Great place
Weather lol
Vista meravigliosa. Ristorante con vista pazzesca. Cibo buonissimo.
I giochi all'ingresso non erano utilizzabili (scacchi). mancavano dei pezzi. Negozietto poco fornito.
Absolutely gorgeous property 😍
The facilities and location were wonderful
$20 parking fee , we found highly unnecessary and just a money grab
Location, facilities.
Service is terrible. Front desk and restaurant.
Tres bel endroit, tres bel chambre

Perfect location. New cabins are comfortable, lovely scenic views from terrace.
Property recently purchased and updated by Marriott. A few new opening problems which will be fixed soon. Cabins have 3 tv’s but no microwave. Coffee cups but no other dishes.
Luogo incantevole, bellissima struttura in posizione fantastica! Buono il ristorante, stanza grande e ben arredata, pulitissimo! Posto top per soggiornare a Moab!

In the middle of nowhere but the drive out is enjoyable
Beautiful place to stay! I loved all the things this room had to offer that other hotels do not! Like drinking water, housekeeping every day! Also a spacious room. And I outdoor yard plus balcony! I got to pet a horse that walked up to the yard! Planning to return !
Location was absolute perfection
The riverside cabins NEED a microwave. Would be nice if it had more glasses mugs and a bigger coffee maker. The cabin fit 6 people but was only stocked for 2 so super inconvenient with such a nice kitchen.
Everything!
Nothing
I liked the beautiful location, calmness,
Located in the park. The view was great from the restaurant. If you stay, try to get a room in front overlooking the cliffs.
The altitude made sleeping a bit difficult
The morning sunrise view was amazing!! Loved the property! Staff was also very friendly and welcoming! We had amazing stay!!
I was disappointed to learn that the two-bedroom riverside cabin I reserved was unavailable when I checked in. I appreciated the discount I was given to downgrade to a king riverside room. The gentleman that checked me in was incredibly professional, courteous and friendly; that guy deserves a raise without question. The room I was given was clean and the view was excellent. The TV worked intermittently (maintenance had to come reset the box at one point) and the quality of sound from the low-quality TV is horrible. The ceiling fan constantly squeaked and wobbled regardless of speed or direction. The control for the electric window blinds is wired wrong (the down button raises the blinds and vice versa.) The incredibly inconsistent service at the restaurant bar was excellent on Sunday evening, but very poor on Saturday evening. After being told at checkin that the pet fee would be waived for my dog, I received an updated bill hours after checkout with the pet fee reinstated; I had to call to get that reversed. In retrospect, I'm grateful for the downgraded room with the discounted rate; if I had paid the full amount for the cabin I originally reserved I would have been very unsatisfied with my stay. Given the discounted rate for the downgraded room, I consider my stay acceptable but, overall, definitely not exceptional. Compared to the Hilton Hoodoo (where I usually stay when I'm in Moab) this property isn't anywhere close to Hoodoo's level of quality, comfort, style and excellent bar/restaurant service.
A beautiful hotel on the Colorado River. Food at the on-site restaurant was very good, although over-priced ($74 for a steak?!) The biggest issue was that the A/C unit in our room was not functioning in 90+ degree weather. It was "on," and seemed to provide a little cool air, but by the time we realized it was not working at all, it was late at night and we didn't want to request a room change. Early the next morning, the power to the entire site went out. No information was provided to guests as to when it might come back on. Generators came on for the restaurant and lobby, but the rooms hit sweltering pretty quickly. We were only booked for one night, but wondered what happened for those staying an additional day, in such a remote spot... Further, when I tried to respond to Marriott's standard email requesting feedback, the survey site was non-operational. I feel we should be given some sort of credit or refund for the inconvenience (that was never acknowledged in any way, via phone, text, or email, either during or after.)
Absolutely beautiful lodge and area. Clean and spacious rooms.
They advertise they’re dog friendly but dogs aren’t even allowed in the lobby where there’s an area to sit and relax and have a drink. They also don’t let you take drinks to your room from the bar. There’s only a small “market” on site to get drinks (soda, water). Don’t offer much with your stay, like a welcome drink or breakfast. Pool area was ok but looks like a pool in someone’s backyard.
Not what is used to be under old management. Menu now average. And thereused to be a really nice winery nowreplaced by some Ford Bronco display. And now a silly playground in middle of parking lot. Speaking of parking, they now charge $20/night to park in front of your room!
Exceptional location by the Colorado River. Clean and quiet. Five Star Ember Restaurant and swimming pool. Kids playground and many more.
