・フロントの対応が良かった。 ・後期高齢者だが、余裕のある駐車場があり落ち着いて運転操作ができた。

・大型バスのインバウンド客と食堂の時間が一緒になってしまい混雑していた。事前にわかっていれば時間をずらすことができた。混雑状況がわかる方法があればと思った。

スタッフが丁寧て優しく対応して下さいます。

近郊にあるホテルの中では、綺麗なホテルです。

This was great and did not disappoint. The room was very clean and tidy. Spacious and comfortable beds small bathroom, but a great bath, fabulous shower pressure. We had dinner at the hotel, and it was very nice. However, being French, it's small portions. Staff were amazing, very attentive, and it was excellent having the shuttle bus to take us down to the main street.

Location is a little bit out of the way. You need to get the shuttle, and there's really not a lot of other restaurants or anything around. However, I would stay there again as it was very easy to get to the main street.

夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったです。夕食のフレンチのコースはどれも美味しく、特にソースがどれも好みの味でした。 スタッフの皆さんの対応もとても素晴らしかったです。 ここまで満足いく宿はなかなか遭遇しません。 部屋に用意されていたハーブティーも美味しくて、お土産に買って帰りました！

このサービスなら特にないけど、あえて挙げれば、大浴場がないことですかね。でも今工事中なので、完成が楽しみです。

Das Personal war hervorragend und sehr nett. Alle an der Rezetion haben mich super informiert und geholfen. Sogar das Putzpersonal war nett.

Der Check-in ist viel zu spät. Um 15:00 Uhr einzuchecken ist sehr spät und ich musste mein ganzen Plan für den Tag deswegen ändern.

ホテル自体は綺麗でした

冷房の温度が帰れずLowで部屋の温度が20度になるので めちゃくちゃ寒いです。 お腹を冷やすので厚木で寝ないといけないです。 冷房を消すと暑いです。

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the onsen is conveniently close by, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The restaurant had different closing hours, but I was only informed about this when I went there for dinner. It would have been helpful to receive this information at check-in, especially since there are limited dining options nearby.

It was clean

We asked in advance whether we needed to make a dinner reservation and were told by the staff that it was not necessary and that we could simply come to the restaurant whenever we wanted. However, when we arrived and asked for a table, we were told that it was impossible to dine without a reservation as they were “fully booked.” It is worth mentioning that there were several empty tables in the restaurant at the time, which made the situation even more frustrating. There are no shops nearby, with the closest one being approximately 1.1 km from the hotel. Getting to the hotel and moving around the area is also quite difficult, as it is located in a rather isolated place with only a few bus connections. Considering that this is a three-star hotel, we expected at least a complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was none, which was disappointing. There was also no water dispenser available anywhere in the hotel.

建物がお城のようで子ども達が喜んだ。 朝食バイキングがとても良く、スクランブルエッグと牡蠣フライは、シェフの腕を感じとてもよかったです。 また、無料貸し出しの絵本や望遠鏡、ザリガニ釣りはとてもありがたかった。 館内のラベンダーが心がこもっていてよかったです。

お風呂が宿泊料金に含まれていて欲しかった。 また、露天風呂などがあればよかった。 ロビーが少し古く感じました。 建物の外観とのギャップを感じました。 お菓子やお酒などお土産物が売っていたらよかった。

隣部屋との壁がとにかく薄い、普通の話声、内容まで普通に聞こえる。 小さな子供連れの客だったらしく、終始うるさく寝れなかった。

Das Zimmer und die Aussicht waren sehr schön. Die Klimaanlage war leise und trotzdem sehr effizient.

Der Spielplatz ist nur sehr klein mit wenig Spielsachen.

Nous avons aimé le confort de cet hôtel ainsi que la jolie vu sur la baie et le bras de terre AmanoHashidate depuis la chambre ! Possibilité d’utiliser machine à laver et sèche linge gratuitement (lessive payante ≈ 40 yen). De plus, dans le hall de l’hôtel se trouve de jolis petits souvenirs made in Japan ce qui est pratique !

Le seul petit be-mol est que l’hôtel ne se situe pas au centre ville, ce qui demande de l’organisation pour pouvoir prendre le bus au bon moment. Les bus passent toutes les heures. Nous ne recommandons pas l’établissement de Onsen qui se situe à côté de l’hôtel car lorsque nous nous sommes rendus dans cet établissement la dame de l’accueil nous à extrêmement mal reçu. Elle ne parlait pas anglais et même si nous avons essayé de communiquer avec elle via Google traduction, elle n’était pas ouverte au dialogue et s’obstinait à parler en japonais bien que nous ne comprenions pas… Nous n’avons donc pas pu accéder aux bains et sommes rentrés à l’hôtel.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung waren mit dem Auto gut und schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und bietet eine schöne, entspannte Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal. Alle waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, herzlich und freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

