I enjoyed both the location and atmosphere of the place. Breakfast was good, and incredible views

The only thing I think should be mentioned is than in the family villa its on space. There is no separation between the living room and the bedroom.

The location was nice but a little too removed from the downtown area. The pool was very clean and the breakfast was good every other day with fresh food.

Being too far removed from the town with no staff on site wasn’t great. It’s very remote late at night if no other rooms are rented. Also, it would be good if they had someone who spoke English or better English to help with check in.

- Les services mis en avant sur la page de l'hôtel, alors qu'ils ne sont disponibles que sur de courtes périodes au court de l'année. Les descriptions sont assez trompeuses à ce sujet. - Notre chambre était décrite comme une "villa de luxe avec vue" alors qu'il s'agissait d'une simple chambre. D'autant plus que dans la description, il était noté un lit double, un simple et un canapé lit. Nous n'avons eu que le lit double et la canapé lit.

Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό από όλες τις απόψεις. Ευελπιστούμε να επισκεφτούμε ξανά το Καρπενήσι και το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για τη διαμονή μας. Το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο, οι υπηρεσίες spa πολύ ικανοποιητικές ενώ το δωμάτιο μας πρόσφερε μια ζεστή και χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα.

יש ספא במקום אבל לכל פעילות נדרשים לשלם וזה לא כלול במחיר ההארחה.

Wspaniala lokalizacja, uprzejmy wlasciciel, pokoje w wysokim standardzie no i widok jak w alpejskiej wiosce. Wino przy basenie smakuje wysmienicie a z obsluga kontakt byl rewelacyjny.

Amazing service and fantastic view. We loved that it was a little bit secluded but at the same time close to the village where there are plenty of cafés and restaurants. The view from the pool was to die for. We had an amazing time.

The views were exceptional, the service was impeccable, a one of a kind experience!

Pre-booking conditions. You need a car / use a taxi to go to the city.

1. Staffs are not professional. Extremely poor English speaking (almost zero). But that’s the surface, they are not qualified for service business. 2. SPA is a TRAP. These are paid items (sauna, pool - they charge 10Euro Per item per person for 1 hr. They called it an “exclusive” and you have to reserve the hour in advance. However when you are in the sauna/pool the guy keeps sneakily in and out the area and told you the sauna time is running out and you can’t extend it even within your bought 1 hr. This is totally BS! For Massage they charge you 60eure per hour and we did not use. 3. They offered bottled water in the first day but not the following nights unless you ask. 4. Very good luck if you are non Greek speaker coz you and the staffs are almost not able to talk to each other at all.

the room was a suite of 540 sq ft, lovely fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, bed comfy, and balcony great view. and since it was the winter the heat was in the floor and two radiator made it very cosy. the breakfast was great and enough food and variety, the lady taking care was very accommodating. check in was smooth and the gentleman in PM was so informative, and made a special time for us in the Hammam and Jacuzzi. all in all stay here if you can!! PMH

Lovely the hotel itself we stayed in the masionettte. Very comfortable modern and clean.

Extra charge for the indoor pool.

Breakfast was great, room was perfect - modern, clean and spacious. I didn’t arrive until 2am and was ready to sleep in my car but I called then and they duly arrived with my room keys. Service above and beyond in my book. Thank you.

The only issue that I had was that breakfast was served quite late and I wasn’t always able to have it before I went out

Great location, facilties, staff. Panoramic view of Karpenisi, and we were overwhelmed when we got a room upgrade to be more comfortable as we were accompanied by our 2 small dogs.

Lovely boutique property. Very private, quiet area with the most stunning views. Breakfast excellent. Staff excellent. On site parking! very easy to find and only 15 mins drive from Ski Centre and 10 minutes into town. We had a deluxe villa, the photos online do not do it justice. incredible space, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi great! We didn’t have a chance to try indoor pool (outdoor pool appropriately closed for winter). We travelled with a 14kg dog, everyone incredibly accommodating. He loved his stay here as much as we did!

Very expensive Bad experience with incompetent employee

THE VIEW! incredible location, you can see the entire valley below from the huge room windows. The hotel is very clean, well designed and had a great breakfast. Staff was very kind and attentive. We did not go to the spa but the room itself was very spacious and had full kitchen.
