Elif Hanim Hotel & Spa

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. the Azmak river is back of the hotel which makes the hotel in excellent position.

Good accomodation in Akyaka. Stayed there as part of a group surfing at a nearby beach. Rooms are nice and cleaning is done well. Even though English speaking skills could be better among the staff, the staff is very helpful and try to service you as best possible. The hotel is situated next to a river with cold mountain water (and hence possibility for a very fresh/cold bath (in addition to the hotel pool) as well as close to all the city restaurants & shops.

Don’t know where to start from! Front desk to the Bar and lounge it was an amazing service! We really enjoyed the pool and the friendly staff… the breakfast was amazingly delicious I haven’t had breakfast like this even when I pay for… just wanted to thank everyone for making this short holiday just like home…

The hotel is immaculate in a great location by the river. Friendly helpfull staff. Good breakfast with plenty of variation. Would highly recomend.

Odalar rahat, temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve güler yüzlü. Konum olarak çok iyi. Her şey güzeldi.

First of all, we had to change 2 different rooms because of the technical problems. Although our reservation was for room with jacuzzi, since we had disappointment with them, we changed our preference to the standard room. This time it was told us the price difference is only 50TL which is not once you check via internet. Because we didn’t want to destroy our honeymoon with problems we accepted their offer. As a repeat guest I have to mention the of the quality including breakfast. The orange juice was extra but the glass was not full. We asked for 2 scrambled eggs of which top wasn’t cooked but the bottom was burnt. The copper pan was damaged and also used for seafood that’s why there was a terrible seafood odor on the egg. Thanks to them they didn’t decrease neither type nor slice of cheeses, therefore you will have chance to be full with bread and cheese. Lastly there were 2 glasses of water which might have been from tap, caused us to question the Safe Tourism Certificate compliance. Consequently we wish you stayed as in our memories...

We have stayed in Elif Hanim Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was very good from the first welcome till the end. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was very kind and willing to help any time during our stay. The two reasons to decrease the evaluation rate were about the cafeteria and swimming pool. We have bought room including breakfast. But, unfortunately the cafe was not clean enough, the breakfast was under the expectations. Briefly, there was a huge gap between the hotel and cafeteria. An other problem was the hygene of the swimming pool. The swimming pools are very dangerous places especially during the pandemic period. There were some people swimming with their long wearing called hasema in Turkey. There was a man wearing underwear in the swimming suit which means a lot of bacteries for a swimming pool. Briefly, this hotel has no rules about the swimming pool usage which may cause health problems for the other guests.

I stayed at Elif Hanim around 3 months during the pandemic. It was most amazing hotel experience I have ever had. I even don't know where to start. The breakfast was way better than I had in other places in Akyaka. No need to go to a breakfast place near the river as you wouldn't get any better. Special thanks to the chef Yunus and his team. The rooms are always clean. Many thanks to housekeeping manager Ozan and his team. The hotel is very central but also quiet. Most rooms have a river view which makes them unforgettable. All hotel stuff is so friendly, kind and helpful. They do what they do well and really make you feel quite special as guest. To be honest, this team wouldn't come together without the general manager, Emir Alsancak. Thank you so much for everything!

Otelden genel anlamıyla çok memnun kaldık. Konumu merkezi, azmak kıyısına, çarşıya, denize kolaylıkla ulaşılabiliyor. Havuz temizdi.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable, the Manager and Staff excellent, could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Good location for beach, shops, restaurants and bars.

We had a great welcome from the Manager and Staff on our arrival. It was a great surprise at check-in that we had been upgraded to a Suite for this visit that was scheduled due to our Anniversary. The room was beautiful overlooking the flowing river where tour boats traveled and people swam. The Turkish breakfast each morning was delicious and plenty for two, the restaurant, pool area and grounds where clean and of a high standard and the catered to all our needs and always with a smile and in a professional manner.. Will definitely recommend and return to the Enif Hanim and Spa Hotel on our next visit to Akyaka..

