JS Residence Krabi

This place exceeded our expectations, it was very comfy, close to bars and shops. Its very clean and we got free coffee and cookies in the morning. I will definitely stay here the next time i visit Krabi.

The hotel is very pretty, cleaned, and comfortable. It's ubicated close to everything, many places to eat and shop nearby, including street markets. The staff was super nice and helpful, they changed our room to another one with a better view so we can enjoy more. Coffee and tea complimentary. Possibility to rent motorbikes at the place. We definitely recommend staying over here while visiting Krabi.

De locatie is wel iets buiten het centrum. Je zou kunnen lopen maar is best ver.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Siisti huone, mukava sänky, hyvä vedenpaine suihkussa. Kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta.

Friendly cleaner

Sheets had marks on them. Small tv .no coffee in the room even though there was a kettle and cups.had to go into the reception to make it. Continual loud banging of doors all night.

El hotel es hermoso, todo muy limpio y nuevo, realmente es impecable el lugar, respecto a la ubicación, necesitas si o si un vehículo para movilizarte, pero alquilando una moto podes ir y venir sin problema

El checking estaba previsto a partir de las 12 hs, llegamos a ese horario pero no permitieron entrar a las 14.30 hs, supuestamente porque los huéspedes anteriores se demoraron en dejar la habitación pero unos días después vimos que a otras personas le hicieron lo mismo, supongo que el horario de checking es de 14 hs en forma habitual y en Booking pusieron otro horario, deberían corregirlo

It is in Krabi town, 15 - 20 mi from AoNang beach, a little far from Ao Nang beach but within this is the magic because it is very CALM to sleep and very central, at the same time, easy to go to Ao nang even in public transportation (white pooling cars 60 BATHS per way / person )

If you plan to do something during the night you have to go far but it is easy to have a taxi everywhere and every time, so ,it is not a big deal

The room was nice, air conditioning was brilliant and bed was comfy. Overall very good stay. Lovely host also

Очень чисто, аккуратно. Номера просторные, кровати удобные. Персонал милый и любезный. Локация отличная: тихий переулок, можно пешком за 5 минут дойти до 7/11, на машине 5 минут до рынка.

Шумоизоляция слабая, слышно все разговоры и шумы в коридоре.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la taille de notre chambre la propreté et le balcon avec vue sur la ville toutest neuf et bienentretenu. Nous avons pu louer facilement un scooter. C'était très bien.

Klidná lokalita, ubytování čisté, na recepci vždy někdo byl, bezpečnost řešena přístupovou kartou. Pohodlné postele, vybavení akorát - lednička, klimatizace, ručníky. V blízkosti hotelu samoobslužná prádelna. Možnost půjčit skútr přímo přes hotel (jen tedy nevýhoda, že si nevyberete konkrétní skútr ani helmu). Udělalo nám radost, že i po check out jsme se mohli po celém dni osprchovat.

Co nás trochu mrzelo bylo řešení problémů na pokoji - od začátku protékal kohoutek a druhý den začal téct i přívod vody k wc, což jsme hned nahlásili, ale začalo se řešit až po dvou dnech v půl desáté večer...Plus jeden večer jsme přišli sice do uklizeného pokoje, ale naše jednou použité ručníky zmizely a nové jsme nedostali, když jsme žádali ručníky na recepci, tak byly akorát všechny vyprané a mokré...

Spacious room with closet and very clean. With balcony, and big bathroom. Served coffee and biscuits in morning , which was a nice touch. Across the street there is a 24h laundry and 7/11

Little but far from center and beaches

Clean and good location

The building insulation is terrible and you can hear everything from neighbours. I found other guests to be disrespectful and making noise into the early hours of the morning even though it’s not a hostel or in a party location. There are also lots of loud bangs coming from somewhere in the building which I think is related to the plumbing. Barely got any sleep

The location is a bit far from the city center (but still within walking distance) which makes it fairly quiet. The room was spacious, clean, had a nice shower and a nice balcony with views to the northeast.

Soundproofing between the room and the hallway wasn't up to par. Lots of noise from other guests coming home and walking to their room from the lift. The booking promised a tea and coffee maker (or even an electric kettle), but we had to ask for and get it ourselves. The one we got was all dusty and dirty, and ended up not using it at all

Great little place if the price is right. Quite and comfortable.

ZERO…soundproofing, hard beds and full of selfish people coming in and slamming the wooden doors, throwing up, and scrapping furniture across the floor till 4am every night..!! I wouldn’t stay there again, even if it was free..!

It was close to Krabi Town Center, in a quiet neighborhood. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. The place was clean, with everything in working order. Scooter and car rentals were available at a reasonable price.

Nice large room. Comfortable and quiet. Close to the restaurants of Krabi town which are much better value than those on the coast. Easy to hire mopeds from the hotel.

