En la segunda vez que nos hospedamos nos atendió otra chica que no fue Ruth y no fue muy atenta. No fue muy grave pero si notamos el contraste con la primera atención con Ruth que fue muy piola

Aunque estaba cómoda, cambiaría el colchón.

Primero que todo es en efectivo, de hecho no pude alquilar toalla que no había llevado pensando que ellos la proveían... Por otro lado le falta vida, los colores, algo de música ambiental...

- Plastic plates at the kitchen - Lack of soup bowls - There were only two frying pans in awful conditions, it’s necessary to replace them for others

No incluye desayuno, deberían actualizar la información. Los baños de la planta superior no tienen bañera/ducha, tienen un regadera que hace que los baños estén mojados siempre. Tampoco había trapos como para secar un poco. La cocina se podía usar muy bien pero faltaba un poco de utensilios

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026La ubicación es excelente, el hostel tiene todo lo necesario, buenas instalaciones, prolijo y muy bien atendido. Lo recomiendo y volvería sin dudas.
Quizá un poco mas seguida la limpieza de baños y duchas, al tener tantas plazas, se usan mucho y deberian estar mas limpias, perono era grave tampoco.

Late afternoon Receptionist with glasses stated we could only pay in cash. Went on a goose chase finding ATMs that either didnt already run out of cash or charge an arm and a leg. When we came back, she took out the card machine and allowed us to pay card. Room was extremely warm and humid.

La chambre est vétuste et inconfortable, en réalité c'était un petit dortoir plus qu'une chambre. Des lits sont rajoutés,si bien qu'il n'y a plus de place. Le petit déjeuner n'est plus fourni, alors que c'était le cas il y a deux ans.

Muchísimas gracias. Me olvidaba,las instalaciones,baños y cocina compartidos súper limpios. Además precio -calidad muyyy bien.
Algo que no tiene nada que ver con el Hostel 😏 Cuando se viaja sola/o por cuestiones de descanso casi no vé a los otros huéspedes, que muchos de ellos están de paso 😔. Aclaro,nada que ver con el Hostel 💖💖💖

Chiaramente pagando una stanza 30 euro in due non si può pretendere molto, anche se oggettivamente alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate. Staff gentile e disponibile, pur non parlando inglese, per esempio nel prestare l'adattatore della presa di corrente. Sicuramente passabile per chi ama viaggiare "on the road", ma con una spesa maggiore si possono trovare sistemazioni più comode.
Camere spartane a dire poco e senza nemmeno una coperta (di notte la temperatura esterna scendeva quasi a -1). C'era una stufetta ma non funzionava. Assenza di colazione, anche a pagamento.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025Nos encantó! Sinceramente me sorprendió. Super amable el personal, nos recibieron y nos explicaron bien todo. Estuvimos con mi mamá en la habitación doble con 2 camas, súper cómodas. El tema del orden y la limpieza de 10, siempre los baños estaban impecables y reponían papel y jabón en cada momento. Super organizado todo en la cocina y las duchas de 10. Algo tambien a destacar, lo tranquilo que es el lugar, y la ubicación excelente. En nuestra habitación habia una estufa que nos re sirvió la primera noche, ya que hacia mucho frío, asi que re bien eso.
Lo único que para mí, creería que haría falta, seria una tv por lo menos en las habitaciones privadas. Por la noche que llegábamos de las excursiones quizas queriamos ver algo un rato antes de irnos a dormir y teniamos los celus sin bateria. Hubiera estado de 10! es la unica queja, lo demás excelente. Ah, y algo que me olvidaba, habian algunos inquilinos que al parecer no saben respetar el horario de sueño, pegaban unos portazos que nos despertaban en plena madrugada, pero solo fue en algunas ocasiones...

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025Overall the hostel was good for 1 night, as it was centrally located and close by to walk everywhere within the city centre. There is no laundry service either but you can wash your stuff yourself and dry it in a machine they have there.
Very basic dorm, bathrooms and showers. Also, it is worth to mention that the luggage room is not free, we had to pay for the storage of our luggage (for each bag for each day it was 3,000 pesos) which wasn't cheap at all and took us by surprise as other hostels we stayed it was free.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2025This hostel is clean and comfortable with good facilities. There is a designated sink for washing clothes and even a dryer (which spins the clothes to near completion)! This was brilliant for us as we managed to wash and dry all our laundry in just one night.
Our room was clean but there was a stale smell which was hard to ignore.

1. You receive clean bed clothes to make your bed on your own. Imagine you arrive at 1am in the night and you have to make your bed tired and in half-darkness in order not to wake up your fellow travellers with whom you shared the dormitory. The bed should be ready by the staff and I hope this will be improved 2. Check-out at 10am is too early. It would be nice to have it at least till 11am. 3. In the kitchen the cups and plates are plastic, smelly with previous food. It would be nice to replace them with glass plates and cups

Our private room had a really strong smell which we couldn’t get rid of. There were some internal windows that opened in to the corridor but opening them didn’t get rid of the smell Showers were ok, relatively clean and had hot water. Was hard to get a good balance between hot and cold The free breakfast was just a slice of bread and jam with some coffee & milk
