Nothing.

Location, service, room is not clean, no shower gel and shampoo bottle is empty, staffs not professional and arrogant, I have put stoker on door no bother and I’m sleeping even that they open door and enter room.

Everything is excellent and specially staff interest and Mr Murat caring clients

food is good and location

AC not working and complementary water only 2 bottles total abt 500ml which is very less

My 4th stay here and the experience remains consistently excellent. A perfectly organized business hotel with a very professional front desk team. Clean rooms, great food, and a rich breakfast. The dinner buffet is sufficient and very tasty. Thank you to the entire team!

The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom and shower were very nice. A great selection of TV channels and English movies!

The location was not near for convenient shopping. I only stayed one night. The lobby was dated, could do for an upgrade..

Location ist ziemlich schlecht. Sogar Taxis haben sich immer verfahren. Sie sollen das Hotel mit dem Schilder gut zeigen

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Safety was top-notch, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a safe and affordable stay!

While the hotel itself was fine, the location was not ideal. The hotel is surrounded by impassable roads, and there are no restaurants or shops nearby. It’s quite inconvenient since you’ll need to rely on expensive taxis for any basic needs.

Храна у ресторану је просечна и сам хотел је доста далеко од центра Истанбула , 45-60мин метроом .

Odalar temiz ve hijyenikti. Kahvaltı çok zengin ve kaliteliydi. Karşılama da ki arkadaşlar güler yüzlüydü. Fiyatlar gayet uygundu. Rahat ve güzel bir konaklamaydı. Teşekkür ederiz :)

Konumu çok iyi

Konaklama için tercih edilebilir en iyi Ibis otel diyebiliriz. Karşılamadaki arkadaşlar güleryüzlü hızlı check in işlemleri gerçekleştirdik. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve çok çeşitliydi. Odalar tertemiz ve güzel kokuyordu. Tüm ekibe ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederim bir sonraki Tuzla bölgesi Konaklamamda yine bu oteli tercih edeceğim

Oda temizliği çok güzeldi,karşılamadan ayrılana kadar güler yüzle karşılandım her ihtiyacıma mutlulukla cevap verdiler tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyorum ayrıca anne çocuk eğitim vakfı için oluşturmuş olduğunuz standı çok bilgilendirici ve farkındalık yaratıcı buldum

Oda temizliği, konforu ve sessizliği gayet iyiydi. Resepsiyon ekibi çok güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı çeşitleri oldukça fazla ve lezzetliydi.

Barda sadece su var idi.Klima odayı soğutmadığı icin oda penceresini açarak uyuduk.

I have chosen this hotel because of the 8+ rating given by the hotels.com members. Boy, was I wrong? The troubles start with finding the damn entrance to the hotel, I can see the hotel sign but there are no signs directing you the hotel from the road. i have circled the block 3 times with no success. And circling without knowing which streets are one way and which ones are not, is not an easy feat. Finally I broke down and got into a gas station off the wanna-be freeway and asked the attendant. Luckily he was able to tell me that, I had to use a semi unpaved road which looked like the driveway of a BMW repair shop. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are greeted by the smell of bad fragrance and body odor. Also there are no restaurants or grocery stores that you can walk to. One thing I have to give this hotel is the friendliness and responsiveness of the front desk and staff. Rooms are small. Extremely small. If you are traveling with a big suitcase, good luck opening it. there is no closet space. There is a opening with about an 18 inches long hanger bar with 5 or 6 hotel style, hangers which are good for nothing. Bathrooms are claustrophobic. Shower stall is very small and the water temperature and pressure changes with every other person in your vicinity using the water Beds are basically a platform made for a very uncomfortable sofa with a 2-inch thick mattress topper thrown on it. in the two nights I stayed at this hotel, I slept a total of, may be, 6 hours.

Öncelikle giriş deneyimimiz korkunçtu resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar hoşgeldin demekten bile aciz hayli kötü bir tavırla karşıladı bizi sonrasında odalar çok bakımsızdı sabah 8:30’da matkap sesiyle uyandık. Bir daha asla konaklamayı tercih etmediğim bir otel oldu kendisi hiçbir şekilde hatalarını telafi etme veya özür dileme yoluna da gitmiyorlar

No soap, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no air condition, if you need something there's no body to deliver your needs,

Room temperature was warmer and there’s no option to adjust it.

Chambre bruyante à cause d'une fenêtre mal isolé. Douche qui varie du glacé au brulant en un instant. Pas de navette aéroport alors qu'indiquée dans le descriptif.

Poor quality , room not clean we selected the half board option on booking however when we reached they told us they don’t have such a deal and ended paying more money without getting the half board. And informed us it is booking problem not their problem. AC is not working , and they are painting the rooms while guests are in the rooms so them smell of paints was awful.. I don’t believe that this hotel is under the Accor group

Hotel is good , staff were nice, speak little English Room is very small, no cupboard no drawers and the bathroom is so small The breakfast is very good but expensive

Das Essen war nicht zu geniessen, musste etwas von draußen bestellen, jedoch für Übernachtungen kurzer Dauer sehr geeignetes Hotel.

Ibis standard is always the same in all over the world.

Temperature in the room was +30!!! Impossible to stay and sleep.... administrator replied that AC system in the "winter mode" and can't do anything but outside was 26 degrees these days.

My worst experience in hotels ever. The front deskwas ride rooms smells terrible of smoke food is bad and toilet was notckean and broken

Small rooms, dicicult to place a suitecase. A/C not availible due to winter time. Too hot and needed to have window open wwithe the noice from the harbour and highway.

It has good location close to all shops and transportation facilities.

Breakfast was not good enough. Both was missing consumable hygen items such as shampoo, dolap, etc though I was staying with my daughter, a total of two people.

The standard Ibis hotel, is pretty much what would you expect from this chain. Friendly stuff, and good dinner options. Close to the Marmaray train station, although you have to walk along the highway as there is no sidewalk. Across the bridge over the highway are some supermarkets and cafes.

The room was clean.

Air conditioning not working and the equipments on the gym were really low quality.
