Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Room 303A Bed bugs Tables have stains. The lighting makes the stain not visible from a distance. Takeaway bag of exposed coconut water from previous occupant not removed. Decor is run down and poor. Feels like i am in the hotel in The Shining. Deposit of RM100

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026I love it because i get a spacious room for very reasonable price & the 24 hrs front desk is very helpful bcs i checked in at 4am & check out 1hr late but they didn’t charge me extra. Thank you, will definately come back 🫶🏻

i reserve in booking.com and never ask me to pay. when i reach the hotel the staff said the room given to other customer. it is not fair.

Booked through Booking.com and stayed at LS Hotel Johor. Upon arrival, the staff informed us that there were no standard rooms available anymore and only Premier Rooms were left, so we had no choice but to pay extra for an upgrade. This was quite disappointing as the booking should have been honored properly. Additionally, one of the Indian staff at the counter showed a very bossy attitude when we asked for bottled water. Instead of assisting properly, we were told to refill water from a water filter station, which looked dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the experience was not pleasant and I would not really recommend this place.

I booked a room that was shown as available on Booking.com, but upon arrival, told there were no rooms left. This was quite frustrating and unexpected. In the end, I had to pay additional charges beyond what was originally listed during booking, which was disappointing.
