Es mi hotel favorito en mis visitas a Autlán, y con seguridad lo seguirá siendo, solo que en esta ocasión al momento del check in me solicitaron un depósito de 500 pesos o dejar una identificación, que nos devolverían al final de la estancia. Salvo esa nueva condición todo estuvo excelente.

The breakfast was very good, the staff were polite annd helpful and gave us umbrellas due to the weather, and the hotel is beautiful!

Great looking property. We must have gotten the last room because it smelled like pee. Restroom was clean, room looked rundown overall. I recommend the hotel but upgrade your room.

Sólo en mi habitación por ser área nueva solo se puede tener Netflix, por lo demás recomendable 100%, no tienen restaurante solo el hospedaje incluye desayuno que tiene como 4 opciones que ya está preparado

Este es un lugar maravilloso, la piscina muy grande nos divertimos muchísimo, el lugar impecable, el servicio excelente, la comida excelente también y el personal te ayuda en todo momento están para servirte con una sonrisa, todo en general fue excelente, les agradecemos tanto por cuidar del lugar y de sus huéspedes, , yo le es daría un 100 de calificación a todos, hacen un excelente trabajo.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are beautiful, full of trees and plants. We love nature, so this place was right in our alley. Breakfast was very good too, a good variety and delicious options.

This Hotel is a Paradise in the outskirts of a town without many attractions. Not a tourist destination town, but I would say the Hotel was the main atraction ! Staff is Friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was Delicious ! Also important to mention, the property grounds are very clean and mantained ! And the price is a deal !!!

Me guardaría ponerle 5 estrellas a todo, solo por algún par de detalles no lo veo conveniente: 1- Es tan estupendo el lugar que dan ganas de comer ahí pero pues no tienen restaurante. 2- Fuera magnífico si su alberca principal estuviese climatizada, para tener una mejor estadía en sus instalaciones o en este caso que dieran acceso a la otra alberca que tienen en un área secundaria a los huéspedes obvio siempre y cuando no esté rentada en esos momentos. 3- La habitación estupenda muy muy bonita confortable, solo sería de 10 si la regadera tuviera el mantenimiento adecuado. En síntesis la estancia fue bastante buena y agradable sin embargo tiene áreas de oportunidad para subir su nivel. Saludos

Very nice peaceful hotel

El hotel es muy bonito, con una arquitectura singular. La habitación es muy espaciosa, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Solo podría como punto menos que el agua no sale muy caliente. El lugar no es muy cerca del centro pero en auto estás allí en unos 10 min y si no llevas en qué moverte, de recepción le llaman a taxis quienes llegan muy rápido.

Solo nos quedamos una noche ya que fuimos a la boda de una amiga peeo en nuestra llegada, en recepción nos atendieron muy bien y en la mañana desayunamos , la comidavestaba rica pero, una persona masculino nos dió la bienvenida y anotó el numeron de nuestra abutacion y nos dió la bienvenida pero las personas que sirven el desayuno como que no quieren hablar mucho , solo nos dijeron el nombre de cuatro guisados nunca nos dijeron que también tenían chilaquiles y hot cackes y pues tuvimos que comprar un panecillo empacado para acompañar mi café , de ahi en fuera todo bien , el hotel muy bonito . Gracias!!

El lugar es bello, tranquilo, limpio, cómodo y funcional. Con una gran atención. Le ofrecen el desayuno en su estancia, el cual es muy rico. El punto a mejorar en la habitación es la dureza del colchón y las almohadas.

Es un muy bonito hotel, limpio,TRANQUILO, con música ambiental, atención buena, sobretodo la señorita del día de mi check out; la piscina muy bonita y limpia( lástima que el horario es sólo hasta las 8 pm); la habitación muy limpia, acogedora; el baño amplio, muy limpio. Como sugerencia, cambiar las regaderas, sobretodo la de mano, las llaves, que ya se ven oxidadas y la ducha de mano, ligeramente enmohecida.

El hotel es agradable y confortable . creo Autlan ya requeria de un mejor hotel. Sin embargo , te ofrecen un desayuno incluido , el cual es muy malito , restringido y con pocas opciones .- deberian poner un bufette amplio como en muchos hoteles donde ponen jugos , fruta , yoghurt, cereales , huevos al gusto ,chilaquiles , algun guisado etc. solo te ponen chilaquiles o mas bien totopos con salsa , huevo revuelto y papa y te dan porciones extremadamente raquiticas .

