1.早餐變化不多，每天都一樣 2.有其他樓層客人(?)抽菸，煙味從冷氣(通風)口跑出來，反應多次才提供空氣清淨機，煙味已沾上衣物及床被，開了2個晚上味道都除不掉。 3.隔音不佳(我住10樓)

Ondanks dat er niet gerookt mag worden in het hotel kwam er door de airco een vieze rooklucht. De kamer was prima, de kussens op het bed waren echter niet goed (een leek gevuld te zijn met balletjes uit een zitzak). Het was ook erg gehorig, we zijn twee keer vroeg wakker geworden door het geluid van de housekeeping en talloze andere keren door luidruchtige gasten op de gang. Het hotel was prima, maar ik zou volgende keer wat anders boeken

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026I made a last minute booking for Chiayi Look Hotel through Booking.Com on 31 Aug 2026 at about 5pm (booking date 31 Aug 2026 to 5 Sep 2026). The hotel had no problem accepting this booking. I had an emergency and had to checked out on 1 Sep 2026. I had to cancelled the remaining days (1 Sep to 5 Sep 2026). This time the hotel had huge issues with addressing this. They sighted that I had to contact Booking.com, which I did many times to no avail.
Formal Complaint Regarding Unaddressed Cancellation Request and Booking Reference [6615030507] Subject: URGENT: Unresolved Cancellation and Lack of Response – Booking (1 Sep – 5 Sep 2026) To Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally log a serious complaint regarding your complete lack of response to my multiple requests sent since September 1, 2026, for the cancellation of my reservation at Chiayi Look Hotel for the dates of September 1 to September 5, 2026. To date, I have received zero communication or assistance from your end. Chiayi Look Hotel has informed me that they are waiting for an official email or confirmation from your platform to process and facilitate this cancellation, but they have received nothing. The current situation has left me stuck in an unacceptable loop where both your platform and the hotel appear to be shifting the blame to one another while my urgent request remains ignored. This level of customer service is deeply frustrating and financially damaging. If this matter is not addressed and resolved immediately, I will be forced to leave a detailed, negative public review outlining this poor experience across all relevant review platforms. Please process this cancellation immediately, confirm via reply, and coordinate with the hotel today. Reviewed Sep 6, 2026我買的是沒有附早餐的價格，飯店地點還不錯，到文化路夜市大概十來分鐘，停車場需要走一小段，但是飯店提供優惠停車24小時100元（可以二進二出，要向櫃台買券），停車場附近剛好是嘉義ShowTime百貨，所以退房之後剛好可以進去逛一下；空間我也覺得很滿意。
廁所的隔間是玻璃的，不過商旅好像都是這樣，上廁所洗澡聲音明顯是沒辦法的。

訂兩間其中一間空調有異音，停車場有點遠下雨有點麻煩，電梯遇到團客時要等。
