Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Ha superado mis expectativas porque he comprobado que las reseñas negativas son por un hotel que está en la acera de enfrente que se llama prácticamente igual y la gente se equivoca al ubicarlas. La decoración y todo del hotel es bastante de lujo con las habitaciones muy limpias y confortables y unas vistas a la montaña impresionantes. El personal muy amable y el desayuno buffet muy muy bueno.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The location of the hotel is really good - everything around is no more than 10-15 minutes of waking, plus multiple free parking spots very close (2 minutes away) to the hotel. Also, receptionist was really kind and provided good explanations and suggestions for the best locations for the panoramic views.
Water pressure was a bit low in the bathroom (room located at the 4th floor), but for a one night stay - it was OK.

Micul dejun cu produse de slabă calitate, nediversificat, doar fructele arătau bine, cafeaua era diluată. servicii si design de maxim 3 stele, o compilație de stiluri fără coerență, raportul calitate- pret slab, parcare la distanță fata de hotel. Altădată am fost cazați la Kaikis și serviciile erau mai bune, chiar dacă hotelul e de 3 stele.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026De locatie van het hotel is fijn. Midden in het centrum. Uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de kloosters is prachtig. Ontbijt is goed.
De kamers zijn heel gehorig. Er was een groep jonge dames heel de nacht rumoerig,,drinken, muziek draaien op het balkon tot 7 uur in de ochtend. Geen oog dicht gedaan hierdoor.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den Klöstern. Abends gab es etliche Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen ohne weit laufen zu müssen. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend gross und sehr sauber. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Christos an der Rezeption hat uns gleich bei der Ankunft gut informiert über die anstehenden Besuche der Klöster.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The hotel was older but it was very well maintained and clean. It reminded us of a hotel that at one time was a very elegant and grande hotel. It had a good breakfast to start the day. It was in a great location and walkable around the town and all the restaurants. It was a short drive to Meteora and the monasteries and we had a beautiful view of one monastery from our room. After driving through Kastraki on the way to the monasteries, we prefer Kalabaka. It has more to offer if you are staying overnight. If we ever returned to Meteora, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The walls are paper thin and they apparently host a lot of student groups. There was not a singe night that I wasn’t woken up multiple times by groups of tourists or teenagers outside the door acting like they were in a race at 2 am. Not sure there is much the hotel can do about soundproofing, but maybe asking guests to respect some quiet hours would help?? Whatever you do, request a room as far from the elevator as possible and bring your earplugs.

El colchón de nuestra habitación se hundía y el baño hay que actualizarlo y poner una mampara de ducha más grande.
