Very good location, hotel has a lot of Green , Vibes , Room at Village zone is quiet peace full place

The aircon at Village zone needs to update

The pool area and pool were nice. The gym was ok but needs maintenance

The accommodation in the villa was old and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The shower was old and not in good working order. The villa needed a good clean. The front of house staff were difficult to communicate with

Delighted as usual by the setting amidst nature at short distance from the beach. Our superior Villa was a big and comfortable house with lots of space, light and resting areas. The large couch was particularly appreciated.

an issue of duplicate charge occurred; then was gracefully settled by the Manager of the hotel.

Very central location across from the main beachfront. Nice grounds around the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Huts were a bit far from reception, and my friends' hut was even further away, so had to rely on the hotel carts to get to/from the rooms, which was annoying. Safe in my room did not work. Although the breakfast was decent, it felt like dining in a bus station: not relaxing at all. Not sure why the grounds maintenance staff thought it was a good idea to start cutting tree branches with noisy saws early on Sunday morning.

Location is excellent. Staff that took us to and from our villa were wonderful. The pool staff was nice and kept us informed about our ride back to the villa since it was taking a very long time. The staff also notified us of dogs that stealing shoes which was helpful. Being very close to the gate to the beach was nice. This side of the beach was nicer than going forget south.

The beds are horrible. AC wasn't working properly in the room, filters were full of grime and bugs. The shower drain doesn't drain properly and creates a musty smell in the bathroom. The kitchenette sink faucet is loose and leaks. The grounds near the lobby are nice but the rest look like a jungle, needs to be manicured near the villas, and there's a lot of dead grass. The buffet was mid, not as sanitary as I would have liked the way their set up is. And there are a lot of flies flying on and around food. They only gave 2 flat pillows per king bed. When asked for additional pillows they want to charge per pillow!!!! When I went to visit a family member in their suite near the lobby, they had 4 pillows on their king bed and said that's how it was. You're paying more for the villas but I would avoid them next time. Not worth the extra money. Stick with the main hotel rooms, they're probably better. The pool was outdated and in need of repair. I would not say that the kid area is very kid safe although kid friendly. Umbrella was broken and drinks sold there are not very cold. No alcoholic beverages sold by the pool.

เนื่องจากมีผุ้เข้าพักจำนวนมาก การเรียกรถกอร์ฟเพื่อนั่งไปที่ต่างๆ จากบ้านพูลวิลล่าอาจจะต้องรอเวลาหน่อย สระพูลวิลล่าตรงท่อดูดน้ำหมุนเวียน ไม่มีฝาปิดเมือเดินเข้าไปไกล้น้ำดูดคุณลูกบอกเจ็บมาก ผมลองเข้าไปใกล้เองดูดผิวหนังเจ็บมากจริงๆ (อันนี้แนะนำเพื่อปรับปรุงจะดีมากเลยครับ)

วันที่ไปพักเจอกรุ๊ปของหน่วยราชการของรัฐ มาจากสมุทรปราการไม่มีจรรยาบรรณ ในการเข้าพัก สงสัยจะไม่เคยมาพักโรงแรมหรูๆ ส่งเสียงดังมากๆในยามวิกาล ขาดมารยาท ขาดความเกรงใจ ไม่สมกับเป็นข้าราชการเลย ถ้าโรงแรมยังรับกรุ๊ปทัวร์แบบนี้ จะทำให้บรรยากาศดีๆ ของโรงแรมเสียหาย และลูกค้าไม่อยากมาพักนะคะ

Pool perfekt! But too less sun layers. Pool bar stuff very friendly.

Ether the Management or the owner not really take care of the building and took out the money only. Outside the room everything dirty. The balcony very dirty from birds. Don't book dinner included!!! Its 200m from the lobby. And you get very less food! You need to pay that you are not hungry anymore! Rain shower not working cause blocked by dirt. Beds are only matraze on build something. A 60 year old can never go to this bed. I will not recommend this hotel! Only if you want a Pool and a crowdy beach in front.

Good location. Can just walk to the beach and there is a 7-Eleven next to the hotel which is convenient. Swimming is also great for kids.

Inside the room is a bit old and the bed is so so.

