Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά. Ο κος Γιάννης φιλόξενος και πρόσχαρος. Το δωμάτιο άριστο και το κρεβάτι το καλύτερο ever.

Το μόνο που μπορώ να προτείνω είναι νεράκι στο ψυγείο και δύο φακελάκια καφέ, τσάι και ζάχαρη... Για μία παραπάνω πινελιά...

Ενα όμορφο κατάλυμα μόλις 3-4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι, την αγορά και τα μαγαζιά της Ερμούπολης και κάτι που με εξέπληξε καθώς σε πολλά καταλύματα δεν ισχύει το ότι βλέπεις στις φωτογραφίες ισχύει, στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς ότι είχαμε δει στη booking. Ίδια θέα με θάλασσα το δωμάτιο το οποίο και καθημερινά καθαριζόταν. Υπέροχο κατάλυμα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από την κυρία Μαρία και τον Γιάννη. Όλα ήταν όπως τα περιμέναμε και ακόμα καλύτερα,κι επίσης μας βοήθησαν πολύ με το τι να δούμε και κάνουμε στο νησί.

The staff was exceptional and the view from the room i closed was amazing and Mr.Giannis is a wonderful host he picked us up from the port helped with our luggage and gave us really good recommendations for places to go eat and visit the room was very nice and comfortable and cleaned regularly

Ηταν πεντακάθαρο. Το δωματιο ειχε απίστευτη θέα. Ο κύριος Γιάννης ηταν ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικοτατος.

Le personnel est très gentil et très accueillant. Vraiment adorable ! Le logement est très bien situé, et le lit très confortable.

Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο στην ταράτσα. Φανταστική θέα 360 σε όλη την Σύρο, ολόκληρη η ταράτσα ειναι ιδιωτική για εσάς, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο (ιδίως η κουζίνα) με πολύ ωραία νησιώτικη διακόσμηση, καλός κλιματισμός, άνετα κρεβάτια, πεντακάθαρο! Απο εξοπλισμό το δωμάτιο είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν αλλά υπάρχει και κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα στο ισόγειο. Να τονίσω ότι είχαμε τον πιο φιλόξενο οικοδεσπότης που έχω γνωρίσει: μας μετακίνησε στο κατάλυμα απο το λιμάνι και την τελευταία μέρα μετέφερε τις βαλίτσες μας για να συνεχίσουμε την βόλτα μας! Μας έδωσε πάρα πολύ χρήσιμες οδηγίες για το που να φάμε, τι να δούμε και που να πάμε για μπάνιο. Πραγματικά νιώσαμε ότι μέναμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και θα μας λείψει πολύ το σπίτακι του Pefkakia Park.

Στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο το μπάνιο είναι κάπως μικρό, αλλά αν προτιμάτε μεγαλύτερο πιο ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο, μείναμε μερικές μέρες και σε ένα απο τα άλλα δωμάτια και βρήκαμε το μπάνιο εκεί ευρύχωρο και υπερλούξ. Εάν είστε ηλικιωμένοι, το δωμάτιο έχει σχετικά δύσκολη πρόσβαση λόγω της στενής εξωτερικής σκάλας και δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ, αλλα για τους υπόλοιπους η θέα αξίζει 100%. Επίσης το δωμάτιο ειναι ευήλιο (δροσερό όμως λόγω κλιματισμού) και μπαίνει αρκετό φως μέσα το πρωί παρόλο που έχει στόρια. Μια ιδέα θα ήταν η εγκατάσταση κουρτίνας στην στοά μεταξύ κουζίνας και υπνοδωματίου για πιο σκοτεινό ύπνο. Όλα αυτά όμως ήταν πολύ μικρές λεπτομέρειες γιατί η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά καταπληκτική!

Location was great. It was very clean, and staff were exceptionally accommodating, picking us up and meeting us with our luggage at the port.