Being within Krabi town, it's far from Ao Nang (30 min drive). We also had a cockroach in the room despite being on the 4th floor.

The noise at night was like sleeping in a jail, banging doors, very hollow walls, didn’t replace towels always had to ask, they don’t make up your room unless you put out the door sign, had to ask for toilet roll as they took ours and didn’t replace ….

A large bedroom with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was well laid out so that the water from the shower didn't flood everywhere. Good location, quiet but within easy walking distance of the main town. Lovely staff - they gave us a kettle for the week so we could make tea.

The bed was definitely on the hard side and would benefit from a mattress topper. We were just about ok, but some people would find it uncomfortably firm. The WiFi was a bit weak on the balcony.

Must be the cleanest hotel in this price range in all of Thailand. Lovely quiet spot off a Main Street. For this price it pays to just cab to the beach and have the peace and quiet at the end of the day. Great bedding and lots of room. Loved it so much I extended my stay here. Heartily recommend

The bed was hard as rock, and no microwave in the facility.

Familierom med køyeseng. Køyesenga knirket noe voldsomt, og vi endte opp med å legge madrassene på gulvet for å sove. Ellers ok rom. Ikke frokost. Billig.

It is fifteen minutes of walk to the town centre. It is quiet since it is in a lane a little distance from the main road. Room is spacious with balcony.

Everything excellent, very clean and comfortable. Spacious room with balcony in a good position to move around the town. Minifridge, daily room service and new bottle of water every day offered. Great.

There was no kettle in the room or even in the reception, so impossible to make a coffee in the morning. Fasters way to get a coffee in 7/11 at 300 meters

This was away from the tourist trap area and more down to earth Thailand. I found a great museum to visit about Thailand history.

The sound is carried through walls easily and especially the doors are very loud even when closed carefully. Some simple rubber would make immense improvement.

Super clean, amazing water pressure, big room, good facilities. It feels like you are a bit out of town, but it was just a 15 min walk to the night market.

I knew how much a taxi to the airport should cost but reception staff quoted me double (500 THB). She said she could "negotiate" for me, but I declined since the price was so far off. Staff not overly personable but to be fair, I was only there for 1 night and less than 24 hours. The bedding was good but the bed was really quite hard.

The staff was always super nice and cleaned our room everyday. The room was spacious and we had a nice balcony with chairs.

The bed was very hard en noisy and the hotel is located 20 minutes outside the city, there isn’t much to see nearby.

ที่นอนสกปรก ไม่ได้มีการทำความสะอาดก่อนเข้าพัก และบนเตียงนอนมีมดแดง เนื่องจากเข้าที่พักประมาณ 3-4 ทุ่ม ได้โทรแจ้งก่อนว่าจะถึงที่พักดึก พอแจ้งเรื่องที่นอนไม่สะอาด ไม่มีแม่บ้านอยู่แล้ว มีพนักงานต้อนรับผู้ชายอยู่ 2 คน ขึ้นไปจะเปลี่บนผ้าปูให้ แต่เนื่องจากดึกแล้วบอกขอเปลี่ยนห้องเลย ได้ห้องที่เล็กกว่า แต่คิดราคาเท่าเดิม

Pent og rent hotell, moderne heis, lyst og trivelig rom. Men forferdelig lytt ut mot gangen, noe som ødela nattesøvnen de to nettene jeg bodde her. Ingen måltider. Lite hjelp å få med å skaffe taxi da jeg skulle reise. 15-20 min å gå til sentrum.

Very nice, clean and modern rooms.

The hotel was far away from shops and nice restaurants. Nice, clean room though with a balcony, AC and comfortable bed. We stayed two nights then moved closer to the centre of the town. Nice place but wouldn't go back again due to the location.

这家店是冲着高评分订的， 虽然离夜市远， 但是还是义无反顾的订了， 结果大失所望。 房间里的蚂蚁多不说， 想着和前台沟通一下是否可以换房， 得到的第一句话 为什么在房间里吃点心，所以有蚂蚁。 我们能够接受泰国有蚂蚁 有昆虫 毕竟是热带国家， 我们也非常注意房间卫生 毕竟是自己要住的房间， 但是没想到得到的是这个答案， 后续在如何补救（其实也根本没有补救 ， 也没有换房）， 都已经对这家店失去了信心。员工态度极差， 如果有0分 一定是0分， 可惜没有！

Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais et n’est pas très accueillant. De plus nous avions beaucoup de fourmis dans notre chambre. L’emplacement n’est également pas idéal

The only thing that we could find that is on the negative side was the incredibly hard bars. Except from that, we were always met by smiling and very helpful staff. We read reviews that rooms would be clean but they are actually exceptionally clean!
