Le calme de l’emplacement, la propreté du bungalow, du jardin, de la piscine. La gentillesse des hôtes, location de scooter possible dès notre arrivée, breakfast en take away pour notre départ qui était avant le service du petit déjeuner.

Nous avions une clim qui fonctionnait très mal et faisait ÉNORMÉMENT de bruit, tel un moteur de bateau. Nous en avons informé le personnel, rien n’a été fait. Impossible de dormir pendant deux nuits. Supplément la salle de bain est très vétuste, et les lits en rotin sont remplis de poussières.

Uitzonderlijk mooi gebouwd, prachtige locatie, prachtig snorkelen op 10 minuten wandelafstand.het was helemaal top geweest als ieder appartement op de veranda ook zitgelegenheid had gehad.

Geen mogelijkheid om op rekening te betalen: geld moest je altijd op zak hebben.

Die Bungalows sind sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Highlight ist der Pool, in dem man sich nach Besichtigung der Sehenswürdigkeiten erfrischen kann.

Property was beautiful! The pool area has lots of shade from the trees and the view from the dining area was stunning! Cute cat to welcome you as well as wonderful and friendly staff. We loved the hammock and chairs on the deck of each bungalow, so relaxing! Room was super clean and perfectly comfortable

I absolutely loved the place. The staff were friendly, the food very good. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The surroundings were lovely.

The only problem is that the place is a little out of town, and up a rather steep hill Tuktuks can be hard to come by in the evening.

La localisation des bungalows au milieu des végétaux et pas loin du marché aux crabes. Bungalow avec une terrasse agréable (super hamac). Literie confortable. Salle d eau agréable. Chambre bien équipée. L espace pour les petits déjeuners / repas est agréable. Bon petit déjeuner. Possibilité de louer des scooters et de laundry.

Un détail : Le jus de fruits industriel du petit déjeuner. Devoir partir ... (j ai adoré mon séjour ici, on se sent bien dans cet hotel)

Breakfast was incredible. And its a very nice garden with pool. We really enjoyed our stay here to relax. Its also in walking distance to crab market.

Confort / Calme / belle piscine même si il faut faire attention pour les enfants... carrelage un peu saillant... Personnel très gentil, et le petit déjeuner compris est bon et copieux... Je recommande !

Nous supposons qu'un chien à volé une tong pendant la nuit... impossible de la retrouver...alors qu'elle était sur la terrasse le soir...

Some modernisation needed to bathrooms.

L'endroit est magnifique et extrêmement calme. Assez proche de kep beach. Un petit coin de paradis. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais de très bonne qualité.

Super emplacement. Un personnel adorable, aux petits soins.Le bungalow n'était pas parfaitement propre mais très confortable. La piscine était un vrai plus, super jolie au milieu de la jungle. Et en tutuk on est vraiment près de tout.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The gardens are lovely and the pool is great. The room was very clean, hot shower, big bed, tea and coffee provided in the room. Breakfast was good and there was good choices.

There was a small miscommunication when trying to order an early breakfast (which we sadly missed out on) but this was rectified via email after the stay.

Situé tout près d'une belle ballade dans le parc national de Kep (boucle de 10km). Endroit calme et reposant. Piscine très agréable, staff sympa et agréable et resto très bon. Très bonne adresse.

Superleuk verblijf gehad in Atmaland resort: klein familie hotel omgeven door een mooie tuin waardoor het echt een paradijsje is! Het inbegrepen ontbijt was elke dag zeer lekker en uitgebreid. De bungalow waar je in slaapt, is voorzien van alle basiscomforten (goed bed en goede airco, douche werkt prima maar is wat verouderd). De locatie is goed, dichtbij krab market, restaurantjes en het strand! Personeel was steeds supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Nice staff, very little English, but I am the foreigner do I understand this, and it was low season. Lizard kept pooping on my bed, but it was in the jungle so to say. There are no meat options on the menu. Shower was very broken in my room. Just a dribble came out.

Such a perfect place to stay in Kep. We were a big family and everyone liked this resort. I recommend it. Everyone was so kind with us. Good food and perfect pool. Charlotte Santos

Les bugalow sont dans un très joli environnement de verdure et au calme. la piscine est magnifique avec vue sur la mer et le soleil couchant L’accès est très facile en scooter loué près du marché aux crabes.

The bungalows were lovely, the food was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. Everything was clean, and the whole place was really nice!

Très beau resort. Nous avons pris un logement spacieux avec 2 chambres et 2 SDB avec vue sur la piscine et le jardin . Très confortable propre avec une très belle vue. Petit déjeuner bon. Le personnel est très aimable et agréable. La piscine est très appréciable et la température de l'eau idéale, parfaite avec la chaleur. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour au calme et proche du marché au crabe et de la plage de Kep. Nous avons pris le tuk tuk pour aller à Kampot et visiter les champs de poivre. Très bon emplacement.

There was a bad smell in the room when we arrived. The hotel is aging and might need some refurbish.

Prachtige plek met veel groen. Vlak bij het Kep Park en de krab market. Het huisje is heel schoon, de eigenaren waren lief en behulpzaam.

