The staff were exceptionally helpful. I needed more bottles of water more medical purpose and the hotel supply with question or addituonal charge. Subsequently, they top up more automatically! Very thoughtful! But what really stood out was the different types of porridge provided in their daily breakfast! I tasted Ginseng Chicken, seafood fish, white bait, pork cabbage & egg porridges and they are all good! Tasted like mum's cooking. Breakfast selection is limited but sufficient. I would not miss their breakfast just because of the porridge!

For our first time in Taipei we could not have picked a better stay! Location was within a few minutes of Daan Park station, connecting us to everywhere we wanted to visit in the city. The room was very clean, modern and cosy and had a cool view from our window. We didn't get breakfast but on the bottom floor they had free coffee, tea, water and juice available all day + free ice cream as a bonus!

這次預訂了兩間房，空間規劃得宜。我們另一間比預期大一些，尤其浴室設計出色，寬敞又整潔，讓人洗去一身疲憊，是整晚最滿意的一角。

唯一小缺點是隔音略嫌不足，不過家人倒不介意，說「聽到係人哋閂門，唔係酒店問題」，反而覺得無傷大雅。

My sister and I had an amazing experience here! The staff was always so friendly with us. We felt like we were at home. Really recommended!

住宿離捷運站公車站一小段距離（夏日走會爆汗） 但地理位置相較方便 雖然在師大附中附近 有人覺得有點暗 但晚上是真的蠻安靜的 沒有太多汽車的聲音 隔音的部分還可以接受 這次住的房間剛好陽台外面有熱水器 有人洗澡可能就會有水聲 但可以接受～ 櫃檯人員服務都很好 打掃清潔也算蠻乾淨的～

這次出差比較不方便的地方可能就是沒有洗衣的地方 自己帶出去洗 但衣架很多 又有陽台 曬一下下馬上就乾了

房間很大、乾淨，床很舒服，窗外view很好。櫃檯服務人員很親切

Tolles zentral gelegenes Hotel, große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Very friendly staff

Wir hatten ein tolles großes Zimmer mit Aussicht, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Der „complemantary Tea“ mit Gebäck und das Freibier am Nachmittag waren toll! Das Personal, besonders Hiku ist hier zu erwähnen, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Wir fanden alles toll!

První den jsme dostali místo snídaně pouze špatný sandwich a kávu v kelímku.

地點很棒就在捷運附近，感謝飯店幫我們免費升級房型，員工親切，早上不錯

房間電燈開關的邏輯怪怪的，也沒辦法只開門口的燈當夜燈，隔音不是太好會聽到隔壁洗澡的聲音

Loved this hotel- the spacious and airy room with great views, the fantastic bathroom, the rooftop bar and the excellent breakfast. All were superb. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Everything! Nice clean room in good location

The bed was too hard.

Location is perfect, close to two MRT stations, lots of shops nearby but on a quiet street. The staff were kind and friendly, able to answer all of our questions. And the breakfast that is included is actually such a nice bonus, even though Taipei is full of restaurants, it is nice to be able to just go downstairs and enjoy a relaxing breakfast before heading out for the day. The staff at the restaurant were also really attentive, and the menu changes from day to day.

The location was very convenient and very close to one of the main metro line. The staff were lovely and hospitable. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. We had a balcony and used it several times in the evening for sipping soothing complimentary tea. The hotel serves afternoon tea to their guests and they have an interesting tea and dessert menu which I adored. We were very pleased with our stay. If we come back to Taipei, I will definitely stay there once more! I only give a small advice maybe: Because we stayed for a week, I would love to have more wardobe space I could settle in to feel much more like a home. And maybe one small couch for relaxing or sitting makes the room even cozier since it already has the space.

Wonderful place to stay! All the staff are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The place was spotless- loved the huge bed and the shower and bathtub! Breakfast was consistently delicious, appreciated the water fountain and soft serve in the lobby. Plus a really wonderful location. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very kind and they offer complementary ice cream! Breakfast is really good and really fresh. The location is pretty close to the metro station

It wasn't possible to completely close the glass bathroom's door. The acoustic insulation is not the best

The location is superb, close to shopping, restaurants, train station, bus station, etc. Staff is very nice, especially the manager, he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, gave us a whole bunch of suggestions on where the locals would go or do, and gave us a little parting gift too. Very nice people! Free afternoon tea, ice cream, coffee.

There was this unshakable damp smell thru out the hotel, not pleasant. Breakfast was just ok, nothing to write home about, but enough to feed you.

Nice room, good food, nice staff

Reason why I downgraded my rating a lot: the NOISE! There is no insulation in the rooms, and I regret to not have read more comments before. In fact they are hidden by the flow of the good comments (deserved) for the rest, but if you are peculiar about sleep, don't go! People were showering in rooms above us, I thought water was flowing in our room. As for people walking in the corridor or just speaking outside the room, it's as if the door was open!
