Reviewed May 5, 2024The location was great. Lots of good food around. Staff was nice and helped us check in an hour early, though it was an extra 15,000KRW to do so. Rooms were super clean, spacious and comfortable and the tub was great!
Staff initially told my wife that we could NOT check in early. I asked the staff in person and they let us eventually. Typical hard Korean style mattress, but you should be used to it by now of you're in Korea 🤣

Reviewed Apr 9, 2024Great locale if you are alone on business as the choice of eateries is amazing, just too many. You can have your bbq meat to noodles to rice to Korean or burgers. The city center I'm assuming that's the bus terminal area) is around a 35mins walk past the city's park and football stadium, which was really enjoyable during the weekends as a distraction.
More variety on the breakfast ... not that it wasn't any good. Just that I stayed 2 weeks so I had sampled almost everything.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2024상호 변경 전까지 매우 좋았음. 리모델링 시작되고 이름바뀐후 머리카락은 항상 한두개씩 보임.(바닥) 카운터에 근무하시는분 중 한분은 친절한것 같으나 기계적임. 층고가 높아서 좋음. 관광호텔인데 피트니스 센터 운영하는걸 본적이 없어서 이부분은 개선 되었으면 함.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2024방이 넓고 쾌적해요. 샤워실이랑 화장실도 나눠져 있고 밖에 세면대도 따로 있어요. 침대도 넓고 티비도 커서 편하게 있었네요. 옆에 소파도 있고 테이블도 있어서 편합니다. 조식은 호텔스닷컴에서 13000원에 추가했는데 호텔에서 결제하면 18000원입니다. 빵 종류가 좀 부실해요. 밥이랑 몇 가지 요리들이 있어서 나쁘진 않았지만 그렇다고 만족할 만한 수준은 아닙니다. 주변이 번화가이고 롯데마트도 가까이 있고 식당 편의점 카페 등이 엄청 많습니다. 그리고 한 가지 아쉬웠던 건 체크인 시간 3시보다 1시간 먼저 갔는데 얄짤 없이 얼리 체크인 비용 15000원 청구하더군요. 피곤한 상태라 그냥 지불했지만 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2024숙소 자체 시설 등은 너무 좋았어요. 넓고 좋은 방, 넓은 주차장 등 그런데 일단 방이 너무 더워요... 카드 빼서 다녀오면 무조건 26도로 설정되어있고,너무 더워서 보일러 아예 꺼도 밤새 덥고 아침에도 덥더라구요. 이건 저 뿐 아니라 동일 일 다른 방에 묵은 분도 동일했어요. 그런데 밖이 번화가다 보니 창문을 열면 시끄러워서 창문여는것도 힘들었습니다. 두번째로 배게가 너무 높아요... 목이 꺽일정도이고, 베다가 목이 너무 아파서 결국 수건을 베고 잤습니다.(동행도 마찬가지) 낮은 배게가 있냐고 문의드렸더 없다고 하시더라구요 ㅠ 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 그 외에 위치, 시설, 주차, 직원 서비스는 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 추후에도 방문하고자 하는게 그때는 개선되어있으면 좋겠네요!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2023Housekeeping was very pleasant and friendly. They came very frequently with clean towels and regularly cleaned the room while we were away.
The upgrades/remodel seemed rushed and it felt somewhat “unfinished” in places. Exposed pipes under the sinks and inside cabinets, the shower door did not seal and water would pool in the corners of the bathroom, electrical behind the tv was exposed with a jagged hole cut in the wall to run cables. A larger fridge (with a freezer) and a small microwave in the room would have been an pleasant addition for those staying longer than a night or two.

Reviewed May 5, 2023The room was big and so was the bed and the bathroom. Had a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Pretty nice. Had some decent samgyapssal around the corner.
The building seemed still to be under construction. I like to use the stairs and they were occupied due to construction work. Later on I realised that there was a second stairways which I was not informed about. Would have been nice to know. The walls of the room were concrete whcih gives a semi weird parking house/art gallery vibe. Not so homey.

The receptionists were very nice. Near to tourist attractions by car. It's in downtown area so shops are everywhere.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2023Some years ago not long after the hotel was opened, we stayed here for our wedding with friends and family. It was very nice to stay there with spacious rooms and everyone had different styles of rooms. Very convenient location. Lots of good restaurants around. Close to the main street but far enough to stay away from the noise. Very friendly staffs. We had guests from overseas back then and we had so many compliments. People thought we paid a couple hundreds of dollars per room. We now live outside the country and visited the town again, we chose Tpoint hotel without a second thought. We actually did not even search. Just went straight ahead and booked our stays. The bed was absolutely comfortable. They had an electric heating mat on the mattress so it was perfect during this winter time. It is just nice to have big opened windows in a hotel room and good space around. The room was quiet, they have free on-site parking available, easy access WiFi in the room, stores(Lotte mart, convenient stores, and Olive Young) in the walking distance. Bus terminal and a big department store within 10 minutes rides.
Looked like they are starting big renovations soon. Our checkout day there was loud banging noise from the hallway sounded like a bunch of people throwing metal chairs or something on the floor. It started around 07:30 in the morning so I could not sleep in as I planned to. I just wanted to enjoy that comfy bed a bit longer. I don't know if they are going to renovate the rooms as well but I wish they would put some actual bathrooms there with some privacy. The sign is saying that it is a tourist hotel but because of that part it feels like a love hotel. And glass bathroom door is a bit much even for a married couple. Besides that, I have no complains.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2022Great water pressure for shower. Staff at front desk were nice. Location and parking. I had to depart a few days early and the hotel immediately removed the charges as I had paid ahead.
The hotel is clearly aging. Worn furniture. The power outlets on my desk did not work forcing me to use an alternate plug in an awkward position.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2021I had uncomfortable feeling at this hotel. First ceiling was too high so the room was too cold and it took too long time to make the room warm. Second this hotel is located in the middle of adult entertainment district. I wouldn't stay again.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2020Everything was great although the parking at night tends to be full of people for the karaoke bar instead of the guest but overall it was a great stay. The restaurant is closed due to the COVID-19 problem but the location is great for a quick run for something. Will stay again.
