Loved the 12F roof space. Laundry facilities were cheap and easy to use. Free breakfast items was good and unexpected. Would be nice to have a dairy free option though.

Beds were nice side by side but you could do a bunk bed which would give you more floor space to use. Bit of a tight fit.

The hotel was clean and well organised. The room was compact but ideal for one person. The roof top terrace was lovely and pastry/drink for breakfast was good

I love the view from the top floor, top notch. Can see the whole river and skytree. The service was amazing. After checked out for a few hours, i needed to borrow a vacumn cleaner to seal my stuff and the reception was kind enough to lend me to use it, and he was very helpful. Really saved my trip home and deeply appreciation.

It was a clean hotel. Everything is well cared for.

The bathroom was extremely small. You had to step up into it. Our knees almost touched the door.

The location was perfect, near iconic places, walkable, and especially for rolling around luggage. It's right beside Asakusa Station, with the elevator to the station super accessible. The rooftop view was one of the biggest highlights. WORTH IT! Literally we wanted to complain about room size but the moment we went to the rooftop and saw the river and the skyline from up there we were more like "Oh yeah! I'll take a small room any day with this view." The staff is very helpful and kind. The place is overall super clean and very quiet. Honestly it was exactly what we needed.

Rooms are pretty tight, but honestly as a solo traveler it was fine. The bathtub/shower was rough to get into on a daily because of how high it was. My short legs struggled lol.

お部屋はきれいで整っていました！唯一困ったのがエアコンが部屋のコンパクトさに対してパワフルで、1番風を弱くしても強くて寒く感じるため、たびたび消したりつけたりしました。

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht. Wir haben ein Zimmer ganz am Ende des Flurs bekommen. Im 9. Stock. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster und Wände isolieren gut. Zimmer und Bad klein, wussten wir aber. Aussicht wunderschön auf Fluss und Skytree. Obwohl ausgebucht kam der Aufzug immer schnell. Kaffeemaschine sehr leise und sauber. Milch gibt es im Konbini gegenüber. Dachterrasse traumhaft. Asakusa ein sehr schönes Viertel, v.a. Abends ruhig und der Tempel wunderschön beleuchtet. Personal sehr freundlich. Hat unser Gepäck ins Hotel nach Kyoto geschickt. Es gibt 2 U-Bahn Stationen daneben. Kamen überall hin. Vom/zum Flughafen Haneda direkte Keiku Linie ohne Umsteigen.

Most of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. What I like about this hotel chain (compared to a larger chain) is that the staff are more attentive to their costumers. The morning snacks are great.

Una vez que dejas el alojamiento sus políticas fueron abusivas cobrándonos por guardar las maletas y pudiendo solamente guardarlas hasta las 18:00. Nos condicionó la parte final del viaje y no pudimos disfrutarla bien. Un error en hacia el confort de sus clientes.

The hotel smelled amazing. The pajamas were so comfy I bought some to take home. The rooftop was beautiful and the location was amazing! Super close to Asakusa station!

The room was very small so didnt hold our luggage very well. Felt very cramped.

Location When we check in the staff is pleasant, accommodating and did her best to assist us.

I understand for my hygienic purposes we cant use the bottle for getting water from dispenser. May i suggest that a disposable cups be available for use. Because of limited space we can only leave our bags for a very short period of time-i wish you can extend the alloted time.

Localização excelente. Mesmo o quarto sendo pequeno, tem espaço para as malas embaixo da cama. A equipe foi atenciosa. Além de tudo, o hotel tem um belo terraço.

Os travesseiros são pouco confortáveis, talvez por diferença de costume.

Great location in Asakusa with wonderful staff and a beautiful rooftop lounge

Very Convenient location. Just a few step from Asakusa Station exit A2b (an elevator exit) . Room is new and has no smoking smell. Although they don't have proper breakfast but they do offer 1 juice box and 1 bread for guest every morning. The view on roof top floor is topnotch.

The room is very small same as other business hotel. Bathroom is even smaller. A little bit hard to take a shower and too uncomfortable to use bathtub. There's no onsen in this hotel.

It is a pretty small room with a tiny bathroom.

The room is quite small and very compact same as other business hotel. But it's new and has no smoking smell in the room at all. Very clean and nice space arrangement so for me it's not so bad. The location is good not far from Asakusa Temple and has a very nice view from Sumida River. Quiet neighborhood and very close to an elevator from Asakusa Station A2B exit. You can leave a luggage for the day (pick up before 13.00) or leave it until next check in day (in case you're going out of the town and will coming back later)

Everything you need including a rare coffee machine in the room. The rooftop space is a nice place to sit and have a drink or a meal with a lovely view. There are shared amenities on the ground floor e.g. microwave, ice machine and even umbrellas for loan. Its just a short walk to Asakusa shopping street, and 2 different subway lines.

Its a very compact room, which is normal for Japan. My 6ft 4 partner found it a squeeze to sit on the toilet with the door closed.

駅から近いので、雨天でもほぼ濡れずにホテルにで入りできる。無料の傘がとても助かった。 スカイツリー、浅草観光がメインであれば、とてもアクセスしやすく、また、スーパーも近くにあって便利だった。

部屋が狭いので、2人部屋の中では動線を譲り合わないと行けない。

The view on the rooftop is fabulous. The room is very clean, location is very convenient, only 50m to a subway station with escalator! The staff is very nice. They got good free amenities and free simple breakfast every morning. Really like about it.

The location and closed proximity to subways and river walk.

Rooms and bathrooms were really small. No breakfast buffet. No dedicated iron and iron stand, had to request from the front desk. No dry cleaning services. We had to goto the coin laundry downstairs, however, the dryers installed were of low quality and we're not drying the clothes properly even after 1 to 2 hours used.

Great location, staff was very helpful with sorting out luggage forwarding.

Location and the beautiful view to the Skytree!! What an amazing surprise. Very quiet, didn’t hear anything from other rooms or outside. The staff was very welcoming, and we were able to check in a little earlier. They offer a pastry and juice/tea for breakfast. The room is very compact but it had storage under the bed for the luggage. Would recommend 10/10.

We stayed in a Japanese style room, but the “bed” is definitely not comfortable, specially if you have back problems.

I like how clean it is and close to Asakusa attractions and shopping district. The room is very clean and functional; the bed set up, the fridge, kettle, luggage storage under the bed and closet. For breakfast snacks: its free from 0600-0900 they provide bread and drinks in the main lobby.

There's no full body mirror so if ever you want to do a fit check do it in the elevator. The washroom is tiny, better be prepare to elbow the walls and to maximize the space of the room, always close all the door; the washroom, the closet and store your luggage properly. The table where you can eat is right beside the futton. In my room there's only one zabuton, so the other guest have to improvise with pillows or sitting on the corner of the bed.

As a first time foreigner, I loved chatting with the staff and receiving my breakfast bread and drink in the morning. It was sweet that their newest girl working there would check on me when I came in after long days of train rides and getting lost. The staff communicated clearly and fairly.

Very close to metro (literally 10 steps from exit), bus stop, 24-hr Donki, Uniqlo, GU, major attractions and lots of restaurants with amazing food.

Overall experience is excellent.

the location was great with respect of access for transportation. It was in a nice safe interesting area. The area is away from the volume of people in the rest of Tokyo with building less obtrusive.

The location is convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Toei Asakusa subway line.

At check-in, the staff didn’t clearly explain that amenities are available near the front desk, although I noticed this was explained to other guests later. They did mention that luggage storage after 1 PM costs 1,000 yen, which is different from many hotels in Japan that don’t charge for this.
