Die Aussicht war fantastisch und das Apartment sehr gross und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Wir haben zweimal versucht das Frühstück anzupassen, das hat leider nicht funktioniert.

Stunning view, outstanding apartment and the breakfast was so delicious and generous. Maria was a great host, super friendly and always available when needed. We absolutely loved this place, it was jaw droppingly good and we can’t wait to return! The Savoro restaurant is a must try. Expensive but sooooo worth it.

We stayed in the room called Lotza...stunning views top floor and double door balcony and room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served in a lovely courtyard outside our entrance door....different on all 5 days...delicious! Staff were super friendly and could do enough for you. You can purchase beer and water and pay on departure....would not hesitate to come again..thank you

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione: la struttura è a picco sul mare e offre una vista spettacolare, soprattutto dalla zona piscina, davvero bellissima. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la tranquillità del posto: il silenzio era assoluto e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. La struttura è molto nuova, si vede che è stata realizzata e arredata con cura e che viene mantenuta molto bene. Tutto è pulito, ordinato e ben curato nei dettagli. Anche la colazione è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, abbondante e con una buona scelta. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole, soprattutto per chi cerca una struttura elegante, tranquilla e con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Assolutamente consigliata!

L’unico aspetto che non ci ha convinto particolarmente riguarda il bagno: essendo privo di finestre, si avvertiva un po’ di odore di umidità. Inoltre, abbiamo notato che la doccia, a differenza del resto del bagno e soprattutto del WC, non veniva pulita. Un altro punto da migliorare è la gestione dell’accoglienza. L’host è presente in struttura solamente in determinati orari, dalle 15:00 alle 18:00, che possono risultare poco comodi per chi durante la giornata è al mare o in giro per visitare la zona. Di fatto, durante il nostro soggiorno non siamo riusciti a incontrarlo né all’arrivo né alla partenza e abbiamo dovuto cercare noi di metterci in contatto per conoscerlo. Nel complesso sono aspetti facilmente migliorabili, perché la struttura ha sicuramente delle ottime potenzialità e una posizione davvero spettacolare.

Great location and view

The shower had a leak and there was water all over the toilet. Breakfast starts only at 8:30. We had an early flight and they promised to make us some sandwiches to go but didn’t.

Doccia un po’ scomoda

Mooie plek in het dorpje Asos. Fantastisch uitzicht over zee, heerlijk terras voor het appartement. Zwembad is klein maar prima. Hele fijne sfeer. Ontbijt wordt op je eigen terras geserveerd en was heerlijk. Parkeren kan op gereserveerde parkeerplaats ca 200 meter van appt. Paar minuten lopen naar klein baaitje waar je heerlijk kan zwemmen. Strandje midden in het dorp is erg druk. Kanakis is een mooie plek om 1 of 2 nachten in dit bijzondere dorpje te verblijven.

We waren wat vroeger en was niemand bij de receptie. Na telefonisch contact (waarbij vooral werd aangegeven dat check in pas om 15.00 was) zou iemand van de schoonmaak aanwezig zijn maar dat duurde erg lang. Niet de hartelijke ontvangst die we op andere plekken wel ervaren hebben. Bedden zijn behoorlijk hard. Keuken en sanitair zijn wat verouderd maar doet niet af aan de totale sfeer van deze mooie plek! Zit 1 koffie barretje in het dorp (lekker maar erg druk!), verder gaan alle terrassen in Asos pas na 13.30 open. Als je uitzicht wil op de baaitje van het dorp moet je verblijven aan de andere kant van de straat.

My partner and I stayed there for 3 nights and everything was amazing. Gerasimos, the manager, was so kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and so clean. Great facilities too - we really enjoyed the pool. I also have to mention the amazing breakfast - different every day and incredibly tasty!

Everything. We stayed in "Sofita" which is undoubtedly the best apartment. Great veranda and views to die for. Breakfast was really good and delivered fresh to your room every day. The village was close with a small quiet beach and a livelier beach a few minutes further away. An amazing bakery 15 minutes away and a few useful little supermarkets. The castle has to be visited. The apartment was cleaned every day by a delightful lady. In essence, Go and stay here!😎

This property exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking. Our apartment called the cottage had more than enough space for the 3 of us and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Our terrace was an amazing added bonus where we spent evenings with olives and wine watching the sun go down over the stunning view of the beautiful Mediterranean seas. The location was peaceful just a short walk from the main square. 5* to Geramus and his staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing stay! The room was spacious, with a beautiful boho-style design, and the views were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea and dramatic cliffs. Breakfast was served directly to our room and was delicious. Assos beach is 3 min walking. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

The view from the apartment, overlooking the pool and the sea was truly amazing. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and very clean, with a balcony and a patio. Breakfast was delivered daily and was exceptional. Location a short walk to the town and even closer to a couple of good restaurants.

