Télecommande de la clim ne fonctionne pas, mode manuel possible mais peu efficace pour le rez de chaussee Accueil inégal du personnel notammenr lors du check in : pas dispo alors que j avais prevenu de mon horaire, un monsieur vraiment pas souriant ni accueillant mais pressant est venu et resté plusieurs minutes fixé juste devant la terrasse alors que je sortais de la douche Pas mal de passage devant le bungalow

The garden, rabbits and location was peaceful. We stayed in the family at the back of the property which was spacious and well set up. Staff were friendly and we had a very good massage for very reasonable price.

One of the windows to the room has no lock which was a bit concerning especially as we were travelling with two young children. We brought it to the staff’s attention and they said they’d install a lock later. The restaurant food was fine but the cleanliness of the restaurant kitchen and toilet weren’t great. My kids enjoyed the pool but it could’ve used a clean and there were some rusty screws. Location was a bit far for us from everything with no transport and 2 small kids but was easy to get a taxi and would be fine if just adults especially with a scooter. Basically you get what you pay for here.

El sitio es precioso! La cabaña era amplia y cómoda. Muy bonita. El personal muy atento y amables. El desayuno muy bien con opciones de pancake, tostadas, fruta, zumo de fruta del dragon, cafe, leche.. a nuestra hija le encantaron los conejos que tienen sueltos. Una monada! La piscina también!... Todo muy bien!

El camino al pueblo no tiene mucha iluminación. Y a veces me costó encontrar alguien en recepción.

Endroit charmant décoré avec goût, qualitatif, spacieux avec très grande terrasse et piscine. Des lapins qui se baladent et bon restaurant.

Un de nos logements préférés à Bali, Le cadre très vert, les logements jolis bien équipés et confortables , la piscine est très agréable également. L'endroit est calme, nos enfants ont beaucoup aimé les lapins qui sont en liberté ! Personnel souriants, restaurant et SPA sur place.

Le petit déjeuner prenait souvent du temps pour être servi, à prendre en compte si vous avez des rdv de bonne heure pour des excursions plongées par exemple.

Very nice garden and kindness

Abbiamo scelto le camere all’interno della struttura anziché ahimè i bungalow. Tutto sommato la stanza è piacevole e pulita il bagno fuori per noi è stato un plus, farsi la doccia sotto le stelle non ha eguali. Peccato per l’aria condizionata che perdeva acqua per condensa o guasto.

L’aria condizionata perdeva acqua quindi non l’abbiamo usata quanto avremmo voluto.

Location was great amongst local village life. Not far to main road. Traditional style. Lovely gardens. Very warm friendly staff. Great breakfast and good quality food.

Towels need updating. Would be good to have a fridge in the room. Cleaning could be improved.

La chambre familiale c'est une maison avec cuisine, terrasse. Très propre et bien décorée. Les repas et petits dejeuner sont top. La piscine agréable. Possibilité de louer des scooters . Les massages incroyables . On recommande +++👌🙏

De hutjes zijn erg leuk en zien er gezellig uit. De scooters konden we bij het verblijf huren en dat was heel fijn om naar de duikschool en eettentjes te kunnen gaan. Je kan daar ook een massage boeken en die was heerlijk.

Bon emplacement, grande chambre (3 personnes).

Un petit paradis loin du tumulte de la grande route (mais seulement à 10 min à pied), au calme, avec beaucoup de végétation, une belle piscine. La chambre est très confortable. Super séjour.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus dans la réservation booking et était assez chère. Mais pratique de pouvoir manger sur place.

Rien à voir avec l’hôtel mais pas de Grab Les cottages sont peu insonorisés mais pas de voisins bruyants !

Beaucoup trop bruyant! On a pas dormi des 2 nuits... On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les bungalow a côté, le bruit de la rue juste derrière !

Malgré la proximité de la plage il est difficile de s’y rendre à pied. Il n’y a pas de trottoir et la route n’est pas éclairée

be honest i didnt expect i got the room not the bungalows as seen on pic, the floor was dusty, the shower juste xtremely open bit confuse how can u get clean when its rainy😅 parking was bit messy no one look on this, all the motorbike just flow as thero wish bit hard for a car bec is scattered everywhere esp. when its already datk when u arrive. please consider at least which one for car which part for a motorbike

The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are clean and the outdoor shower is amazing plus outside of the room there is an abundance of chill spots

The restaurant is overpriced

Magnifique endroit, chambre familiale, piscine, jardin... personnel très agréable et attentionné. Parfait pour les amoureux de nature et authenticité. Possibilité de louer un scooter ou de se balader à Amed à pied. Un vrai cocon.

Kelapa Cottage exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the staff, which made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere of the property was wonderful, peaceful, and very cozy. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would also like to highlight the admin team, who were very responsive and always quick to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area!

