Reviewed Nov 23, 2021一進去就濃濃的煙味所以就要求換房，結果只是換了一間煙味比較淡的房間。住了兩晚，因為不希望清潔人員動到私人物品，所以第二天出門只要求補充日用品跟清垃圾桶，結果一回來就發現東西有被過，還有私人東西不見了，雖然不是什麼貴重物，但住宿體驗頗差。

Reviewed Nov 23, 2021原本一切都算順利，飯店人員事先確認住宿過程及房型房號，但實際入住時櫃檯人員去告知該房間已有其他房客入住，且推托平台訂房之住客無法事先預定房號，感受並不十分良好。若如所言，為何事先確定入住之時可以應允，事後又隨便找藉口搪塞，令人感受不佳。本飯店已入住非常多次，偶爾都會有類似事情發生，但從未見改善，飯店服務人員確實需要加強教育訓練。

Reviewed Jun 28, 2020進入房間時，就要爬上4層樓的高度，我訂的還是vip房，算是這間旅館比較高級的房間，要這個高度的話，起碼有個電梯，行李還要想辦法搬上去，還不如去住一般的旅館，浴室的設備老舊，蓮篷頭、灑水頭都需要更換了，會堵住，沐浴設備感覺放很久了，都倒不出來，乾掉了，而且浴室內的水亂噴，都需要更換新設備了，睡覺時整個晚上都聽到嗡嗡聲，應該是空調的聲音，讓人無法好好休息，ktv的麥克風也是有接觸不良的現象，一整個讓人覺得住這間旅館的感覺很差，而且又是訂到vip房的等級了，也不是訂便宜的房間，感受又覺得更差了。
