Reviewed Mar 9, 2026The staff at the kitchen was perfect. They did their best to provide best service. The guy at the reception changed my room due to my compliant and it is a good thing.
the rooms are not soundproof. You can tell what the next room couple is doing.. I am glad they allowed me to change the room. But they should give rooms in different locations by the aim of renting rooms since they are aware of the fact that their sound isolation is very poor in the first place.. I would expect that from/by "Hilton" experience..

First of all we have called the property and agreed to pay by cash upon arrival. However the card was still charged regardless. Another odd thing - it literally says in email confirmation and on property page that the breakfast can be purchased for 7 eur per person at the property upon arrival however the stuff disregarded this information and asked for price twice higher.