The resort staff were lovely and really helpful. They even cooked us breakfast early on our last day due to catching an early bus. I hired a scooter for our three days and when I said I wanted to ride to Kampot and back they even gave me a better scooter fit the trip. The pool was lovely, and overall it was nice and quiet

The facilities are a bit dated and run down. Our door handles struggled to open the door from inside and then actually broke off in our hands. However the lovely staff member replaced the entire mechanism so that was good The location is just out of town and there is a dirt track in and out of the property. Ideally you need to hire a scooter to make the most of getting around.

Everything! The pool was perfect for lazy days or taking a dip after a day out exploring. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The lodges themselves were private from neighbours. I can't recommend this place enough for a peaceful and private few nights stay.

Room was great and good breakfast . Swimming pool also best, If, can see sea view at swimming pool , that's more attractive in resort.

It is just like the photos show. Retreat style, semi-rural - and quiet. The detached cabins were a good size, clean, and private. The staff are great. Staying just away from the beach is not a problem they have motorbikes on site - no-fuss. The grounds are great, overgrown to just the right amount. It reminds me an NZ bach. I came-went to PP to carry on up north but came back. I stayed for 2 weeks in the end. I will come back

Nothing to fault of substance. I've attached the beach photos. They are un-retouched iPhone images. The sand is that colour and the sky was that dark blue just after sunset. They have umbrellas with lighting on the beach until late for all to use

Set in a stunning, lush tropical site slightly off the beaten track. There’s a well-stocked supermarket just 4 minutes walk away, and the Crab Market for local restaurants is around 10 mins walk. The staff at Atmaland are delightful, helpful & fluent in English. Our room, for the price, was excellent. After 9 months travelling & hotels every night over 3 months in China & Vietnam, this was our favourite!

The pool is quite exposed to the sun, so during the day it can be far too warm for a dip. Additional chlorination & a few umbrellas might sort the problem & provide shade. Otherwise, the pool is pretty nice.

The location and setting are beautiful, the hammocks outside the bungalows are also a nice touch.

The cleanliness just wasn't good. The shower curtain was completely mouldy and there were some kind of droppings on the bed.

First of all, the staff is amazing. They were super helpful and kind. Then the place itself is beautiful, the garden really lovely. Bungalow is nice. And there is a restaurant with good food.

Atmaland resort is a lovely, cozy and charming place to stay to relax, enjoy nature and spend quality time with family or friends. The food is delicious!!! We had grill chicken, pasta and pizza and everything was amazing. The breakfast was a nice surprise. They have different options and the portions are big. The hospitality is amazing and location is good as well. Walking distance to the crab market and the beach. The cabin was perfect. Big and cozy. Each one has an outdoor area with chairs and hammock. They also have happy hour se from 5 to 7. Thank you for the great service provided.

Everything! From the lovely team to the quiet of the location. The perfect place to relax, hike or enjoy the sea. You can also rent bikes and scooters. The food is very good and there are lots of places in the area to go to for lunch and/ or dinner.

Breakfast very elementary. Personnel not speaking English, or not well enough. Most of the hotel is outdated, the pool seats are damaged. Too expensive for the available standard.

We are traveling since 4 months and this was our best accommodation during this time. The room was clean and the bathroom big. The armchairs and the hammock on the veranda are perfect to relax. The pool area is really beautiful in the middle of nature. The breakfast was amazing and they also offer tasty options for lunch or dinner. The crab market is 10 min by feet and you can start a nice walk through the national park from the resort. You can also rent a scooter for 6 Dollars per day. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay at Atmaland. It's located at the foothills of the National Park and it's very quiet and lush. The amenities are basic but enough. I had high expectations after reading all the raving reviews but I was slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, everything was really nice but it's definitely not the best place I've ever been in Cambodia. The staff was very good and helpful, and there are 2 very cute cats on the property (a big plus for me). Motos can be rented directly there, which is convenient. Food was good. Bungalow was basic but comfy.

Great place to stay in Kep' not far from the crab market' great value for money' stayed in the penthouse suit. Free breakfast' would 100% stay again. If u like quiet relaxed place to stay then choose this place.

Nothing bad to say about this place..

The pool, the location (nestled between the national park and the ocean), the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, the restaurant, and the excellent happy hour!

Some of the staff really struggled to understand basic english, which was a bit tough when trying to explain my son's food allergy. Apart from that, it was all excellent.

We were with 6 people and had 3 fabulous bungalows. The garden, the view over the mountains and to the see are amazing, the swimmingpool is fabulous. The breakfast and dinner were very good. The walk to the beach and Crab market were short.

This has been my 4th stay in this resort. The staff are great and helpful.

A peace of heaven in Kep! A beautiful spot with a lot of nature, beautiful bungalows rooms and good food. Staff is very kind and breakfast is huge with a delicious homemade bread.

Location was a bit out the way and the surrounding area isn’t very well lit so it wasn’t the most pleasant walking back to our accommodation late at night. Also had an unwanted party of Geckos constantly in our room due to many gaps in the construction of the room..