There is nothing negative . This is silly question
I don't even know where to begin to rate this place. It is SO special. The location can not be better, the views are million dollar, the food is excellent, the drinks at the bar are top notch. The rooms have just been renovated and are gorgeous. The history at this place is fascinating and it's so cool how they value it and pass it on with a museum in the basement. I can't stress enough if you are planning a trip to Moab, this is your place to stay. We are going back in a couple months we loved it so much.
There was not one thing we didn't like, everything was perfect.
Spectacular location! The views in all directions were amazing and there is not a bad room in the house. Request a river view to see sunrise - but the opposite rooms look out at spectacular cliffs and horses grazing in the foreground. Close to amazing parks but you could also be happy to just stay here.
Warning - there is no cell service and wifi is very spotty especially in the rooms. So perfect if you want to disconnect but difficult if you are working on the road. Staff service is mixed - phenomenal and poor. Seems surprising to pay for parking in this locale. Communication poor - emails about construction ending in March (our stay was in July), erratic Departure billing - I received 3 different folios with varying amounts.
This facility is a rather primitively rustic motel-type stay. As a senior with aching knees, I encountered steps everywhere at the facility. Steps up the porch to the lobby, steps up to the entry to your room, steps up thru the room doorway, even steps inside the room. Even their feature inside the Lodge-area, a movies-made-in-the-area display is down a long steep staircase to the basement. service to the room was good, but other areas, specifically the bar and dining room have lapses. Every employee seemed to be new and not able to answer questions, we often got arm waves to check with a person off in this direction or that direction.
The scenery. The room decor.
Construction outside our door! The laundry room, workout room and surrounding area were under construction. Until we complained at 8pm! No soap for 2 days! We had to use shampoo. The pool and hot tub were gross. And the one and only restaurant was WAY over priced and not great. We were so excited because this looked so great online, but we were very disappointed. When we talked to the front desk they offered us a measly 3,000 points. Which does nothing.
Beautiful location, spotless and really nicely done room, fantastic food and gorgeous views over the river and mountains. Honestly a perfect spot this part of Utah
The staff were lovely but clearly needed a little training / scheduling - particularly the morning crew. Each time I went to check in desk was a 10 minute+ wait with no one manning it. Not the end of the world at all but thought I’d let you know! But everyone was lovely
Our experience at Red Cliffs Moab was so wonderful that we chose to stay amidst a power outage even when the staff graciously offered to book us somewhere else. The setting is idyllic - a small green valley along the Colorado River bounded by towering red cliffs on all sides. This alone is worth a visit. We stayed in new-looking two-bedroom cabins - very clean, modern, with kitchen, deck on the river bank, facing the cliffs. Really beautiful. Staff is warm and friendly - and real: the power outage was a bummer for everyone and the staff didn't try to pretend it wasn't - they just did what they could to make it easier, which we appreciated. Restaurant meal was very good and view while dining is equally beautiful. Red Cliffs Lodge exceeded our expectations.
The setting and the views are gorgeous. The room, with the patio view of the river, was beautifully decorated, modern and luxurious. But I needed to give them five stars for the great service from a woman at the front desk, who solved an awkward problem for me - I am so very grateful!
Location: can’t be beat. Stunning. Atmosphere: secluded and quiet. Rooms - we had a cabin. This is where the attention to details for a tribute / pretty expensive $800+ a night start to lack. The cabin was recently remodeled and there was pieces of paint tape still by tile, pencil markings for work, etc. they needed to go through and do a final punch list / cleaning walkthrough. Value: a bit over-priced for what it is at this point (still under remodeling- gym, laundry closed and lack of attention to details and service consistency). Cleanliness: again, missing that detail. Surface level clean, until you look a bit. For instance the ash tray outside main building had about 25 butts in it and a rotten banana peel for the 4 days we were there. That should be part of daily cleaning. Service: inconsistent. Example: Ordered a lavender lemonade 3 times during stay and each time made different/tasted different. Once it had lemon slice, lavender and mint garnish, once just lemon. Again, you will see throughout my review my biggest issue is the lack of details not being followed through. It would be fine if paying $300-$400 a night. But when you’re paying over $800 - it matters.
Tudo!! Hotel incrível
Superb location. Peaceful, luxury everything you could ask for . The movies connection
Nothing ignore all negative reviews this is an amazing place
Pretty location although the views were marred by smoke from wildfires.
I was pissed that the gym was closed due to a remodel. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked this place.
