Bei Ankunft 16 Uhr war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig und der Teppich wurde dann definitiv nicht mehr gesaugt und war ziemlich offensichtlich verschmutzt.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, although a little bit dated. The breakfast was plentiful although you had to get there early before the Sterno burners went out because then your food was cold.

The hotel boasted a spa and I even saw a photograph of a sauna in the hotel's postings. There's also a photo of the gym, where the equipment looks sparkling, in the photos that are in the lobby, as well as somebody getting a massage. In reality, those services no longer exist. Back in the day I guess these services were available, but given the amount of rust on the exercise bike, that must have been some time ago. In our deluxe room, the Jets in the tub did not work. A hotel that has seen better days, but you can't beat the price!

Location was good near railway station and Coop plus Vincom Centre a short walk.

Most rooms have no windows. They do not mention this and show pictures of other rooms that do have windows. This is very dishonest. Internet was poor with barely a signal. Breakfast was average.

Đến Thanh Hóa mà không đến nghỉ tại Palm là thiệt lắm đó ạ , 3* mà vị trí đắc địa wiew quá đỉnh ,dịch vụ hoàn hảo ,nhấn viên lễ phép lịch sự , ăn sáng rất rất ngon với rất nhiều sự lựa chọn phong phú hơn nhiều hotel reort 5* mình từng trải nghiệm 👌🤝💞

Jelikož rádi objevujeme nová místa a místní obyvatele, vybrali jsme tento hotel přímo v centru města. Snídaně byla v pořádku. Živoucí město daleko od tras turistů, stále nějaké hudební vystoupení v pěší zóně na náměstí. Místní obyvatelé jsou velmi přátelští k cizincům a získali jsme nové přátele. Prostě, kdo chce zažít autentický Vietnam, je to správné místo nebo alespoň dobrá zastávka na další cestu.

Nhân viên lễ phép và rất chuyên nghiệp mặc dù chúng tôi đến nhận phòng vào buổi tối muộn. Phòng sạch đẹp, giá hợp lý. Lần sau mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây

The huge ceiling to floor window was the stand-out feature for us, as well as the staff. My husband left his phone in the room, and the person checking the room as we checked out, called the front desk and brought the phone down to us! So many today would not be that honest! We were so very grateful!

Right at the city center and near to most of the places. Food was fine with more of Vietnamese cuisine

The room was smelly and bathroom was too smelly, not sure how clean it was and i had to open the balcony all the time to keep it less odour, overall a bad stay and had to check it before time.

We stayed in a suite... absolutely brilliant.

Staffs are very nice.

The location is great, the bed is just the right firmness, the staff are always smiling and wonderful, it's a really relaxing place. The food is also really delicious. I will choose this hotel next time I stay in Thanh Hoa.

This time I stayed in a room with a bathtub, but I felt it would have been better if there was a shower holder.

The breakfast is delicious and you have a variety of options . The room is spacious and is state of the art.

Maybe the variety of food for other nationalities.

レセプションの女性2人が非常に親切でした。施設はキレイで部屋の広さも十分。隣に建物がない側の部屋だったので、夜にカーテンをしなくても良かった。朝ごはん付きでお得ではあるが、味はあまり期待しないほうがいいかもしれない。

가격대비 정말 좋았습니다. 객실도 넓었어요. 다만 조식이 많이 부실했고 시끄러웠어요. 그리고 짐보관서비스가 없었던 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에는 너무 만족합니다.

Last minute check-in because of a non-availability at another booked property. Had stayed here previously with a good experience, so happy to return. Reception & administration staff very helpful. Room standard as I remembered ... well fitted out, comfortable, clean, quiet. Really good location for cafes and restaurants. Glad I came back; very happy to recommend

Very nice and highly recommended hotel in the centre of Thanh Hoa Warm welcomed by the English-speaking receptionist at the front door, I got the information that the monitored parking for my bicycle is around the Corner. Check in procedure was quick and professional. Got help with my luggage. Room size and equipment as to be expected in a 4 star hotel. No smell. Bathrobe available for free. Bathroom seperated from bedroom by pane, which is equipped with blinds. Hot water available, air con working, minibar offers even red wine for reasonable price (didn't taste it, so no comment to the quality). Cleanliness need to be improved a bit. Floor in bath room not clean (i.e. hairs and spots of whatever substance, Armchairs fabrics with spots). There is a speaker for official announcements very close to the hotel which starts to blare at 6 am, depending on the room could be annoying. Had dinner in a restaurant 600 m from the hotel, vuvuzela, quality is good, portions are more than sufficient, service friendly and alert. High price for food and beer but worth it. Check out procedure quick and again professional. Got help with my luggage.

We visited here from Seattle to attend family's wedding. It was at a very good location. Lots of places to walk around and see local stuff. Right across street is convenient food and general store. There is a fish market behind it that lots of locals go go. Room and facility is nice. Very new and clean. The front office staff doesn't speak much english but very nice and tries to be helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, not as vast as others but good enough.

New hotel in a good cafe district part of Thanh Hoa city. Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean, tidy, and a generous size. Large shower was great but serious drainage problems meant bathroom got very wet. On first morning, breakfast was over by 9am in spite of stated time as 9.30, due to preparations for a wedding. Did not mind breakfast outside but there could have been some forewarning. Overall a relaxing stay in a well situated new hotel that offers very good value for money.
