Reviewed Aug 7, 2026L'emplacement, au Centre de la station, à 70 m de la superette, à 15 m des Bains de Villars. Le confort, avec tout le nécessaire, dans un cadre de décoration agréable . L'accueil, par le propriétaire, très à l'écoute et intarissable d'informations utiles. Le centre de bien-être dans la résidence (piscine, sauna, hammam).

La propreté à l'arrivée n'était pas top. Notamment où les services de la cuisine étaient rangés. La salle de bain de la chambre n'était pas très propre. Nous avons dû faire un coup d'aspirateur un peu partout.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Superbe appartement, très bien situé — à deux pas de la gare de Villars, idéal pour le ski et proche du supermarché. Notre hôte nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. L’appartement est équipé de toutes les commodités, et la vue magnifique depuis le balcon permet d’apprécier pleinement le soleil de l’après-midi.
J’aurais volontiers prolongé mon séjour — j’aurais pu rester quelques jours de plus sans problème !

- a CHF200 deposit in Cash not mentionned. - facilities in the flat very basic and some light, doors etc not working well. - You can hear the neighboors like they are in the flat with you.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Nous avons passé un super séjour, appartement à deux pas des pistes ( 2 minutes en voiture 8 minutes à pied), patinoire, bowling piscine, piscine extérieur chauffé en pleine hiver, hammam, sauna juste en face du logement, un vrai plus pour les fins de journée après le ski supérette et fromagerie à côté du logement, emplacement idéal, logement bien équipé avec superbe vue et calme, il y a également une piscine, un billard dans l’immeuble et un espace laverie avec sèche linge Propriétaire très à l’écoute de ses clients

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Super locatie, vlakbij ijsbaan, liften, supermarkt en winkels. bijna alles aanwezig in appartement, leuk zwembad. Ruim appartement , twee badkamers, balkon. Zeer aardige gastheer.
Het is er erg warm, verwarming kan niet uit. Servies is beperkt, bijvoorbeeld vijf borden, vijf messen en vorken, na iedere maaltijd moet je afwassen of de vaatwasser gebruiken terwijl hij niet vol zit. Achter en op kasten lag wat stof.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Les installations dans la résidence Sauna, et piscine. Aussi le calme de l'endroit.
La taille de l'hébergement, ne correspond pas au photos. En réalité c'est une seul pièce studio. Pour vous coucher il faut a chaque fois ouvrir l'armoire lit. Et en théorie il disent que c'est pour 4. Pour 4 il faut ouvrir des lits superposé dans le couloir. En gros une fois tous lits ouvert on ne bouge plus dans la pièce qui doit faire 20m2 guère plus. Et j'oubliais pas de papiers WC, donc vaut mieux prévoir.

The cleanliness no good. Dare not use the electric kettle as is so horrible. Email stated coffee maker as kettle but cumbersome to fill up the water bottle little by little and is with coffee smell. I was told shower gel provided yet didn’t and I didn’t bring mine so shower without it.

The key collection required us to call someone upon arrival. This could be potentially an issue if there are last minute changes in terms of arrival timing.

There are too many tables and chairs in the room! The space is small! The bed is hidden! It would be better if the table and chairs in the room were foldable! The sofa feels redundant! Because there is already one on the balcony, it is more comfortable there，There is a smell that I think comes from the moldy sofa.

The booking was easy, friendly and efficient. We were well looked after with very willing and friendly service, despite arriving in the evening and having to leave very early in the morning. Reviewed Jun 7, 2023The apartment is centrally located and very comfortable with fabulous views. It is modern, fresh and clean and well appointed. It was just my husband and I - and the space was sufficient. Would be very 'snug' for 4+. Transportation links are good. It's a short walk from the nearest bus stop and 5 minute walk from the train station. Villars is a beautiful town, immaculately maintained with a lovely selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and hotels.
On our arrival around 8.30 pm the reception was dark and closed and there was nobody there. I telephoned the agent to let them know we had arrived. A young man appeared after around 10 minutes to open up the apartment. Communication was not easy -but he made it clear he wanted a 200 CHF in cash as a security deposit. I hadn't been made aware of this at the time of booking. The agent informed me they had forgotten to send me a pre-arrival email which contained this information. The information was not included at the time of booking or as part of the owner's policy etc on Booking.com. There is a very steep foot path linking the apartment block to the town - was okay for us - other than when pushing heavy luggage up the path in order to make our way to the bus stop. The owner made contact with us as we left to apologise for the confusion over the security deposit, but somehow I was made to feel that I was in the wrong!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2017The owner stole my deposit and refused to answer his phone. The owner received $200 in cash but could not take a credit card. Weird , and he completely took my cash and he only spoke French so I had no way of getting it back. Never , ever stay here
