The pizza was surprisingly ok. Wine and beer nice. We were diverted from Heathrow on 9/8/26 due to closing of airspace, and this was one of few hotels not full. 12 milea away, but we had a comfortable, even pleasant stay. Only One staff was overwhelmed but efficient and gracious.

Everything. It was a perfect base for attending a concert at Wembley Stadium.

Was next to a busy dual carriageway, though it was not noisy in the room. Restaurant only served pizza.

The reception man was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the sheets were crisp and smelt gorgeous and clean. Lovely fluffy white towels. Nice little freebies, shower gel etc toothbrush, toothpaste and two bottles of water, tea, coffee and biscuits. The bed was sooooo comfy too.

The executive room wasn’t as big as it looked in the pictures. Alao the breakfast could be better, only boiled eggs available. I could have done with some omelettes or scrambled eggs😄 Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay

A lovely stay We had such a wonderful stay at The Hills in Hendon. This was our second time staying here, and once again, we were so impressed by the warm welcome and the amazing hospitality. A special thank you to Khaled, who was absolutely lovely, kind, and welcoming. He really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after. I also want to mention all the staff, because every single person we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely wonderful. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special. It’s always a great feeling to return somewhere and feel just as welcomed as the first time. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Thank you to the whole team for making our second stay so lovely! ❤️

My single room was small but perfectly functional with little road noise overnight which was a pleasant surprise. Air conditioning was very effective and the small fridge kept water and milk chilled in a heatwave. Staff are exceptionally friendly and breakfast was great - continental style which suited me.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hide Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything was well looked after, and we really enjoyed our time there. A lovely hotel with excellent service we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Narrow entrance to car park took some getting used to but that was minor. Everything else great.

We’ve stayed at The Hide before in 2024 and had a great experience, which is exactly why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. Before arriving, I specifically called the hotel to check that parking would be available and was assured there would be a space as it wasn’t too busy. However, when we arrived there were no spaces at all. As it was a Sunday, we were fortunate enough to find a nearby restricted parking bay that wasn’t being enforced. When we checked into our room, we also discovered there were no bath towels, which was another frustrating start to our stay as we then had to ring and ask for them. We also noted the room was a little more tired than we had previously had, with the bathroom wood being quite worn down and needing touch ups. The biggest issue came later that evening. We returned from a concert at around 10:45pm. I’m seven months pregnant and was absolutely exhausted, only to find that there were again no parking spaces available. I asked the receptionist for help, and she kindly directed us to park next door. After the difficult task of manoeuvring into the space, we went back inside, only to be told that we actually couldn’t park there after all and would instead need to park on the road because “it’s free parking.” Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t seem to realise that it would be Monday morning, meaning the nearby on-street parking restrictions would come into force at 7am. This has meant my partner had to get up at 7am to move the car to avoid receiving a parking ticket, and thankfully there was finally a space. What has been most disappointing is that the parking issue could have been avoided if we’d been given accurate information from the start. Had we been told parking how busy the hotel actually was, we could have made other arrangements. Instead, we were given incorrect advice, which caused unnecessary stress at the end of an already long day. There was a cone “reserving” a space, in the 20 hours we spent in the hotel, not once did that cone move for a car so we could have used that. When I asked the day team how people are meant to park, she said they arrive way before check in to secure a space. I don’t understand how this is fair to all guests and for those who are driving to an event, how you are meant to park at this hotel when you return. It’s such a shame because we chose to return based on our previous very positive experience. Sadly, this stay has changed our opinion of the hotel. The lack of parking, poor communication and inaccurate information made what should have been an enjoyable stay incredibly stressful, and unfortunately we won’t be returning.

I have stayed at the Hide multiple times now and will continue to go back. The service is fantastic. Such a comfortable place to stay. During my last stay, Arlene served breakfast in both days - she is so kind and has such a lovely manner with the hotel guests. The manager, Khaled, is so welcoming - nothing is any trouble for him at all! Highly recommend this hotel

We came half an hour early, wanted to charge a fee for early check in, the steep steps to climb to the floor, no lift rather hard with suitcases, the parking difficulty

It was quite comfortable and suited my needs at the time. Very accommodating staff ! Bathroom was nice and spacious and very clean.

Lovely clean hotel in a great location close to Hendon Central tube station. Charming staff who are extremely helpful. Nice continental breakfast.

The only slight downside was our bedroom was on the second floor with some quite narrow stairs. However, didn't spoil our stay.

It was in the perfect location, amazingly clean and the staff were just delightful. Nothing was too much. Julia was very welcoming and was very helpful with local takeout advice! Beds were really comfy and lovely toiletries!

On arrival we were greeted by the lovely receptionist who was friendly and welcoming. We were able to get an early check in (£15) which was great. Lovely staff throughout our stay. Room was very nice, we were especially grateful for excellent air-conditioning in this rooftop room during a heatwave. The room design makes good use of the available space, the bathroom was small but very nicely decorated, including a rainfall shower. The fridge in the room enabled us to chill the water bottles that were provided which was another bonus! We only used the hotel to sleep in, did not try breakfast or other facilities. It is very handy for getting into central London, with a bus stop and tube station very close by.

Really, really small gripe that the teabags and milk were not replaced during our 2-night stay (although the biscuits were). I'm sure this would have been easily rectified had we mentioned it, but we didn't notice until the morning and simply used the decaf teabags instead.

Everything! I booked extremely last minute, within hours of arriving, wasn’t expecting much as didn’t really read many reviews, what a pleasant surprise this hotel was. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, very comfortable, lots of little touches like water & milk in the fridge as well as room temperature, slippers & toiletries. The room had air conditioning which was lovely on a very warm evening. The lady on reception when I arrived late in the evening was lovely, engaging & friendly. Bed was very comfortable, desk space and mini fridge. Breakfast was lovely and the waiting staff very nice and pleasant. As a lone female, I felt very safe.

Not a negative as such, but the carpark is very small, I managed to park at the back and had to pass through an extremely tight tunnel, some cars would struggle.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Hendon Central, which you can get Northern Line straight into the City. Free parking is always a bonus. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy, about average size for hotels in my experience, was well equipped with a small fridge + the usual amenities one would expect. Plenty of outlets for charging devices, which from past experience is a huge win, didn't have to move any furniture to access. Price paid was very reasonable for London location. I would happily recommend to family and friends and will stay there again when I return to London.

The room showed signs of a little wear and tear, but honestly didn't affect the stay. The bed was a little creaky every time one of us moved. Would benefit from a good black out blind/curtain. The biggest thing that I would mention is the entrance to the rear car park is very tight. I have a Ford Explorer and I had about an inch clearance either side of my mirrors. Anything any bigger or a non confident driver would struggle to make it through. Honestly though its a very minor downside considering the rest of the hotel is fantastic.

Area has alot of traffic during the day but you wouldnt notice it unless you walked outside. (No traffic noise). Also nice area full of coffee shops and food from all around the world. Would really recommend this hotel.

Someone did slam their door at 5.20am which woke me up but apart from that it was a nice quiet room to stay in. We didnt have time to enjoy any of the facilities unfortunately.