La gentillesse des hôtes : Giannis et Maria sont adorables et de bons conseils. La chambre : Elles sont rénovées et très confortables. On s'y sentait très bien. La salle de bain est neuve. Bonne literie. Le café/gâteau du matin que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Everything was amazing; the helpful owner represented the Greek hospitality at its best. The location is perfect, close to everything. Clean with all the needed amenities. Definitely booking again on our next visit to Syros

Très joli guesthouse . Idéalement situé . La vue sur le port depuis le balcon est magnifique. Les hôtes sont charmants et accueillants. La chambre confortable et bien équipée.

A very good bed and relatively central positoned in the stairs of the Ermoupoli with fantastic view over the entire harbour from the rooftop or a view room. Excelent (greek) coffee self bar at the basement. We enjoyed Gannis (landlord) recommendations for beaches, hikes and restaurants

You have to consider the stairs in Ermoupoli - hilly location - but it is not far - 200 m - from the harbour.

Ο κ. Γιάννης ήταν ευγενέστατος, μας παρέλαβε από το λιμάνι και μας πήγε στο κατάλυμα, μετα το τσεκ αουτ ,μας εξυπηρέτησε κρατώντας μας την αποσκευή και μάλιστα μας την έφερε στο λιμάνι την ώρα που είχαμε συμφωνήσει. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο, καθαρό και το κρεβάτι πολύ μαλακό. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι. Το συνιστώ!!!

Ήταν όλα πανέμορφα! το δωμάτιο καθαρό , η τοποθεσία τέλεια και τα άτομα πάρα πολύ φιλόξενα.

Perfect location- the host picked us up from the port and drove us to the facility and explained everything about the island and helped us plan our trip with great recommendations. Very helpful explaining the bus schedules. He and his mom were extremely friendly and helped us with everything asap❤️

Accueil très chaleureux. Giannis et sa mère sont aux petits soins, c'est un vrai plaisir. Très bien situé, au calme et à 10 min à pied du centre et du port (très pratique pour accéder au ferry). La vue est incroyable ! Nous recommandons à 100% et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Aucun point négatif, c'était parfait.

Maria and Giannis were the best hosts. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and treated us like family. We loved having coffee with them every morning, and Maria’s homemade cake was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect, the room was spotless, and the view was incredible. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The room & the view from the terrace was amazing. Giannis & his mum were great hosts. The cake Giannis mum made every day & coffee was lovely . The rooms were excellent,cleaned every day with fresh towels . Giannis even picked us up from the ferry terminal & took us back , amazing.

We didn’t find this a problem but there is a lot of steps to get up to the property.

Amazing little place, the host picked us up from the port and showed us around the island. He gave us ideas of where to visit and restaurants and bars to try. He also showed us the bus route and where to get the bus. We had an amazing stay in a traditional Greek island.

L’accueil de Gianni’s et de sa maman Maria. Vous avez vraiment l’impression d’arriver dans votre famille . Gianni’s vient vous chercher à l’arrivée du ferry et vous raccompagne le jour de votre départ. Il prends le temps de nous expliquer tout ce qu’il y a à visiter, les bus publics, les bons restaurants. L’établissement est situé à 5 minutes à pieds du port, des restaurants, des bars et des boutiques et des bus. Très belle chambre avec terrasse et vue sur la mer, au calme complet. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, tous les jours la chambre est faite. Une propreté irréprochable et la literie est merveilleuse. Le café est à disposition Un grand merci à Gianni ´s et à Maria pour leur accueil si chaleureux et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons . Agnès et Michel

Tout était parfait

Produzili smo jednu noć i dobili novu sobu. Veoma čisto, uredno i udobno, terasa sa pogledom na luku. Dovoljno prostora u kupatilu da ostavite svoju kozmetiku. Janis i njegova majka su veoma ljubazni i uslužni. On nas je pokupio u luci, nosio nase kofere i ponovo ih dovezao do luke prilikom odlaska...