Bathroom was very small and dated.

Perfect location to explore the lovely town of ASOS, easy to walk down to the beach and various restaurants and shops. The view of the bay from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! We spent our mornings enjoying a wonderful breakfast, paired with an amazing view. We even saw dolphins in the bay! The apartment was kept very clean with daily visits, she always did a very thorough job. We stayed in Katoi on the ground floor, a great apartment with a cosy lounge area, a bathroom with a nice shower. The bedroom was equipped with a good sized bed (some may find firm but we had no issues) and great wardrobe space. We also were given robes and slippers. The Aircon did a great job at keeping our apartment nice and cool, a real necessity in the summer heat. The daily breakfast tray was always delicious and varied each morning. A perfect set up for any day, we never ate lunch. The pool area with loungers was a cherry on top, it was often quiet so you could always cool off with a dip! This hotel is truly a gem, we would absolutely recommend and return.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, amazing views, breakfast served to your balcony and a pool to cool off. Felt like true luxury with wonderful hospitable staff.

Stunning views, extremely clean, modern fitout, roomy with kitchenette, couch area, and deck. Lots of places to enjoy the setting. Excellent breakfasts on the deck in the room. A great choice for Assos with parking nearby. Pool area and sunbeds.

Slight issue, the safety deposit box and spare key were unavailable - a previous guest had not returned them.

The apartment is in a great location in Assos, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. It was clean throughout our stay, and both the owner and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool is also a great addition and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The price is high relative to what is offered. While the Junior Suite is comfortable and well-appointed, it is not a premium room, and the rate does not feel justified. Additionally, we experienced issues with breakfast on both mornings of our stay. On the second morning in particular, we were not served breakfast at all. Since we were leaving early, we had agreed upon our arrival that breakfast would be served the night before instead. Unfortunately, this did not happen, apparently because the staff were busy with other tasks. Given that breakfast was included but ultimately not provided, I wonder whether this can be reimbursed.

Breakfast was delivered to your room every morning at a pre-arranged time. It had hot and cold options and was tasty and filling.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location and view were exceptional. Stayed in split level apartment, the terrace was amazing. Very clean, and serviced every day. Shared pool was a bonus and never crowded. Breakfast brought to the terrace outside room was extensive and amazing!

We’ve stayed in Assos many times in recent years but decided to try some different accommodation this year. The views from our room and the pool area were amazing as was the daily breakfasts which were slightly varied over the 7 days.

We booked the Junior Suite - Attic for one week, we arrived late evening and in the morning realised we’d been checked into the Lotza room. The owners told us the room was unavailable and that we should have been told before our arrival and paid us a €8 a day refund which they claimed was the difference in the room rates. The room we stayed in had a very hard bed and the bathroom was old and shower difficult to use.

This place is fabulous. We stayed in Lotza. The front outside space ilwas shaded and a lovely spot to have breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is amazing! The view is just quite exceptional. The apartment has a small balcony to enjoy the uniterupted view. Room was spacious, kitchen small but adequate to fix drinks and maybe a bit of lunch. We didnt really use the seating area as we sat outside instead, this was small. Plenty of wardrobe space, small bathroom and shower but we got by. The bed is hard but i understand from Joanna that this will be sorted in the coming weeks along with more umbrellas in the pool area. We really appreciated being asked for feed back and i genuinely felt like they want their guests to enjoy their stay. It is a short walk into the centre with steps back up. The cleaner was so lovely, helpful and did an excellent job. We would not hesitate to recommend this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Everything was exceptional - truly one of the most magical places my family have ever stayed. We booked two separate apartments, and each one was immaculate. The breakfast every morning was wonderful, and it was perfection eating such fresh greek food from the beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved eating dinner at Three Wise Monkeys over the road too. The easy walk to Assos town was awesome, and it was only 30 mins walk to the top of the castle from the apartment. We will definitely return next year, and probably many more!

Der Ausblick war wundervoll und das Zimmer auch! Maria hat und sehr nett empfangen und war durchgehend erreichbar. Wir wurden nett mit einem Bier von Maria begrüßt. Wir wollten weiter Bettdecken, die wir auch erhalten haben.

