The Gem Hotel Beaufort

Good place overall. Likely the best hotel in town. Room is fairly basic but clean.

Recommended to stay. Very clean complete with facilities 👍👍👍

would be better if have a minibar inside

Comfortable, clean.

Great stay for a short trip.

Was great!

Good place

underestimated the place at first but once you entered the hotel, good staff received you. the place is near all shopping outlet. room is clean and well arranged. only need at least a another layer of curtain to block view from the block opposite. others are all acceptable.

Very nice and affordable price

Hotel bersebelahan pasaraya, ada banyak kedai makan. Kemudahan bilik semua okay, saiz besar dan luas. Cuma tempat untuk meletak tuala di bilik ada yang mudah tercabut. Channel tv pula bnyk pilihan.

By using Expedia apps, you can get price much cheaper, worth it for families, clean room, clean bathroom and good staff

Excellent staff service. Clean. Great facilities.

Excellent

.

environment ok, but only wifi not good user

Hotel is very clean. The staf is very helpful & friendly.

Everything were excellent.

I had a good sleep.

Bilik selesa dan bersih. Kawasan hotel banyak tempat makan. Ada servay, ada self laundry. Staff pun mesra. Mmg puas hati. Ni kali kedua check in. Next outstation mmg akan cri hotel ni.

Okay Overall good

Nice hotel to stay. My 2nd time here. Very clean and comfortable.

Everything is awesome .. really easy to get food and amenities around

Cleanliness need improve. The chair and table got milo dirts. The housekeeping didnt do proper cleaning. The aircon is in good condition but the blankets provided are so thin. Bring ur own blanket or jackets if you plan to stay here.

The hotel is quite nice

Please kindly provide the ironing board in good conditions before you handover to your customer 😊

Good hotel but i dont like the location. Very crowded area & sometimes no parking

Value for money and comfortable.

Nice hotel, well cleaned room, very good surroundings with 7 eleven outlet, fast food & mamak shop. I did not have to travel far for meals. With the rate I paid, the hotel management should consider complimentary breakfast coz I have stayed in better well known hotels with lower rate and they provided complimentary breakfast. Thank you

Very nice hotel

Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good location for the town and airport.

Very nice hotel at strategic location. Near to Marrybrown, Pizza Hut, and other restaurant. Also not too far from Beaufort Railway Station

Overall is ok.. comfortable.. housekeeping need to b more attention, The room got abit smelly, might be the carpet smell

No complimentry breakfast Wifi not stable..too slow..always hang Room very small as compared to competitor. The only plus plus credit is the frontliner staff..excellent service..keep it up... to mgmt, improve your infra

Having this nice hotel at small town is quite suprise to me. Good location, clean, and comfy.

Near to shops & restaurants. New buildings in a new area.

No bath towels, have to ask for it. Aircondition is leaking.molds/fungi were on the wall

nice place to stay.

Hotel is nearest to the day trip location, good pls d to test after the fire flies visit. Hotel located in the center of shopping and dinning restrict, where all business operating hour is 11am to 8pm and some close at 10pm. Easily to obtain fast food n local dishes at late evening.

excellance

My 4th time. Just like before, really happy with my stay at the hotel.

ホテルは新しく値段もリーズナブル　周囲にレストランやスーパーもあり便利

Great location and condition is good. Staff are friendly.

good

Overall satisfied with the hotel facilities, condition & location

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Will definitely stay here next time.

It was good

Brand new hotel with affordable price! I enjoyed my stay.

Located a ten minute walk across the river from the main town, the hotel is positioned within a new shopping precinct. Supermarkets and a good variety of places to eat are located close by. The hotel was brand new when we stayed so we were able to take advantage of 'soft opening' budget room rates for a mid range hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Staff exceptionally friendly but they were not familiar with train timetables from Beaufort so check at the station before heading to the hotel for latest timetables if you intend catching the Tenom or KK train. I'd recommend this hotel as a place to stay - we were very comfortable here.

The hotel was looking very new! The interior design of the room was modern and spacious! The area was good and easy to find a place to eat such as pizza, marrybrown, kedai mamak & also a place to shop such as survey supermarket & D.I.Y store which is convenient!

Clean hotel, booked for Deluxe Family, but due to room availability, have to change to Deluxe Twin with extra bed..

Good hotel. Still new. So everything is clean. Elevator only one.

Close to shops, restaurants & main road. No parking spaces for guests as they have to park wherever available thus no security. No sign of concierge around.Guests have to carry their own bags.

Good Service, New room new hotel.
