裏の駐車場は狭くて入れづらかったです。

Double bed pushed hard up against the bedroom wall. At 75 plus it wasn’t easy getting in or out of bed. Also only one office chair to sit in during the day. Was not comfortable. Mattress and the two pillows were very hard - we asked and were supplied two additional pillows.

Buona la colazione in stile giapponese con poca scelta dolce. Bello l’onsen all’ultimo piano in parte al chiuso e in parte all’aperto con vista sulla città. Disponibilità all’ingresso di amenities per il bagno, mappe delle attrazioni, macchinetta per caffè e tè e acqua.

大浴場の露天風呂にガラススクリーンが設置してありましたが、ちょっと露天の雰囲気が足りなかったです。（周囲からの視線防止で仕方のないことですが） ホテル内の自動販売機の値段がホテル価格になっていました。（ホテル北側にコンビニエンスストアがありましたので、そこで購入すれば済むことですが）

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The hotel is well placed near the station and the main tourist attraction. It has an onsen which can be used only by the guests. The amenities are OK, you can grab free coffee from the hall anytime. Staff are nice.
Generally speaking this is an OK hotel. In my opinion it does not offer a very good value for money ratio unless you give a lot of weight to the onsen. Breakfast needs an upgrade. The bed was not very comfortable. The room is OK but nothing to be excited about. Truly there is not much wrong with this hotel but for me it never really made it in the hall of fame.

事前に（前日）ホテルへ連絡（ブッキング.comの連絡機能にて）したのですが返信がなかったので、少し不安感がありした。それでも、当日ホテルのチェックイン時の接客態度が好印象だったので安心しました。

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026La localización es estupenda. Muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y autobús y de las zonas turísticas de la ciudad. A destacar también el onsen en la ultima planta del hotel. Súper amplio, cómodo, tranquilo y con vistas a las montañas que rodean Takayama. Dispone de nevera, muy necesaria en los meses de verano y hay de todo en los alrededores, incluyendo cafeterías, restaurantes y un supermercado.
La habitación no era muy amplia pero cumplía de sobras para una estancia de unos días.

The Onsen: The hot spring facilities were incredible and so relaxing after a day of walking. The Location: Perfect and convenient for exploring everything Takayama has to offer. The Food: The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a fantastic variety of delicious options. Everything about this hotel was flawless. Highly recommended!

Good for the price. Do not have the possibility of a private onsen to share with your partner. Male and females must be separated. If you travel alone, that's perfect.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026大浴場は何時も楽しみにしております。 今回外人の方が左足に大きな包帯を巻かれて浴槽に入られ、そのまま拭かないで出て行かれて脱衣所はベタベタの状態でした 文化の違いとは少し違う気がしますが？ 迷惑でした！
外人のマナー少し考えて欲しい 特に若い方が多い気がします、お年寄りは それほどとは思えないですが。

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Onsen was good, breakfast was good, nice bright room and hotel, well located. Coffee and green tea in reception area. Bed was hard and standard double room was small, barely adequate for 2 adults but not atypical of many Japanese hotel rooms. The hotel was quiet and parking on site for a fee was easy and convenient during our 2 night stay. Good air conditioning. Walking distance to station and all other main tourist sites in Takayama. Overall would stay again but in a larger room.
Room size cramped, hard bed.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026お風呂の設備が良かった！ 大浴場に、使用後タオル持ち帰り用のビニール袋が置いてあって心遣いが行き届いてるなぁと思いました。 シャワーが勝手に止まるタイプじゃないのも良かったです。
手前から２つ目のシャワー、蛇口じゃないところからお湯が出てきてちょっとびっくりしました。修理いるかもと思いました

очень маленький номер и ужасный матрас ( было ощущение что он скошен и очень жесткий) к тому же окно на ночь не открыть так как напротив отеля есть стоянка или какой то другой объект который периодически издаёт гудки, а одеяла пуховые очень жаркие(в конце мая уже жарко) а если включаешь кондиционер то он очень шумит.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Le petit déjeuner était bon, le personnel agréable, la location nickel car proche de la gare et à proximité des rues à voir.
La télé : impossible de se connecter sur prime ou Netflix ayant beaucoup de touristes cela laisse à désirer. Une télé plus moderne aurait été appréciée. La taille du lit malgré une réservation de lit double... Le café gratuit mais ressemblant plutôt à de l'eau chaude aromatisée était décevant sans parler de la petite surprise de la taxe de séjour non inclus sur le montant payé via booking. En 2 séjours au Japon c'est la 1ere fois que cela nous arrive.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Struttura bellissima, veramente a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni/bus, 7-eleven praticamente sotto l’hotel, onsen all’ultimo piano veramente belle e super rilassanti. Ben fornita offre tutti i comfort, dopo una giornata intera a camminare stare in spa è stato proprio bello! Inoltre lo Staff gentilissimo e super cordiale!
