intérieur tout est très bien ! Les chambres sont confortables et silencieuses. Hôtel idéal pour des meetings. Excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Service et personnel impeccable et accueillant.

Charmant hôtel dans un cadre très bucolique : les moutons sont littéralement en face du parking! Très propre, restaurant au top et avec un service impeccable. Salle de sport propre et entretenue. La salle de bain de la chambre simple (lit une place) est plus grande que la chambre elle-même, ce qui est un peu étonnant. Mais la chambre a une porte fenêtre ouvrant sur la nature ce qui est plutôt sympatique. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre mais petit déjeuner inclus.

Die Lage und das Hotel waren für meine Arbeit hervorragend. Das Personal war immer sehr nett. In den teilweise bemängelten Sanitärbereich war bei mir alles iO. Man würde denke ich immer etwas finden wenn man will. Ich komme wieder.

Las vistas del hotel son lo mejor! Hotel muy funcional y tranquilo. Buen desayuno.

Extra helpful and friendly receptionist, transfer from and to town from the train station by kind drivers. Breakfast was just really fantastic.

The views to Lake Zurich are breath taking, there are also cows and corn fields surrounding the hotel. Parking was ample and free of charge. Atmosphere inside was relaxing, there is a small library of books with a pool table and an open fire. This is a perfect romantic or healing getaway for weekend place. The room was very comfortable, shower was just great, huge room, good water pressure, perfect.

Well, reception staff was terrible, telling me one thing over the email which turned out completely different when arriving at the hotel. The matter was resolved to my satisfaction but I wasted a lot of time on emails back and forward which was very disappointing.

Wundervolle Lage, tolles Abendessen und hervorragendes Frühstück. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist ok. Das Bad, insbesondere die Dusche könnte eine Renovation vertragen ( Duschkopf und die Fugen).

We were not told breakfast was available on Sunday.

Great position on the hill with beautiful views. It is 30 minutes or so to get from the hotel to Zurich if you want to be in the city but the hotel is materially less expensive than anything equivalent in the city of Zurich. We would stay again.

The location and view on the lake were perfect. And well arranged breakfast. We also enjoyed the new gym.

The fit-out of the hotel room was outdated.