Bei dem Preis sollten die Badezimmer renoviert werden. Der Austausch vorab war leider nicht gut. Auf meine Fragen vorab, wurde mir nicht geantwortet. Als wir angekommen sind war keiner da. Eine kleiner Hinweis, dass man bei Ankunft anrufen soll, wäre nett gewesen. Da es keinen Austausch vorab gab, wussten wir nicht wo der Parkplatz ist und mussten auf dem allgemeinen Parkplatz parken. Es gibt keine richtigen Koordinaten zum Hotel, weswegen wir uns erstmal im Ort mit unserem Gepäck in der Hand, durchfragen mussten.

Poor communication, extremely hard and uncomfortable bed, no awning over the balcony so mostly unusable throughout the day.

The breakfasts were outstanding - everything you could want including fruit, greek yoghurt, pastries, eggs etc. The views were also stunning - you couldn't get better. Spacious apartment, nice shady outdoor table, lovely small pool and perfect location just a short walk to the harbour / village square.

The host was not very easy to communicate with during our stay - a few times we sent messages or questions but didn't get a response. Everything was lovely so no problems though. Would have been useful to have a washing machine in the appartment.

Asos a short walk Good restaurants near and with 10 % discount because we were staying at Kanakis. Thorough cleaning by lovely maid. Staff very friendly and helpful. Asos is delightful. Venetian Fortress a good walk near to appartment. Weather was brilliant.

The room was nice and spacious , the view from Our private balcony was one of the most spectacular I have ever seen , the breakfast was delicious and it was perfectly located in Assos , just a few minutes walk from the square but peaceful and quiet. I really recommend this hotel if you stay in Assos.

The bed was very hard ( it’s a personal, preference ) and the bathroom a bit old but the positive points more than make up for it .

Besser geht es nicht! Urlaub bei Freunden. Wir wurden so liebevoll umsorgt. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich und der Ausblick sowieso. Alles ist blitzsauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Asos ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort. Im April ganz leer und ruhig. Es war einfach Urlaub pur. Wir kommen sehr bald wieder♥️

Fantastic spacious apartment with all necessary amenities and stunning views. We had a lovely time at Kanakis apartments. Everything was great, the breakfast, service, the swimming pool. Very warm and friendly hosts. We also had dinner at the restaurant Savoro, owned by the same family, and that was a memorable experience. The quality of the food, service, and ambience were top-notch, highly recommended!

The location was absolutely stunning and we loved our breakfast every morning, it felt so idyllic.

Lots to like but the location is the absolute star attraction. Assos is lovely and a good base to explore the north of the island. Breathtaking views across the bay are incomparable.

My wife and I spent three unforgettable days at Kanakis Apartments, and it was everything we hoped for—and more. The property is absolutely stunning, with panoramic views that take your breath away. Waking up to the sight of the turquoise sea and the peaceful charm of Assos was pure magic. Our „Sofita” room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It felt like a true sanctuary.The staff were exceptional. The person who brought our breakfast each day did so with a warm smile. Breakfast itself was a highlight: fresh island eggs, juicy tomatoes, creamy yogurt, local honey, cheeses, and fruit—it was a feast of flavors that made every morning special. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It wasn’t just a beautiful place—it was a place filled with heart. Thank you for making our time in Kefalonia so memorable. We’ll carry these moments with us, and we hope to return one day.

The woman on the reception was very nice and the views are lovely.

The guy who attends the calls is definitely not suited for the job. He was rude the 2 times that I called asking how to checkin (there was no one in the apartments when we arrived) and when asking about the inclusive breakfast.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property. The views and rooms are incredible. Couldn’t fault the view, the peacefulness or the room. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included every morning, fresh from the island. Eggs, fruit, honey and yogurt, cheeses, ripe tomatoes. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. Robes, fresh towels daily and pool towels supplied. The gentleman who delivered our breakfast every morning and the mature lady who cleaned our room were both so lovely. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Unfortunately the bathroom we had, on arrival the shower head didn’t have a holder. They did fix this on the third day for us however I felt with the price we paid, this should have been fixed prior to someone staying there. The hook that was fitted on our third day wasn’t adjustable so the shower hose pointed out on a 90 degree angle meaning you couldn’t wash hair and the water sprayed all over our bathroom floor leaving our bathroom soaked every night which wasn’t great. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would return here again :)

Ideal location and luxurious apartment. The views are stunning and we had everything we could want. We had a warm welcome and excellent advice on local eating, etc. Breakfast was very high quality and good variety.
