The Stay.residence

Accueil sympa et établissement proche de LMU. Très pratique

.

Very friendly staff, told where free parking is because we were travelling with bigger car that didnt fit into their underground parking. Beautiful loft, very cozy and has a lot of space for 5 people

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room comfortable and had a nice little balcony where we could enjoy snacks. Th little kitchenette had everything you needed. In the lobby there were snack and a coffee machine. In the neighborhood a nice assortment of restaurants and a bakery. Public transportation was nearby and convenient to reach the S Bahn lines to downtown Munich and the airport.

Pillows were a bit small. But I asked for a couple more and they were provided and all was well.

Kein Roomserviice, muffig, Teppich fleckig

Quiet and clean neighbourhood, free parking on the street in front, nice bakery nearby for a quick brunch or snack.

Missing AC

My stay was very relaxing. The facility is located in a quiet residential area with plenty of well lighted public street parking. The mini-kitchen for one is convenient with just enough towels and toilet items to wash and shower. I would suggest small roll of paper towels or dispenser would be handy for clean up. Overall, the Residence is very clean and affordable and close to the LMU Hospital with convenience store such as Penny's nearby with other dining choices to dine out. I'd stay again for sure. Thank you.

Lokalita a dostupnost.

Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage.

Lage sehr gut.

Sehr gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Gute Lage. Tolle Zimmer. Ruhig und trotzdem nah zur Münchner Innenstadt.

Within walking distance there is a supermarket and a bus stop. Very friendly staff who helped with everything and the cleanliness of the room was excellent.

The fan doesn't really help with the heat, I hope more hotels in Germany will have air conditioning in the near future.

Rezeption war bis 22.00Uhr besetzt. Für spätere Ankunft war Schlüsseltresor möglich. Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bett sehr bequem

Teppichboden vorhanden. Kühlschrankgeräusch nachts störend. Blick von Balkon auf Betriebshof nicht schön.

Bardzo miła obsługa Możliwości zostawienie bagażu przed zameldowaniem Cicha i spokojna okolica Blisko przystanki autobusowe

Sauber! Top !

Nichts auszusetzen.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen, immer hilfsbereit.

Eigentlich gar nichts

The room was absolutely stunning. Clean, big, well equiped, big bathroom, big bed, my own balcony and kitchen also with fridge, stove, microvawe. Very satisfied!

My room was in the attic, and in July there was really hot. There was a fan, but it was not enough. An air conditioning for this room would be much better and more comfortable.

Miejsce z klimatem. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone. Czysto. Łóżka wygodne. Przyjemna okolica. Miła obsługa. Nieopodal świetna knajpka śniadaniowa i las.

Great location, the room was nice and clean. The girl at the reception was very kind and helpful!

It was a little loud in the morning

.Bäckerei,Supermarkt,Bankautomat-alles in 15Min.Gehzeit erreichbar.Sehr empfehlendswert.

Es gibt nichts

Nice boarding house, comfortable beds, clean rooms, very friendly staff, machines with snacks and drinks, good WLAN, free parking at the street

Very expensive, no airco, no fan.

Very clean and has all the necessary services , there is a nice place to eat nearby

No breakfast

Nincs Klíma. 30 fok volt.

A légkondicionálás hiánya.

Good size of the room, comfortable beds, very clean. A few restaurants around, the food in the Italian restaurant very good

Our room was located from the main street and it was noisy. No air conditioning. No breakfast or restaurant available on spot.

Personale disponibile e molto simpatico. Tutto perfetto.

The property was clean and well stocked.

Sehr freundlicher und humorvoller Empfang!

The apartment was clean and good facilities. Location was great and very easy to access Munich via public transport as well as other shops and restaurants a short walk away.

Location

No A/C

A surprisingly convenient location, 20 minutes out of central Munich. The area has a large supermarket nearby, plus several restaurants all within walking distance (Chinese, Indian, German, Italian). Lots of green spaces nearby. Car par had easy access, always space available. The apartment itself is large enough for a family of five.

Paid 50 cents for extra coffee pods; these could easily be made available for free. Felt the same about the car park - 15 Euro a night, but you’re renting an apartment which, in a building of this type, usually has one allocated parking space so this could be free as well. I don’t know what the public transport options are like to and from central Munich, best to check. The staff very efficient, but I did not see a single smile from them :)

This place is amazing. I was there for a few weeks because of a visit to one of Martinsried enterprises. It had absolutely everything that you need to be comfortable. I specially liked the balcony!

The internet was not always the best.

It’s modern compared to some of the hotels we have stayed in. Lots of space too

It’s a bit expensive but probably because of the location.
