Need transport(own car to reach thermales)overall the charges for the accomodation are too much. Also found a big spider, which I have mentioned to the lady a reception (liluana)and brushed me off as normal....not apologies. The breakfast was basic...the only change was the eggs (boiled, scrmbbled or fried).overall very disappointed .Not worth it

Reviewed Aug 11, 2024The location is perfect if you're visiting the thermals and want to experience the rural environment while staying relatively close to the center of Santa Rosa del Cabal. The hostess is very attentive and is eager to help and give tips on where to go depending on the time of day. The environment is very peaceful. The kids enjoyed it too, as there is plenty of room outside to play. If you are a coffee lover, there is complementary coffee (of the region, of course) every day at the lobby
The breakfast is a bit basic and doesn't contain fruits or cold beverages.