Don't get me wrong: this is hotel is not bad. But I'm surprised that it seems to have nothing but five-star reviews. We stayed just one night and faced the following problems and issues: -- We couldn't get the TV to work consistently. In one evening, we had to call reception THREE TIMES to have someone come up and fix the TV. Either replace the TV, fix it permanently, or leave a list of what NOT to do, because this TV was junk. -- The shower is very poorly designed and not maintained. The soap/shampoo holder in the shower was broken and leaning diagonally down, so stuff kept falling out. They didn't fix this so clearly don't pay attention to details. Also, it's a narrow shower and you pull out the handle to start the water. The result is that you bump into the handle and turn off the water accidentally all the time. -- At breakfast you are allowed one egg. A second egg would apparently be too generous for this hotel. ONE EGG. -- The room is small and the bed is hard.

wonderful quite place ... warm welcome when you reach .. the people you face very nice and helpful .. everything is perfect

Verdiğim paraya değer

Personelin Güler yüzlülüğü odanın konforu herşey çok mükemmeldi 10üzerinde 10 bence

Her şey mükemmel

Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was huge! Only problem was that the restaurant wasn’t open on the night we stayed and the bar was only open until 8pm.

Tavsiye ederim.

Imagine the most amazing hotel you've ever been to, add exceptional service and real family feel and you've just found the most lovely place to stay at. First of all, there is the most fabulous spa in the room! Followed by the most comfortable bed! Then we woke up and had a spectacular full breakfast spread! We used the Hammam spa and sauna - just fabulous!

My partner and I visited last year and have been meaning to leave a review ever since as it deserves one! This hotel is lovely with wonderful, friendly staff and an amazing location. We didn't spend too much time in our room as we were out exploring the area however we had a lovely balcony to enjoy the views and our room had everything we needed. We enjoyed the use of the spa one afternoon which was great. Breakfast offered a tasty choice and then the location is perfect. You're right next to the beautiful river which you can walk down towards the beaches and main streets. A 5* review from us and we hope to return one day!

We are very pleased with everything. We will definately return back.

Fiyat a göre hersey mükemmeldi tekrar bir kaçamak yapmak istiyoruz en kısa zamanda yakınlarımızla,hotels.com a da teşekkurler onun müşteri puanlarına güvenerek tercih etmiştik.

There is nothing I can say negative about this hotel, especially staff! They were awesome! Keep up the good work!

Everything was great! thanks. The staff were so nice and helpful, generous breakfast, great facilities and close to the Azmak river.

All personnel including GM Emir Alsancak and Simay Alsancak were extremely helpful... Staff try to do their best for customer satisfaction. Rooms were very clean. Hotel is located right next to Azmak river and it is 4-5 mins walk away from beaches and bars. They also have connections with kite teachears, boat tours and more.. Anything you want to do in Akyaya, you will be able to find it.

Location of the hotel was great as we were attending a wedding at a near by hotel. Missed not having a kettle in the room . There was a coffee making machine but the coffee wasn’t very nice.

Yol uzerinde 1 gecelik konaklama yaptik otel temiz calisanlar guler yuzlu bulundugu ortam merkezi ve cok hos kahvaltisi guzel kalmak isteyenlere oneririm

Everything is good, only a guy who works in a spa area, guests can ask for a small water only 200ml,when you finished drinking ,you asked for second bottle,he say no no no no,it’s only 200ml.breakfast is not buffet ,it’s pure turkey style.

Otel beklediğimizden çok iyiydi. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Otel temiz ve rahattı. Serpme kahvaltısı çoğu kahvaltı yerinden daha iyiydi. Azmak kenarında olması çok güzeldi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Akyaka is an upmarket, typically Turkish town at the mouth of the Azmak River with its free flowing, crystal clear water. Elif Hanim Hotel epitomizes the style and class of this lovely resort. We have stayed there three consecutive years now in June and will stay again next year. The town is in complete contrast to its neighbouring, Marmaris. The hotel is excellent with great rooms , breakfast and swimming pool. It is quiet and popular with Turkish families who love to interact with the British. We always eat in the fish restaurants along the river, The Cordon and Orfoz being our favourites.

