Reviewed Jun 6, 2025The staff was very helpful and reacted immediately when a concern was raised, my batteries on the air conditioner needed new batteries, within 5 minutes it was resolved. Very friendly, very clean, very safe. I loved my stay with them and will definitely use their services again.
Everything was great, I do not have any complaints. Since I entered the premises to my departure all was arranged, no concerns or complaints.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025I was really glad that I chose this accommodation. The guesthouse is set in well-cared for grounds.- beautiful garden and a swimming pool...which I really enjoyed. My room overlooked the pool .. Lovely.... but I would also have been very happy in one of the rooms that opened onto the fabulous garden. The room was great...nice decor, bed comfy, linen good, very clean...I appreciated the small fridge, microwave and kettle...and big desk as I had to work while I was there. Wifi good. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Also...the guest house is in a lovely area of town, and I had some good runs in the neighborhood. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will be back.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2023I love the shady, pretty garden which has several seating areas where guests can relax/eat/braai (barbeque). This is my 3rd stay at Seldre (I use it as a base for birdwatching in the area). I feel safe and comfortable there and the hosts are friendly and helpful.
Too many cushions on the bed ( a nuisance to pack away at bed time), but clearly this is a very minor dislike. No other dislikes.