Nous avons absolument tout aimé ici. Nous sommes en voyage longue durée en Asie et c’est le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu. La chambre est très spacieuse. Notre fils dormait à l étage. On avait l impression d être dans un petit appartement. Le service de chambre passe tous les jours. Les petits déjeuners, délicieux. Des jus de fruits frais, des pancakes et œufs à la demande, des confitures exquises ! Un 20/20 L espace piscine est très agréable avec une eau parfaite 👍 Le personnel est serviable, disponible et adorable 😍 Nous avons également fait un massage balinais incroyable 🤩 On recommande à 100 % cet établissement !

Le petit déjeuner (en supplément) est vraiment très complet, le lieu est sympa, la piscine agréable et le massage très professionnel.

Dommage que chaque nuit des chiens (sauvage je pense) aboyaient.

Très bel endroit, légèrement à l'écart de la rue principale (5 minutes à pied) pour profiter du calme et du beau jardin matin et soir. Le massage sur place était incroyable. Un grand merci à Mario et son équipe.

The location was off the main strip but an easy 10 minute walk away and very quiet and peaceful. The owner greeted us and told us to make ourselves comfortable, like your own home. Good energy from Mario! Mario, if you are reading this, we had a lovely time thank you so much. It has a beautiful gardened walkway between A frame cottages leading into a central area with a pool and chairs and the main hotel area. They offered us a free watermelon drink and their kitchen made amazing food. Highly recommend the Soto Ayam and Pepes Ikan. The price for the value was insane, I recommend you don't stay on the overpriced Amed strip and go back a bit into Kelapa. They offered yoga, yoga teaching, and a day spa but we didn't have time.

My only complaint was that we only stayed a night 1 slightly lumpy pillow, and if that is all you can complain about then who cares ahahaha!

Nous avons eu des souris dans la chambre et personne de l'hôtel n'a été joignable nous n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit. Ils nous ont remboursé la nuit mais nous avons dû dormir dehors sur le balcon...

El lugar es súper bonito, realmente se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. El desayuno es muy bueno, la comida en general es muy rica y el personal es súper amable, siempre con buena predisposición. Mario, el dueño, es argentino y estuvo súper atento desde el primer momento, ayudándonos con todo lo que le preguntamos y haciendo que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Se siente muy cercano y siempre dispuesto a dar una mano. A todos los argentinos🇦🇷 que estén pensando en venir a Amed, les recomiendo quedarse acá sin dudarlo. Te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer día!!

Остановились на одни сутки после тяжёлое дороги с Нуса Дуа ,так как был запланирован снорклинг утром , Был приветливый холодный напиток ,так же получилось оплатить картой но за это брали 3% но это не много ) Красивая зеленая территория ,гуляющие кролики ,записались сразу на массаж ,понравился массаж и взрослым и детям ,цена качество соответствует описанию ,хороший персонал ,доброжелательный ,так же не далеко до всех мест что есть в Амеде

Слышимость ,но для этого кладут беруши ,не много не удобные подушки ((так как привыкли спать на ортопедических подушках но для одной ночи это не беда )

Lokasi agak ke tengah,untuk family room dan double room mungkin karena musim hujan kamarnya agak lembap dan bau alang2nya bikin tidak nyaman tidur ..akhirnya pada ngumpul tidur di lantai I. Untuk air mineral mungkin lebih bagus disiapkan yg kemasan botol ..lebih higienis..karena kalo isi ulang galon itu kita ga berani minum langsung karena mungkin sisa tamu sebelumnya.

Bungalow accogliente, spazioso, pulito e immerso in un bel contesto silenzioso. Ci sono tanti coniglietti in giro, molto amichevoli.

The restaurant offered excellent food - breakfast, lunch, and supper. The grounds are beautiful. The swim pool is great. We could walk to the beach or take a scooter. Mario is a great host. The staff are hardworking and offer excellent service. We could relax and also adventure at Amed Beach and the general area. It's a very safe location. It's easy to organize local tourist activities. The value for money is good. We did a lot of activities and it was not too expensive.

The noise of the dogs and roosters were quite loud but we got used to it.

Unprofessional staff that do not follow up on commitments they make to check for upgrade or organizing trip. Lying when asking about massage options and availabilities just for them to get an extra booking at spa. Quality of massage at the spa was the worst I have ever had. Masseuses lacking respect and expertise.

Beautifully green, I loved the hotel area, swimming pool, shala, books, restaurant, and all the facilities. Very large and comfortable room. Nice big cupboard for clothes and neat open air bathroom. 10min walk to main strip.

A bit dark in the room, no opening windows, no day curtains so people can see you in the room from outside. WiFi wasn’t working properly when we were there.

Cute cottage. 5 minute walk to stores and food options. Lots of nature around like bunnies and a cat. Staff were friendly.

Rooms were dark. Several little things needed repairs or upgrades like bedside lamps, doors not sliding easily or fully open.
