Acomodação espaçosa e muito limpa, tudo bem organizado. Todos os funcionários muito cordiais e prestativos

A calefação é muita antiga, na primeira noite fazia um barulho insuportável, atrapalhando o sono, e nas outras duas noites não foi ligada. O espaço precisa de uma reforma, inclusive no banheiro que contam com uma banheira e cortina, molhando todo o local. No hall de entrada do quarto havia uma porta com cadeado, bem estranho e me senti desconfortável e insegura, também porque a chave não dava duas voltas.

São muito atenciosos e dava dicas de como chegar nos lugares. Tinha um mapa o que ajudou muito.

Achei o box muito apertado e a dificuldade de conseguir chegar na temperatura da água.

L’amabilité et la réactivité du personnel. Je suis arrivé tôt (avion) mais j’ai pu avoir la chambre sans supplément des 9h30 alors que le Check-in est dans l’après midi. L’hôtel dispose d’un service de taxi professionnel et à prix raisonnable. La proximité du centre (25mn à pieds de la Plaza de armas).

Chambre sans vue (14). Pas grave pour une nuit mais pour un séjour plus long je demanderai une vue

A great spot, located 10 minutes walk from Barrio Italia, Bella Vista and Lastarria and 5 mins walk from the Metro. Helpful staffing and security 24 hours, with good rooms and facilities and nice communal areas for breakfast and a little kitchenette to prepare hot drinks or simple meals. Nice to be in a hotel/hostal with local as well as international guests. Breakfast was good (worth noting that there weren’t many breakfast options nearby if you chose not to have breakfast at the Hostal).

The squeaky floors may be off-putting for light sleepers but were not really an issue for us.

Friendly staff, helpful, great clientele, always available, good interior and a cosy place overall. Felt very welcoming.

Hotel molto in stile sudamericano, ottima posizione e buona colazione. Ottimo prezzo

La ubicación es excelente. A 200 metros de una estación de metro importante. Zona con varias universidades y parques cerca, por lo que hay mucha oferta gastronómica en un radio de 10 cuadras (italia, lastarria, bellavista) y muy cerca del cerro santa lucia y del san cristobal. Zona segura para moverse incluso de noche. Se encuentra justo al lado de la embajada argentina. La habitación es chica, pero mas que suficiente. Cama muy cómoda, ducha muy buena. Todo el hostal muy limpio y cuidado. El personal muy predispuesto y amable, las 24 hs. No compré el desayuno, pero por lo que pude ver de la gente que desayunaba alí, parecía ser muuy bueno y completo. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme aqui. Muy recomendable.

A localização é excepcional, o hotel fica em um dos bairros centrais de Santiago e a menos de 3 minutos da estação de metro de Baquedano, que dá acesso a múltiplas linhas importantes da cidade. O atendimento de toda equipe do hotel foi excelente, disponibilizando check-in antecipado, local para deixar as malas sem custo adicional e esclarecendo todas as dúvidas sobre a cidade.

Não tenho nada de negativo para destacar. A equipe era sensacional e a minha experiência no hotel foi excelente.

La casa es muy agradable, muy buen ambiente muy bien situado. Fueron muy amables cuidando nuestro equipaje fuera de horario. Muy rico.el desayuno!

Fomos muito bem atendidos pela Caroline e Antônia, as instalações estavam limpas e aconchegantes. O café da manhã é uma delícia, vale a pena contratar. Fica muito bem localizado dá para fazer várias coisas à pé.

Hostal molto bello, ricavato in un palazzo storico. Staff super accogliente e gentile, sempre a disposizione. Il tutto è situato vicino alla stazione della metro e a 10 minuti a piedi dai quartieri più turistici di santiago. Colazione ottima

Essendo un palazzo storico i pavimenti in parquet sono rumorosi, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi a dormire

L'hôtel est une vieille maison en plein centre-ville. J'y ai passé un excellent séjour. Le service était impeccable, le personnel était présent 24h/24 et 7j/7, et le quartier était très sûr. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'espace et l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Le plancher en bois grince parce qu'il est trop vieux.

Without a doubt, this is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcome. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is excellent for exploring Santiago, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole place has a warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay. I would recommend Hostal Río Amazonas to anyone visiting Santiago and would love to stay here again.

