Reviewed Aug 12, 2025大淀川のほとりにあり、見晴らしのいいホテルです。 リバービューの部屋だったこともあり、広々とした景観を楽しめました。 部屋の広さは一般的ですが、静かで快適。 そして温泉がいいですね。入浴時間がもう少し遅い時間まであれば言うことないです。 駅からのアクセスが少し不便ですが、繁華街までは散歩がてら歩ける距離。 ホテル名のとおり、多くのビジネスホテルと比べると観光気分というか、全体的にリラックスした雰囲気を感じられるのもよかったです。 観光はもちろん、出張でもおすすめしたいホテルです。

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025古き良き昭和の大型観光ホテルといった感じ。清潔ではあるけれど経年劣化が目立ちます。 朝食ビュッフェは宮崎名物、パン、デザート…と種類が多くとても満足のいくものでした。おすすめです。 宮崎駅からは徒歩15分、空港への電車の本数が少ないので真夏や21時以降はタクシーを使うと良いかと思います。 空港からホテルまではタクシーで15分、2800円でした。 周辺はマンションとラブホテル、居酒屋が数軒。ホテル内に売店があり、おにぎりやおつまみも売られていました。

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025The room I stayed in was extremely hot and air conditioning system was so outdated and a temp setting control was only available in just three modes: low, mid and high. After I had complained about room being too hot, they brought a fan, which was just circulating hot air. I could not sleep at all during the night because it was too uncomfortably hot in the room! A toilet bowl was not cleaned and filthy! I will NEVER stay at this hotel!!

Reviewed May 22, 2025昔ながらの本格的なホテルであり、今回比較的安く予約出来たので利用。ホテル自体に大きな不満は無い。敢えて言えば、移動手段が車か徒歩になる点くらい。私は徒歩が苦にならないので、このホテルから10分程歩いて繁華街へ向かった。

Reviewed Jul 28, 2024ロビーなどは豪華な雰囲気でした。部屋は窓側を予約したので川が見えて景色はとても良かったです。ただやはり古いので老朽化は感じられます。特に洗面台の辺りが古く一昔前の感じで、掃除はされているものの、取りきれない汚れが目立ちます。エレベーターのボタンなども汚れていました。露天風呂の温泉がぬるくて、肌触りも今ひとつで、前日に泊まった別ホテルの湯質と比べると、これは好みの問題だと思いますが、私的には物足りなく今ひとつでした。 フロントの対応はとても穏やかで親切な雰囲気で良かったです。

Reviewed Aug 24, 2021Superb service. The staff immediately came to help with my luggage and also was very quick to come with a trolly after I called in the morning to request one. They helped me load it into the car, too. I came late in the evening, so I couldn't use all of the facilities as they were closed, but I was able to use the onsen. It was clean and very relaxing. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2021建物が古いのですが清潔感はあります。 朝食も付けず寝るだけで、他のサービスも受けなかったので、コストパフォーマンスは良いとは思えなかった。 景色の良い部屋ならまた違ったかも。ホテル自体は川沿いで良い立地だった。 レストランのレベルは高く、宮崎市内の老舗のホテルと言う印象。 今回は、ミヤチクに予約して美味しい宮崎牛の鉄板焼を堪能しました。ミヤチクの席からの景色は良かった。

Reviewed May 8, 2018Terrible. Disappointing. The carpet was so dirty, stains everywhere. When we woke up, we notice the sheets were dirty on one of the beds. The slippers were also old and dirty. I tried to open the window to get some fresh air into the room and the latch broke. The hotel has an Onsen, but they charge you additional fees to use it upon arrival. They don’t even give you towels, they tell you to bring one from your room. We booked a river view room, it’s not that pretty, in fact it is quite noisy since the room faces the street. We can hear the train and cars all day all night. The location is quite out of the way. It is approximately 15-20min walk from the train station and the restaurants.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2018Everything is perfect. Service is not only good but staff members are proactive. The only thing I will make a comment is the air cond seems not working. That makes us a bit hesitate to return during the warm season. They also have a vegetarian restaurant which is very nice.