お部屋のお風呂が狭かったところです。隣にお風呂施設があるのですが21時までなので遅くに到着したので入れませんでした

スタッフ（受付の方も清掃の方も）の対応がとても丁寧でした。

お部屋がきれいでベットも快適だった。キャリーケースを置く台がしっかりしていて使いやすかった。部屋から天橋立が見えた。

スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。特にチェックイン時に対応してくださった若い女性の方は丁寧で笑顔も素敵で印象的でした。若い男女のスタッフもいらっしゃり、ホテル全体（人も設備も）明るい印象でした。また、部屋には折り鶴やメッセージカード等、おもてなし感満載でした。

入浴施設が館内にないのは少し不便に感じました。外湯は隣の施設ではなく車で15分くらいのところの日帰り温泉を利用しました。でも、その不便さ以上にスタッフの対応、綺麗な設備、朝食のビュッフェ等、満足のいくものでした。

Beautiful, classy hotel. View was awesome, room was bright and cheerful, bed was comfy. PJ’s supplied. Staff very helpful, onsen next door. Shuttle bus provided was a treat at the end of a busy travelling day. Restaurant on premises with great variety for breakfast. Shuttle also took me to Kasamatsu park the following day! Certainly coming back with family.

Some noise from construction next door during the day, but mostly I was out and about anyway.

窓からの風景は、いつも癒されるて気分爽快になります。海が見えて、ひろびろとした夜景は自然の良さです。都会では見られないものです。

员工入职有待提高。入住两天有一些事情必须要拿出来说一说。1、预订的时候没有了解到温泉馆修整停业，需要去隔壁温泉馆才能泡汤，我们入住第一天才告知我们，但却没有提醒我们周四（入住当天）温泉馆定休，并且我们已经换好浴衣路过大堂他们见到了也不提醒；2、温泉馆的位置标识不清晰，到达的路径也很难走，特别下雨天；3、我们周五晚上去温泉馆，到了那里才知道需要从酒店买票才能优惠，又是没有事先说；4、我们入住的是两大两小的房间，房间准备的都是两人份的用品，浴巾找前台多要两条居然收费😓

歩いて、2.3分の所に入浴施設があり、入浴後に爽やかな風に当たりながら帰ったのが良かった。 　夕食を予約していなかったが、フレンチを食べられて、しかも美味しかった。天橋立Wineナイヤガラもお手頃で美味。

The Hotel has a large car park and offers a convenient location if you are driving to visit places in the area. Room was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning effective. Staff were courteous and helpful. The dinner was western and very nice.

Very minor point, the onsen is not inside the hotel. But we knew this when we booked the hotel and it is just 5 minutes walk.

スタッフがとても親切で良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。センターエリアが混んでいたのでこちらにしましたが、より静かなエリアで良かったです。時間的に利用出来ませんでしたが、近所に温泉が有ります。お部屋は広く清潔でした。エントランス入ってのハーブの香りが良かったです。駅への送迎が有ります。 施設の問題では無いですが、京丹後で気をつけた方が良いのは、駅以外へ行く時には、公共の交通機関の便があまり良く無く、又、タクシーが呼びにくい地域だという事です。 車の無い方は、事前にバスの時刻表チェックやタクシーの予約をお勧めします。

Très gentil. Navette gratuite depuis gare d amanohasidate Prêt de vélo électrique en excellent état avec possibilité de visiter le village et le très joli parc devant la mer. Grande chambre avec jolie vue

Rien. Un peu excentre mais juste entre Iné et amanoshidate parfait si en voiture un peu plus compliqué mais pas vraiment en bus. Je n ai pas mangé sur place mais cela avait L air délicieux (toutefois je trouve la salle de restaurant un peu froide et manque de chaleur dans la déco. Grande pièce sans plus )

It was clean and the room was spacious. Nice view of the bay too. The staff were friendly. There were lots of parking spaces when available when I arrived.

Nothing in particular. Maybe bring food with you if you don't want to spend a lot in the restaurant at the hotel. It's a French restaurant so they have courses. If you are very tired from the trip and want to something hearty for dinner you can probably find a restaurant in the town center.

Wunderschönes großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Lagune. Gutes Frühstücksbufett. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit, hat sofort den Hotelshuttle für die Fahrt am nächsten Tag nach Amanohashidate angeboten.

Angeschlossenes Restaurant kocht gutes französisches Menu. Leider wurden wir am 2. Tag abgewiesen, weil eine Reisegruppe das Restaurant belegt hatte.

Older style hotel with a very large room. Great view out toward the bay and distant views of the sandbar. Very good breakfast Friendly staff. Helped arrange dinner a a local restaurant (Poan) - great meal and amazing steak.

Breakfast was okay and the location isn't the best, especially if you don't have a car and are relying on public transport

The breakfast was varied and excellent. The best part of the visit was the staff. They were very helpful, courteous and very patient with me to make my stay enjoyable.

Narrow bathroom and far away from station but the shuttle was free and they offered free 4 hour usage of e-bikes so that was great.

The restaurant was too bright and very sterile. It had no atmosphere. I would have liked to have been given a menu even if it was a set menu. I was put in the middle of the restaurant facing a wall. I would have preferred a table on the side. I felt uncomfortable. The bathroom was very tiny for the room size. It was the smallest I've had in Japan and I visit regularly.
