Reviewed May 17, 2026A truly beautiful place! I originally booked a chalet but upgraded to a 3-bedroom villa, and it was the best decision. What stood out to me right from the start was the efficiency, speed, and premium handling during the villa check-in. The attention to the finest details and the level of service were incredible. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, and offers complete privacy with its own dedicated area—perfect for first-class relaxation. The quality of service is unmatched; the team called us multiple times throughout our stay just to ensure we had everything we needed and to ask if they could assist with anything else. A special thanks to Mr. Sherif, who truly took the service quality to a whole new level. Highly recommended!