Every thing is perfect.. and prime location for the city walk and the price is perfect and so clean and the staff very kind and helpful wish me come again ... thanks for the managers to be helped with out of city

We were there for one night .. it was one of the best and clean one .. its bike friendly hotel .. people are kind.. ı do recommend! Thanks Ozan! They have nice pool and quite close to center.. rooms are nice too

This has been my 6th stay at Elif Hanimin the past 3 years. I just cannot go to anywhere else, because it's been fantastic stay everytime. The hotel has been designed tastefully all around. It's been kept tidy and clean. They serve delicious and rich Turkish breakfast, which is a great beginning of a action filled surfing day. I cannot praise enough the employees. Among over two dozen days, I have always had great experience with them. They keep a genuine smile while making you feel at home. They all are great, but I have had a particularly great interaction with Recep, Simay and Durmus. I highly recommend this place for kitesurfers, vacationairs or passer byers.

This is a fabulous hotel in a great location, the service and breakfast was exceptionally good. The downside was the noise from the building work going on at the time of our stay. However the disruption was kept to a minimum and I would highly recommend staying here. This was our second stay here.

The staff were helpful, the room comfortable and clean, the breakfast excellent. The hotel faces the river and is a short walk from restaurants and from the sea front. Beyond Marmaris and again out towards Oren, Milas, there are some lovely and unexcavated Greek and Roman ruins. However, the hotel was undergoing a major refit of the top floor whilst we were there and it was consequently noisy and dusty; we were not told about this when we booked... Do check if you're booking in the next month or so. And be aware that the smoke from the grill in the restaurant has easy access to the bedrooms if the wind is in the wrong direction.

Wonderful place and wonderful staff, I highly recommend it, it will be the hotel to stay in for me

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff at reception ( both the lady and gentlements), the waiters in restaurant, cheff and his cuisine, room with jacuzzi, cleanliness, the housekeeper lady.. in short from a to z all was so good. I felt really at home. Apart from all, for me ; something was so different that their very good manner. Everybody in that hotel has a family manner, they make customers feel togetherness.. For payment and other issues they never behaved in a greedy way. When we leave the hotel we can pay for the rooms and other extras. I stayed in many big hotel chains but never seen an approach like this. I thank all the staff in Elif Hanım Hotel.. and see them in summer again...

Fantastic beautiful hotel and area. Would go back in a heart beat, was a shame we could only stay for 1 night due to work commitments, we will visit again when we have time for longer. The surrounding area is beautiful aswell, worth a walk up the hills, and camping up there would be amazing

it Was my wife’s birthday and they put us in a very nice suite; the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The reception staff were particularly friendly. Thankyou for making it a great stay.

Beautiful modern well laid out and maintained hotel. Very nice rooms, well furnished, clean and exceptionally well equipped. Lovely outlook over the attractive pool area and towards the sea. Full Turkish breakfast. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent value.

Staff very helpful and location perfect. We ate in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the live music. Will stay again on our next overnight stay.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I would definitely stay again. The hotel is really beautiful, spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly. The location is ideal with the beach and plenty of restaurants a short distance away. We stayed in a room with a spa bath and it was more like an apartment than a hotel room with a lovely view over the amazing pool. Roll on next year as I will definitely be returning.

This is a great hotel. The staff was amazing, warm and friendly. Our bed was soft and comfortable with everything we could need. We loved the details of the place, from the stain glass windows to the ceramic, flower painted door knobs. The included breakfast was served to your table making it more like a restaurant experience than a buffet! I was a little disappointed that the gym didn’t open until 10 am.

We stayed there for 4 nights. We were leaving hotel after breakfast and returning around 7 pm. They were letting us use the pool even though it was off hours. Breakfast wasn't the best but it was okay. It is a nice option if you are going to Akyaka for kite surfing, i assume it is also a good option if you are visiting Akyaka for other attractions as well.

Cleanest hotel ever from room to pool amazing beautiful looking rooms

perfect hotel and staff. breakfast was delicous. room was clean. they serviced free newspaper.

Arrived very late but received a warm welcome. Room comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Situated by the river but close to stunning horse shoe bay. Good value. Would stay again.

Being slightly out of season, the hotel was quiet, however spa was open, we did not have time to use. Restaurant area nice although menu bit limited, and portions small. Live singer very good. Hotel apppears very new, modern. And comfortable. Great location

The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. Hotel and restaurant have very good location and Azmak view. For my next visit I'll certainly be booking back into Elif Hanım Hotel.
