Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Sehr schöne Anlage, die auch sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten wird. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und die Wohnungen haben alles, was man braucht. Lage ist super und der Innenhof mit Pool bietet Schatten, weshalb es auch um die Mittagszeit noch erträglich ist. Viele Familien und tolle freundliche Atmosphäre. Auch positiv zu erwähnen, dass während der Poolöffnungszeiten immer ein Bademeister vor Ort am Becken ist.

There are two parrots kept in a small cage on the balcony of a permanent rented apartment. Besides waking us in the morning, it was very sad to see these birds in such a small cage.

Los ventiladores de techo no eran suficientes porque hacía mucho calor . Por decir algo a mejorar, podría tener aire acondicionado y sería perfecto. Pero es algo subjetivo, hay gente que con el ventilador tienen suficiente, y además es agosto.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The apartment was lovely with a nice balcony with a town and mountain view. The pool was super clean and the gardens surrounding it were just beautiful, well thought out and maintained. There were always staff at hand for any questions. Nearby to the beach and restaurants.
This is not a hotel problem, it was more so that a few of the restaurants closest to us, which had lovely reviews didn't seem to be open which was a shame.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Zentrale und ruhige Lage. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Um die Ecke ist ein Sparmarkt. Von ihr aus ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß Meer. Der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen und nicht nur zum "Plantschen" ein (sehr gepflegt). Vom Pool aus hat man ein Blick auf die Berge... Hier kann man es sich richtig gut gehen lassen. Die Küchenausstattung war top. Jederzeit wieder

La atención del personal es muy cercana, individualizada dada mis circunstancias.Las instalaciones combinaban a la perfección elegancia y comodidad, y cada detalle estaba pensado para ofrecer un hospedaje inolvidable, comodo e ideal. Sin duda, un lugar excepcional donde el descanso y la hospitalidad se convirtieron en los verdaderos protagonistas. Gracias por la hospitalidad y cercanía. Aunque sin duda lo más que nos gustó fue la piscina, una zona súper tranquila y muy cuidada donde poder disfrutar el día entero. La limpieza del residencial y de la habitación también son un plus. Además está muy bien ubicado.
El sofá cama era bastante incómodo ya que sacabas una cama supletoria y la “unías” al sofá. Un sofá cama un poco más cómodo sería un plus.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este establecimiento, está bien situado, los apartamentos son amplios, limpios y están muy bien equipados, con todo lo necesario. La piscina es grande y las instalaciones están muy bien. Se accede caminando a todas partes en Valle Gran Rey. Justo en el bajo del edificio hay cafeterías, farmacias y un supermercado SPAR. Volveremos a repetir sin duda.
Cuando se llega en el último barco de la tarde a La Gomera, se tiene poco tiempo para la recogida de llaves ya que a las 22h cierra la recepción (aún así suelen esperarte hasta que llegues al alojamiento). Igualmente, la salida a las 11 es un poco pronto, si se quiere aprovechar la mañana en la piscina, una pena... Por las noches, no hay vigilancia en las instalaciones, y en ocasiones hay grupos de personas que hacen bastante escándalo en la zona de la piscina sobre las 12-1 de la mañana cuando llegan... una pena que haya gente que no respete el silencio de las personas que están descansando, sobre todo porque los dormitorios están situados casi todos con las ventanas hacia la piscina.

Die Raumbeduftung war sehr intensiv,was für mich als Allergiker schwierig war. Da holft nur lüften,lüften....

Puedes hacer muchas cosas a pie (Charco del Conde, Puerto, y más) sin necesidad de utilizar el coche. El Residencial nos gustó bastante ( escapada familiar en Abril). Limpio, tranquilo, con cocina equipada en cuanto a menaje y electrodomésticos. El personal fué muy atento, amable y profesional, desde Recepción, pasando por limpieza y socorristas. El trato a nuestra peque fue de diez. Piscina climatizada y limpia las instalaciones. Sin duda nuestra intención es repetir.
La conexión wifi tenía sus momentos, pero nada que no sé solucionase rápidamente.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man ist schnell am Strand und kann die Promenade als auch die "Innenstadt" erkunden. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Obwohl die Inneneinrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist es trotzdem sehr sauber und vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Größe des Apartments ist super. Ein großes Kompliment an die Reinigungskräfte! Nachts war es sehr ruhig.
Leider waren die Matratzen sehr schlecht und sehr hart. Mit ein wenig Aufwand könnte man die Appartments noch etwas gemütlicher und moderner gestalten.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Toller Garten mit Pool. Sehr ruhig. Viele Palmen. Pool mit Salzwasser und gewärmt. Wohnungen groß, viel Platz. Matratzen völlig ok, aber zwei einzelne Betten, also für Paare die kuscheln wollen nicht optimal. Außerdem, typisch für Kanarische Inseln, Laken mit Wolldecke. Aber alles super sauber. Für Kind haben wir Bett und Hochstuhl bekommen. Lage auch sehr gut und zentral. Für Valle Gran Rey eine etwas schickere Adresse, aber trotzdem nicht zu fancy und nicht verprollt.
Der Pool könnte ggf. schon ab 8:00 anstelle von 10:00 öffnen, für Frühschwimmer, aber da kann mensch auch ins Meer.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Hemos repetido varias veces en este alojamiento, posiblemente de lo mejor de la zona. Buena atención, ubicación, tranquilidad y limpieza. La piscina está genial. Los ventiladores de techo son un punto a favor. El wifi ha mejorado respecto a años anteriores.
El mobiliario de las habitaciones necesita ser reemplazado, sobre todo sofá y colchones. Las tvs son pequeñas, pero aceptables. Por otro lado, nos dimos cuenta de que por la noche la puerta de recepción se queda abierta para cualquiera y no queda ningún trabajador allí. Creo que deberían incorporar algún vigilante nocturno o implementar más seguridad para entrar por la noche, por ejemplo, cerradura con código en la puerta, etc. Aunque la zona es tranquila, creo que merece la pena el plus de seguridad por la noche.
