Reviewed Nov 28, 2024晚間八點入住旅館，發現所有水龍頭都只有熱水沒有冷水可調節水溫，無法洗澡，馬上向櫃檯反應，首先說是自來水公司供水有問題，我馬上就質疑，自來水公司怎麼會不提供冷水而提供熱水，有違常理，經向櫃檯男性服務員不斷反應，男性服務員卻說這是不可抗力之因素，他們也沒辦法，完完全全推諉卸責，最後才說水塔供水有問題，已經聯絡廠商過來修理，等廠商修復已經是晚間11點了。 另外房間空調老舊，聲音大到夜不成眠，真是難以接受的一次住宿經驗。

Reviewed Dec 17, 2018房型格局,石頭地板很冰涼,空間大但裝飾不多,很多不合理設計 車庫停車後要上樓發現有二個門,問了後才知道一個是房務門,但一般房務不是走車庫就好?感覺還要小心車庫內那門,所以上樓後樓下的門特地反鎖,樓上通風很不好,有一股怪味,住愈久有使用多次廁所後,味道會變強烈,下樓出車庫再進來就很明顯,浴室沖洗室外的排水設計很有問題,門下沒做門檻,地是完全平的,然後排水溝是做在旁邊,隨便沖一下外頭地上積水到不行,之後要去廁所都得踩水,週圍環境較不太方便,若太晚到基本上不好找吃的