Sve je bilo u redu ☺️

Domaćini su srdačni i tu su za sve što treba. Pre svega, Janis nas je čekao u luci i nosio nase stvari sve do smeštaja. Njegova majka je takodje veoma ljubazna. Sa terase smeštaja imali smo fascinantni pogled sa svih strana - na more, na gornji grad, veliku crkvu sv. Nikole. Ujutru smo mogli da se sunčamo i doruckujemo pre nego sto odemo na neku od plaža.

Internet se povremeno gubio na poslednjem spratu. Stepenice do gornjeg sprata su jako uske i strme.

Accueil au port, très sympa, très bonne présentation des choses à faire dans la ville, logement spacieux et confortable, bref je recommande !

Le logement est très cosy, une vue magnifique sur toute la ville et la mer. Les gérants sont très gentils. De bons conseils pour les restaurants et les visites. Un accueil au port, une aide pour porter les valises. Tout était parfait !

Everything about my stay was so good. Yiannis and his mother were so incredibly welcoming and generous, the room was spotless and well appointed and the place was quiet, while still being in the midst of life in Ermoupoli. Yiannis picked me up from the ferry, drove me down with my suitcases at the end of the stay and provided lots of recommendations about where to eat, taxis, buses etc. I couldn’t fault the place - they made every effort to make me feel welcome.

I have little to say here. Perhaps a suggestion would be to get thicker curtains for the rooms facing the road as the streetlights shone in at night - but this was a small matter..

Une grande chambre avec terrasse vue port. Très belle salle de bains spacieuse. Et surtout la propreté quotidienne et l'amabilité de la propriétaire et de Giannis qui cherche les clients à la descente du bateau.

Comfortable accommodation in a great location. The hotel in itself is very nicely done, but the highlight is the staff/ service; incredibly helpful, accommodating and welcoming. They really make you feel like home. The hotel is also clean and has many amenities. The balconies with the view of the town and port are also a big plus.

The only thing I can think of is that noise from the communal areas and corridors can travel across the building. Having said that, it was generally quiet during rest hours, so this was not really an issue during our stay.

Giannis is a great and friendly host. He picked us up from the pier and also sent us to the pier after our stay on the island. Great view from the rooftop.

Gianni was so welcoming and helpful in providing advice on where to go and what to do, and gave us some great local food and drink recommendations to check out. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and great value for money. Tea, coffee and cake were provided at all times as well. Would visit again!

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de volet sur les fenêtres peut être gênant pour faire une grasse matinée, je conseille de prendre un cache œil

Pour nous c'était faisable, mais l'hotel est en hauteur par rapport au port: escaliers à grimper pour y accéder.. C'est souvent le cas Ermoupoli, même dans les appartements

The communication was great, we were picked up from the bus station and, at the end of our stay, our bags were delivered to the port for us, which was so helpful. Its a great family business and they couldn't do enough for us: maps, suggestions of places to see, tips for the free bus to Ana Syros, restaurant recommendations.. Lovely cake available, also crockery and cutlery so we could make our own breakfast. Fabulous place! We would definitely stay again.😁

The only suggestion is new pillows needed.

Καθαρός χώρος, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχο περιβάλλον,δεν υστερεί πουθενά. Μόνο καλά λόγια έχω να πω για τους ανθρώπους που εργάζονται σ' ένα από τα καλύτερα καταλύμματα της Ερμούπολης Σύρου. Όλα ήταν τέλεια!

Everything was exceptional! The staff were so lovely, I really appreciated the port pickup and the recommendations provided upon arrival. The guesthouse is already very nice and the free tea and cakes make it feel so much more home-like. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from everything.

The room we booked was a short distance from the port. The owner collected us upon our arrival and repeated this procedure when we left. Giannis was very, very friendly, and helpful. The room itself was clean, and tidy with lovely views of the harbour. And all guests were offered tea/coffee fregratis. Overall a very nice stayover. Very professionally packaged 📦

Nothing really. The booking was for a room only. So we had access to a kettle, and cups.And the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor room were a bit scary for my wife. But we managed. So Overall recommended..