So unfortunate because everything else was terrific but my downstairs room experienced disturbing noise from guests walking around on the timber floor in the room above, and on one morning was woken very early. I was offered a room change however declined because of having to pack up my things.

Tolles Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Sichere und sehr gute Lage. Liebevolle Dekoration und sauberes Hostel. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Taxi bekamen wir eine sehr nette Taxifahrerin mit sehr vielen Preisen, die im Voraus genannt wurden.

Wenn man selber sein Frühstück macht, hat man nur ein begrenztes Platzangebot. Treppen sind sehr steil, für Touristen mit schwerem Gepäck nicht optimal.

El staff es super amable y servicial. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, a una cuadra de estación de subte L1. El hostal es muy hermoso y limpio.

La forma en que se sirve el desayuno. Creo que es más práctico dejar a disposición unos termos de café y leche para que cada uno se sirva cuando quiera y hacerlo más "self-service", ya que había que esperar que te vengan a servir (el café por un lado, la leche por el otro). Y si querías repetir tenías que esperar que vuelvan a pasar para que te sirvan. Lo demás todo genial.

Ottima posizione. È la seconda volta che abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel e lo staff è super gentile. Ottima colazione e reception aperta 24/7.

Purtroppo questa volta ci hanno dato una stanza vicino al corridoio d'entrata e la lobby, quindi c'era molto rumore per via della cucina e del via vai di ospiti. Si poteva sentire tutto quello che veniva discusso nel soggiorno adiacente, rendendo difficile un riposo tranquillo. Consiglio: chiedere una stanza ai piani superiori per evitare problemi.

Établissement avec du charme, très bon accueil. Le personnel à fait son possible pour satisfaire nos besoins. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et varié. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Staff was great, friendly, bilingual, will give you tips for the area, where to go and what not to bring. Basic facilities included in the bathroom and room is clean, restocked daily. Location was a good enough to walk on touristic areas. I do have to mention their lovely senior dogs who's always just asleep under the reception desk.

Pillows were a bit too thick and hard. Also took me a while figure out how to make the shower go warm (on and off) but still was not warm enough as it was cold when I was there.

Die Unterkunft liegt ausgezeichnet, direkt an der Metro und fußläufig zum Cerro San Cristobal und Barrio Italia, und ist innen wie außen wunderschön. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad toll ausgestattet, und alles ist absolut sauber. Ich hatte sogar Glück, konnte 2h früher einchecken und habe ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich, geben Tipps, und das ist Frühstück ebenfalls gut. Ich hatte so eine gute Zeit, dass ich es für die weiteren Santiago-Nächte meines Trips wieder gebucht habe.

Amei minha estadia. O Hostal Rio Amazonas fica em um casarão antigo, os quartos são super charmosos e confortáveis. A equipe toda é bastante atenciosa e a localização é perfeita! Chuveiro quente e cama confortável - tudo o que eu precisava. Com certeza, me hospedaria novamente.

Vazava um pouco de água da banheira, mesmo ajeitando as cortinas para não respingar durante o banho... mas apenas um detalhe, nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia.

Santiagoの3日間のステイで利用させていただきました。とても清潔で内装もかわいく、快適に過ごしました。最初部屋に入った際に清掃の際に使ったであろう薬の匂いがしたのですが数十分換気すれば気にならなくなるくらいで問題ありませんでした。24時間フロントに人がおり、ドライヤーを借りることができたのも助かりました。また利用したいです。

Hôtel charmant dans une vieille maison anglaise, ambiance cool et conviviale, bon accueil. Grande chambre au calme. L’hôtel propose un service de cafétéria avec des plats faits maison, agréable quand on a la flemme de ressortir. Je recommande.

Cozy, felt well taken care of. Had a lovely time during my brief stay. There’s a place to sit outside and there’s a bar and cafeteria.

It didn’t bother me, but if I have to pick something I should point out that the building isn’t the most modern. But everything works!

It’s a beautiful building, clean and lovely decorated. The owner is really nice and gave me recommendations how, at what time and where I can safely move around Santiago alone as a woman, get money, go for lunch etc. I also booked a taxi/airport shuttle through them to make sure I wouldn’t get scammed. They’ve got a lovely patio in the middle of the building so that you can spend your free time there or for breakfast that you can book optionally. The hostel is central so you can easily walk into three important touristic areas. I plan to come back at the end of my stay in Chile before I fly back home.