The views and location are special.
The units, which from pictures look very updated and high end, in reality look more like a nice motel. Things need updating. It is also still very much under construction and the pool area is a bit dated. Pool itself needs an update and the pool furniture is also a bit old.
Breath-taking views, quiet, and the room was so luxurious. Dinner was exceptional.
Some of the servers at the restaurant seemed to need more training or confidence. The biscuits for breakfast were awful and hard;couldn’t eat them.
What a beautiful setting. The Red Cliffs Lodge is sitting on the Colorado river with outstanding Mountain View’s. That being said the rooms were beautiful , but the swimming pool was very dirty. It wasn’t cleaned at all when we were there. The dinner food was not very good. We sent the pork chop back because it was all fat and saw several plates from other diners being sent back. That was disappointing. A quick swim to cool off after a day of hiking in the parks and a good dinner would have been nice. Hopefully they will pay better attention to their amenities. They are a gem of a property.
Nice room but a little underwhelming. I chose this property based off the reviews however I leave feeling a little undecided. Our room was spacious and comfortable for two adults and a teen. We enjoyed the location and the scenery is obviously amazing . I feel the restaurant is a little overpriced and the quality is not as good as I expected . The pool area should be updated to make it look more inviting . The horses next door are a plus .
The location was AMAZING
The room and bathroom was very dark
Red Cliffs has lost a lot of its charm with the recent remodel. Outdoor patio facing colorado river view is still spectacular, but indoor dining lack luster starting with the dinner menu. This is strictly a burger lunch spot in cooler weather . The ride there from Moab is amazing though. Food is marginal and over priced..especially the drinks . The movie museum has also been changed and not as interesting. Did not stay in the hotel..just went for dinner. A place to see for the scenery..but Arches National park has it all .
Fantastic location, beautiful scenery, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The views of the red cliffs and the Colorado River are breathtaking. One of the most memorable stays of our USA trip! 😊🏜️🏞️
Scenic location and stunning but the 30 minute, one way drive into Moab and back was getting tiresome! Beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage.
Only one over priced restaurant which was ok. I guess you're paying for the view. A second option would be great! A real refrigerator would have been so much better to keep water and beverages cold. $20 daily parking fee! Paying so much money already per night. Beautiful, large walk-in shower. I still dont understand who designs these bathrooms and dont put at least a little ledge in them for woman to save our legs! 🤷♀️ Pool can use updating. Larger trash cans! Windows shades to close at night in the living room area
The scenery was beautiful.
Expensive with enough that made it less than comfortable: the sliding door on our cabin did latch, too many light switches and not enough lights, no dishes or microwave to be able to make use of cabin set up (eg reheat leftovers).
Everything
Expensive dinning
We recently stayed at Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab, Utah. The location is absolutely stunning, and the cabin accommodations were comfortable, well-appointed, and very enjoyable. We also had a great experience with the food during our stay. Unfortunately, what should have been an excellent visit was overshadowed by a surprise invoice I received two days after checkout for $50 in “destination” and parking fees. These charges were unexpected and left me feeling nickel-and-dimed after what was otherwise a wonderful stay. It’s disappointing because the property itself is beautiful and has so much to offer. Adding fees after the fact detracts from the overall guest experience and leaves a negative final impression. Transparency in pricing is important, and unexpected charges like these can undermine the goodwill created by an otherwise outstanding property. I hope Marriott and Red Cliffs Lodge reconsider how these fees are communicated and charged. Without this issue, I would have left with nothing but positive things to say about my stay.
Beautiful lodge and wonderful scenery, but terrible service. - Day one breakfast - potatoes cold upon delivery; sent a message asking for additional coffee pods, was told they would arrive shortly. Six hours later, when we returned to the room, no coffee pods. - Day two breakfast - ordered the breakfast burritos without potatoes, got a breakfast burrito stuffed with potatoes. The server claimed he told the cook. - Day three breakfast - ordered sausage gravy & biscuits, they were out. Wife ordered croissants, they were out. Clothes steamer in room did not work, told one would be delivered shortly, it never came. The fact is, Marriott can buy a property and slap the Tribute label on it, but that doesn’t mean you’re going to get good service. Its really too bad, the property itself is surrounded by stunning landscape and is quire beautiful.
View and Kind staff.