Giannis ist ein unfassbar herzlicher Gastgeber! Die Lage ist optimal und der Blick auf den Hafen atemberaubend. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Das Bett war etwas hart und das Badezimmer sehr klein, jedoch ausreichend.

De accommodatie was onberispelijk schoon en werd dagelijks netjes bijgehouden. De locatie is perfect: op 7 minuten lopen van zowel de haven als de stad, in een rustige en fijne buurt. Het balkon was heerlijk om op te ontspannen, en de airco zorgde voor een frisse kamer. De eigenaar verdient een speciaal compliment, super vriendelijk, altijd bereikbaar en gaf duidelijke uitleg over alles wat je moet weten. Kortom: een topverblijf! Zonder twijfel een aanrader. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Giannis very kindly picked us up from the port on our arrival & dropped our bags back at the bus station after a fabulous 3 day stay. He is such a kind man, he gave us lots of advice of where to go, what to see & the most amazing restaurant recommendations ever (please do take his advice, he knows his stuff) Giannis's lovely mum offers coffee & cake every morning & even stitched my partner's trousers for him when they split 😄. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfy & we had a lovely view to the church up above. The location is 5 minutes walk from the main square and the seafront. Pefkakia Park offers Greek hospitality at its absolute best. Ermoupoli is a vibrant & beautiful town. We would love to return, thank you Giannis (and mum).

Everything. The host and his mother who shares the property are the best thing about the property. He came to pick us up, showed us all the places there was to see along with maps. He even gave us the bigger room which was available. The room and the view was spectacular. Beautiful. He even dropped our luggage the next day so we could explore the morning.

I liked everything. I would give it 11/10 if possible. I’d go back.

The property was perfectly located a little way from the main area of the town with a beautiful view of the port. Our hosts, Giannis and Maria, were extremely hospitable. Giannis provided pick-up and drop off to the port as well as giving us useful local information.

Η διαμονή μας στα Pefkakia Park στη Σύρο ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και πολύ προσεγμένο, με ένα όμορφο μπαλκόνι που προσέφερε υπέροχη θέα στο λιμάνι της Ερμούπολης. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, σε ήσυχο σημείο, αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και στη ζωντάνια της πόλης, κάτι που το κάνει τέλεια επιλογή για κάθε επισκέπτη. Οι ιδιοκτήτες, ο Γιάννης, και η μητέρα του είναι εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες: φιλικοί, ευγενικοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν, προσφέροντάς μας πολύτιμες πληροφορίες για τα αξιοθέατα και τα δρώμενα της Ερμούπολης. Το πρωί μας προσέφεραν καφέ και κέικ, για ένα όμορφο ξεκίνημα της ημέρας. Επίσης, ο Γιάννης ανέλαβε τη μεταφορά μας με τις βαλίτσες μας, από και προς το λιμάνι με το βαν του, κατά την άφιξη και την αναχώρησή μας αντίστοιχα. Σίγουρα θα αποτελέσει την πρώτη μας επιλογή για διαμονή την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε τη Σύρο. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Surclassement au dernier étage : une superbe surprise ! Chambre impeccable, propre et très bien aménagée, avec mini-frigo, etc. Le balcon avec vue sur la mer, baigné de lumière du matin au soir, est un vrai bonheur — parfait pour savourer un café ou lire au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Giannis et sa maman sont des hôtes d’une gentillesse rare, chaleureux et extrêmement attentionnés, qui ont véritablement à cœur leur métier. Petits gâteaux maison et café chaque matin, ainsi que de précieux conseils pour organiser au mieux votre séjour : tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente privilégié. Si je repasse par Syros, j’y retournerai les yeux fermés. Un grand merci !

Let op ! mensen die niet goed trappen beklimmen , is dit een uitdaging ofwel een goede oefening.

Very cosy, naturally well-lit room in a very quiet area. It is only a short walk into the town centre. The best part was the warmth of the hosts. They are so kind and helpful, often going above and beyond to help guests out with anything. I would have loved to stay longer.