Estoy muy molesto con Ustedes, Hoteles.com porque después de varias horas de viaje, llegamos al Hotel que está súper lindo y resulta que no habían recibido departe de ustedes la notificación para la reservación; Ellos fueron muy amables y El hotel excelente en todo, solo que TUVIMOS QUE PAGAR en el establecimiento para podernos hospedar, razón por la cual solicito el reembolso que pagamos y que no se utilizó. El lugar es muy bonito, lleno de vegetación y te transporta a otra época, vale mucho la pena. Se agradecería que hubiera servicio de desayuno europeo o americano, aunque en Autlán todo esta cerca. Por la madrugada había música, que aunque no estoy seguro, creo que era del hotel. Y el sensor de fuego o humo dentro de la habitación hace un pitido que en la noche es un poco molesto.

Muy cómodo y limpio. El único inconveniente que a mis hijos le dieron una habitación ( 212) muy encerrada, sin ventanas, y el aire acondicionado fallando, incomoda en todos los aspectos, Considero que esa habitación no la deberían ofrecer

Muy poco personal de atención, no tiene restaurante, el desayuno que incluye es avena aguada, pan bimbo tostado y agua para nescafe, alberca de agua helada, nadie te guia a la habitacion...etc. etc. El lugar esta para mas ya que es bonito pero no tiene nada de servicios.

This is a beautiful property. I wish we would have had more time to look around. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Autlan. My only complaint is that the booking said we would receive complimentary breakfast and there was no breakfast provided.

TVilla Real Ranch was a beautiful establishment. Very clean and staff was excellent. We will be back for sure!!

It’s a beautiful place but they didn’t have a restaurant.

It was a great experience. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant were exceptional. Because we are English speaking it was nice to have people who spoke English. The rooms and setting at the hacienda are very well kept. We stayed in one of the unique chalets. We will definitely return. It is located on the edge of the city so we were happy to have our own car for transportation. Taxi’s were only a phone call away if one is needed.

We were givin a room in the 3rd floor, but didn't got the chanse to see it as door lock just wouldn't open, we went to the receptionist to let him know, he send a person to try and open the door but just wast able to, so they give us a different room, it was super clean and quiet, it had a king size comfy mattress.

I paid for a king size bed, which clearly indicated on my reservation, but they initially gave me a room with a queen bed during the check-in process. I’m 6’5” and don’t fit in most queen size beds. . I got to hotel late and was very tired, so I didn’t complain until the following day. They did move me to a room with a king size bed when I complained, but they should’ve honored the reservation from the get go!

It was really good hotel but no.restaurant and need transportation to the city

The positives first: check in went smoothly, this property was a monastery at one time. The grounds are amazing. Unfortunately the negatives were numerous. We were supplied with one glass and one towel and took numerous requests to get 2 of each. The lamp only worked if you plugged it in and then unplugged it to shut off, the switch was broken. The bedspread was stained, with what we don't know. We ran out of hot water twice once at night, once in the morning, and at 3200 feet the water is cold. One English TV channel was provided, yes the one that rots your mind.. There is a beautiful glass enclosed restaurant on the grounds the one highlighted on their website, it's called Love, because they love to keep it closed. When I asked if it was open for breakfast, I was told the restaurant was out of commission. This hotel is way out in the country surrounded by greenhouses, There is nothing within 3 miles of this hotel. To eat you must go into town which is 3 miles away. Front desk informed us it was 80 peso's by taxi, but we later learned of a bus that passes the hotel. In a remote location like this a fridge and microwave would be a asset In the evening there is nothing to do, and I mean nothing A meager continental breakfast is provided.but we were not informed of this' The pool is lovely if you're a polar bear or like freezing. Would definitely not stay here again

We stayed there for 3 nights. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area near the highway and is convenient if traveling around the city of Autlan.

We stayed 5 nights at Estancia in Autlan de Navarro. Absolutely loved our 2 rooms. Our 15 year old daughter had her own room which you can imagine gained many points for old pops.The people were awesome. So willing to help us with room service: calling out for taxi, pollo a la braza, and pizza delivery. We got the "Royal" treatment at "Via Real". Met other guests from Houston, Guadalajara, UC Davis, Sacramento. We got spoiled.Plus the property is so gorgeous in a rustic way. Mango trees and Mourning doves gently cooing.The pool never closes. Ice cold beer and wine fridge in the lobby. My co-workers at the hospital Laboratory asked me, "Is it safe to go to Mexico?" I am so bad, I said with a grin, "No, you better stay home." This is Maria and Bill's secret hide away. Loved it.So fun.

We had a great stay! The hotel is gorgeous & very picturesque! Not many people during our stay. Had the pool to ourselves. The pool swim up bar is not in service nor is there a restaurant onsite. If these amenities were provided you wouldn't want to leave the premises as it's that spacious and breathtaking.