Lovely room, lovely location on the Colorado River. We had a river king and the patio with the view of the Colorado River rolling by and the red mesa's in the distance was spectacular. We checked out the amenities but didn't use the pool. The gym was under construction. A bit of a ride into Moab if your intention is to sight see the National Parks or go to dinner in town but if you stay at Red Cliff's give yourself time to enjoy the beautiful property. The Road along the Colordo River is a bit long and windy especially after dark but it is very beautiful. Currently ongoing construction on the road has on occasion made a 20 minute ride in, longer up to 30 minutes or more. The breakfast was good and the dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Can't beat the setting on the river. I will say that I felt that a $25 parking fee per night to park your own car outside on gravel in front of your room was unfair especially when you are paying $500 per night to stay. This seems like a great location for a wedding. We loved staying there but if we planned to spend a lot of time in Moab and touring the parks, I might look for a place closer to town.
The property is in a gorgeous spot. The food itself was lovely.
The service was odd for the relatively high price - no one at the front desk to check in, they had seated someone else with a similar last name under my reservation for dinner. Good communications about the fitness center being under construction, but this amenity was one of the reasons I booked this property, and the notification came after the cancellation period had passed.
Fantastic scenery and a fun location with horseback riding and great playground for kids.
We loved this place....its views are unbelievable...the cabin we stayed in was huge...and our breakfast wonderful...a beautiful home base for exploring the area...
L emplacement
Geweldige locatie, kan gewoon niet beter

The property was beautiful
My cabin my river
Absolutely horrible experience. We were treated horribly and even had the employees make racial comments when we expressed concerns. The restaurant service was absolutely terrible. Do not waste your money on this hotel! We booked three nights and left after the first night. Never again!
Great location, beautiful views, cabins have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Our only concern was the cleanliness around the swimming pool. Food was good service was poor due to them being busy.
Paul area was very dirty. We did not use the pool for this reason.
It’s hard to beat the ambience of Red Cliff Lodge located adjacent to some of the most spectacular National Parks in the world. Great accommodations, good food and personable staff. Highly recommended !
The location on the river was beautiful and peaceful.
It was a bit of a drive out of town. I felt it was a bit ridiculous to charge for parking at a location so far out of town with plenty of space available.
Amazing view, huge suite with everything you could need.
That we only had one night.
Dining on the property is great. The riverside location is wonderful and add to that the horses in the pasture on the property and the proximity to Arches NP-it all makes for a great combination!
Facilities, location and rooms were stunning.
The restaurant staff needs training.
Iconic location, beautiful manicured grounds. Lovely rooms.
Restaurant was very good (had been previously excellent.
The view is so beautiful and the rooms are very nice. So comfortable for our family of four. It was so quiet and the beds were very comfortable. This is a wonderful place to stay for beautiful river and canyon views, and to relax away from the hustle and bustle of town. We will definitely be back!
Truly, my only suggestion is that I think a couple small gates need to be added to the playground exits. Young children are able to get out easily and into the driveways near the front, potentially into slow but still on coming traffic. I just worry this could cause an accident for someone unintentionally someday.
AMAZING PROPERTY!!! Like we were staying on our own horse ranch in the middle of spectacular red rock mountains!

This was an excellent stay. My husband participated in the Bronco Rodeo and really enjoyed it. Our room had a beautiful riverside (Colorado) view. Nice king size bed and pillows. Nice little kitchen area. Great shower. Wonderful little patio where our dog could use the dog park. We really enjoyed the views in this area. Beautiful Red cliffs with the river. The pool and hot tub looked very nice however it was too cool for us to use. We enjoyed walking around the grounds. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. It's very expensive but nice to spoil yourself. We would stay again. Pet friendly
This hotel was the best! I honestly want to go back to Moab just to stay here again. The remote location, the rooms, the playground right outside the rooms made this stay extra special. The views were incredible! Honestly the entire experience! I highly recommend staying here!
Views, rooms, and playground for the kids
Terrible service
Location is a little bit outside moab. 25 minutes or so. But the river road you take is amazing.
Food service can be a little slow and limited options. But taste was very good
Remarkable Facility on the Colorado River. Sensational cabin with river frontage. Exceeded expectations. Staff super friendly and accommodating.
Couldn’t fault.
The views are spectacular.
While being a higher end Marriott property, it seemed to run more like an average Best Western. Upon check in, little if anything was mentioned about the extra amenities such as the gym or hot tub. They have an amazing film museum tucked in the basement we needed to discover for ourselves. As the property is tucked away along the River, dining almost mandates a stay at The Hotel. Our server started with us and never returned having been reassigned to another section without handing over our table. The food was good but not great and the cocktails less than a fair value for the pour. Stay with a beer vs a martini. While there is a coffee pod machine in your room, it would have been nice to find a "good" cup of coffee in the lobby without an up charge from the restaurant. Clearly the value of the Red Cliffs is the view . It is amazing but given the off season, the price of admission may not sync with the service, food and amenities delivered.