ดีที่สุดคือพนักงานในทุกๆแผนกของโรงแรม อาหารเช้าไม่ได้หรูหรา แต่หลากหลาย มีสเตชั่นไข่และจานร้อนปรุงใหม่ๆเป็นเฝอ Superior Twin อยู่อาคาร4 ได้พักชั้นพื้นดิน ห้อง 4107 ด้านที่ติดกับลานจอดรถ จึงไม่มีวิว ห้องกว้างขวาง แต่มันไม่ได้ใหม่เอี่ยม ประตูห้องน้ำเป็นไม้อัดที่บานเกล็ดไม้ระบายอากาศมันบวม(เสียดายที่ไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปมา เพราะรู้สึกว่ามันไม่น่ามอง) ห้องอาบน้ำมีฝักบัว แยกอีกห้องเป็นสุขา อันนี้ดี แยกกันใช้2คนได้ในเวลาเดียวกัน มีส่วนอ่างล้างหน้า สะดืออ่างมีคราบเก่าไม่แวววาว ส่วน Deluxe Premier 2 bedroom superior villa เพิ่งรีโนเวท จึงใหม่หน่อย มี2ห้องน้ำ 2 ห้องน้ำ และ 1 ห้องนั่งเล่น เสียดายที่ประเภทของเตียงนอน เป็นking bed ทั้ง2ห้อง ถ้าจะให้ดี ห้องนึงควรจะเป้น twinนะคะ วิลล่าจะอยู่ในสวน ห่างจากอาคารหลัก สระน้ำและห้องอาหาร ต้องใช้บริการรถกอล์ฟ หรือไม่ก็ขับรถ เดินไม่ไหว มีประตูรั้วจากวิลล่าไปออกชายหาดได้ โดยการสแกนคีย์การ์ด ซึ่งให้เพียง1ใบต่อ1วิลล่า ต้องไปไหนกันเป็นหมู่คณะ ห้ามแยกกลุ่ม 555 แต่มีข้อเสนอแนะ คือขาสแกนบัตรออกจากโรงแรมไปชายหาด โอเคดี แต่ขากลับเข้ามา ต้องให้คนที่แขนยาวๆหน่อย ต้องเอื้อมสุดมือเลย ชายหาดหน้าโรงแรม เช่าเก้าอี้ผ้าใบตัวละ50บาท หาดสกปรก ขยะเยอะ และน้ำดำปี๋

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก เห็นวิวทะเลจากห้องพัก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง พนักงานบริการบริการบริการสุภาพและบริการดีมากค่ะ

ความสะอาดภายในอาคารและห้องพัก ควรปรับปรุง บริเวณระบียงห้องพักมีขี้นกเยอะมาก

Breakfasts and Pool are great. Location, beach food options and shopping are fantastic.

Room maintenance could do with a little attention. Rooms starting to show a little sign of wear. Still nice though.

Der Bungalow war einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, völlig ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und das Personal sehr nett.

Am Pool gibt es keine Sonnenschirme und nur wenig Schatten, nicht optimal bei den Temperaturen.

ทำเลดีที่สุด เพราะติดหาดเลย สามารถเดินออกไปได้ ไม่ต้องขับรถไปที่หาด เหมาะกับคนที่ต้องการ เล่นน้ำทะเล เล่นทราย กลับเข้ามาโรงแรมก็มีจุดล้างเท้าล้างขา ข้างๆป้อม รปภ สระว่ายน้ำก็มีลูกเล่น ไม่ใช่แค่สี่เหลี่ยมพื้นๆ

ถังขยะภายนอก หายาก มีน้อย อยากเอาขยะในห้องไปทิ้ง ก็ยากหน่อย และอาจจะแปลกกว่าแขกคนอื่น เราชอบกวาดห้องให้สะอาด ก่อนนอน โรงแรมแบบนี้ ลูกค้าจะไปเล่นทะเล หรือสระว่ายน้ำมา จนเปื้อน ทราย หรือเปียก อยากจะให้มีอะไรล้างให้สะอาดก่อนเข้าห้อง หรือมีไม้กวาด หรือการเก็บขยะเป็นรูทีนของแม่บ้าน เข้ามาทำความสะอาดห้อง

Room was big, well laid out, comfortable with good air conditioning. Good bed. Staff very friendly and accommodating

No hand towels or face washers in room, microwave oven and kitchen sink in room but no plates or cutlery. Shower was terrible fixed high pressure head mounted on wall, need hand held with better head. Garden view villa, what garden? Just dirt. TV was terrible couldn’t find Thai digital channels, just the old analog channels

ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดผม , บ้านพักไกลจากโซนรับประทานอาหาร ,ประตูสำหรับเดินเข้า-ออกไปชายหาดไม่มีป้ายแจ้งว่าต้องกดรหัส หรือใช้คีย์การ์ด ทำให้ผู้เข้าพักต้องเดินอ้อม, เตึยงนอนไม่สบาย , ทีวีภาพไม่ชัด หนังเก่ามาก

Sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Alles in der Nähe aber besser man hat ein Fahrzeug. Der Bungalow war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte davor zusätzlich eine überdachte Sitzgruppe. Der Pool war ebenfalls gut und niedriger Chlorgehalt.

Sehr weite Strecken innerhalb der Anlage. Besser man hat ein Fahrzeug da ausreichend Parkplätze in der Anlage verteilt sind. Unser Bungalow war etwa Meter vom Pool und Frühstücksraum entfernt.

The location and the staff were very good.

The bungalow was dated and needed some maintenance. If it could talk it would tell you how worn out and tired it was. The grounds were not any better. I'm sure back in the day it was great, but not so much now.