Our tour company booked two nights at Red Cliffs Lodge. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with majestic views out the front and back of our rooms and at breakfast/dinner at the restaurant at the lodge. Sunset views at dinner were gorgeous.
Beautiful property, amazing landscape and comfortable room
The restaurant service is terrible, long waits, wrong plates/ drinks they were able to miss all the basics. Staff is not well trained and not focused on customer care - I left items in my room and called the front desk which refused to help coordinating shipping forcing me into a dead end web portal. No willingness to help a guess in transits
What a fantastic stay!! The view all around of the red mountains and the Colorado River was just fascinating. The room was beautiful and super clean. The lobby and restaurant is just gorgeous! For dinner, I loved their chicken plate and for lunch you can't go wrong with their burger - I added an egg which made it even better. Definitely will vacation here again!
The only thing redeeming about this place is the beauty that surrounds it.
The cost was well above what it should have been given the pool didn't work, our TV didn't work, the restaurant didn't open at 6 as it said online (which was important for us since we needed to leave before 7 to get to the park), and other things (like the nightly campfire smores) didn't happen. They also want to charge you for parking, when they have a ton of space for parking and driving there is literally the only way to get there. Perhaps the most frustrating part of it all is that when I raised these issues at checkout (I spoke with the night manager Adam), it was clear he was trained to take 'full responsibility' for all the issues, but all he was authorized to do was take off the parking fee. Marriott leadership clearly chose to open this hotel up before they were ready for guests, and I can't blame the staff onsite for having to take the brunt of guest complaints for a poor decision made up top. Furthermore, if you want to have your onsite staff take full accountability for the hospitality, you should at least give them the power to 'make it right' for guests. All of this points to poor leadership at Marriott and probably why I will not be staying at any Marriott for at least several years.

1.Need pavement in front of rooms. 2. Front desk should be higher. I don't want to bend my body when I checked in.🤨
The view was beautiful. The bed was comfortable.
You will have to pay $20 a night to park in front of your room. We felt like we were not staying at a Marriott. They had to refill their water tank and didn't make our dinner reservations. We traveled down the road and had dinner at different resort. They knew the pool and hot tub were not in working order but I received an email stating that these were still available. Showed up and there was not water in pool or hot tub. I didn't feel that I was treated as a guest but someone who paid a lot of money to stay at place that felt like a "motel" with a great view.
The location/views at sunset for our room rated 6 stars and the renovations are well executed. On the negative side, the Marriott inherited a property with some old "bones." We had two different guests check in over our stay in the room next to us and we could easily hear almost every footstep the took...the first one sounded like they wore ski boots! Not sure if this issue is same in other rooms. We were in a river-side room which was great for river viewing/walking. The staff is working hard but charging $20/day to park is a little much to ask for the premium price. The soup in the restaurant was superb but at times it seemed they are still under-staffed. The lodge was worth a night or two but for us, it was "one and done" given the room issues and being a little far from town.
The pool and hot tub were not open. There was nothing else to do there for free. The staff didn’t make us feel welcome. Everything was difficult to get.
View and room were increible.
The TV Didn't work and the Hot tub wasn't working. Some of the staff need to be a little more cheerfull.
Location is good
We been here almost every year one of the thing we loved was the interior of the cabins was so beautiful . but now looks more like a cheap cold hotel it was so sad I made a reservation for 3 nights but I had to cut it for one night we was here for the beautiful country experience .
What a wonderful morning! Our horseback ride through Castle Valley was easily our favorite part of the trip. The views of the valley were unbelievably beautiful, and our guides, Cassie and Emily, were thorough and friendly. The horses were incredibly well-behaved, making for a relaxing and memorable experience. I’d highly recommend booking a ride here!
The location was gorgeous. Though remote, well worth the drive. Restaurant was very nice.
The lodge was not very populated, yet the room right next to us was booked. The occupants were quite noisy (not your fault), but the room occupancy could have been staggered. Walls are a bit thin. Paying $30 for parking is ridiculous in such a remote location. This isn’t downtown Chicago or NYC. If you want to charge more for the room, charge it. Construction was underway, so some facilities were not available: exercise room, laundry. This was not communicated to us.
The setting and the views are absolutely breathtaking.
