Reception was super welcoming, and the location is perfect. Many restaurants nearby and easy to get around Rabat. Would definitely return!

Ce n'est pas digne d'un trois étoiles! Mobilier vétuste , frigo cassé, support miroire de la salle de bains cassé, lampe de chevet cassé . Les vitres sont très sales, chambre qui sent pas le propre enfin bref très déçu . Je ne parle même pas des moississures de la salle de bains, du lavabo cassé, et d'une chasse d'eau qui coule toute la nuit.

Tout était vraiment impeccable, rien à redire sur l’ensemble du séjour. Il y avait simplement un petit coin de la chambre qui présentait des traces d’humidité et où de l’eau s’infiltrait.

Hotellet behöver renoveras, mycket som inte fungerar som det ska. Mycket otrevliga människor som hänger utanför hotellet, råder inte någon och lämna hotellrummet efter 21:00. Vakten på hotellet pratade med mig om att han har det dåligt ställt och att han är (fattig) och försökte få mig och ge honom pengar vilket va väldigt oprofessionellt.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Location is very good. You can walk from the train station or take a cab for 10-20 DH. Around the corner there is the best Syrian restaurant in town. Very cheap and absolutely delicious. In the parallel street you have a traiteur for cakes and biscuits that is also ver y good and very good price. They wrap things for your flight trasnportation !
Breakfast maroccan bread was not super fresh and there was no plant based milk available. Also the shower broke down immediately after first shower and they had to repair it. Door room was not easy to open and close and you had to slam it very hard to close it which would create noise for other poeple in the corridor.

There was no kettle or clothes iron in the room. The bathroom door was also not working properly, or it was missing.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026It was a horrible experience. They deducted the entire payment from my card even though I booked to pay at the property. The staff are very slow that check in takes forever even though I was the only at reception. To make it even worse, I had the security guy harassing me when I was leaving in a rush in the morning, yelling at me if I had payed and not believing me even though I said I did. I had to go back inside and speak to the receptionist so he could let me go. I felt very humiliated and insulted. Plus, the room isn’t well equipped and from a previous stay I know their breakfast is low quality especially compared to how expensive the hotel is; over 100 dollars a night. The alley where it’s looked is a rundown neighbourhood so just avoid this place at all cost.

La climatización de la habitación reservada no funcionaba por lo que la habitación era calurosa, disminuyendo el confort en la misma. La vista de la única ventana de la que disponía la habitación contemplaba el patio interior del edificio colindante siendo una fuente de ruido de vecinos y aparatos exteriores de sistemas de climatización. Añadir además que las ventanas no cerraban adecuadamente.En el cuarto de baño la ducha no dispone de mampara por lo que al ducharse todo el suelo del baño resultaba mojado. En el cuarto de bañó hay una especie de patio luces que cuando abres la ventana observas el paso de la bajante, la ventana de este patio estaba rota, por lo que no se podía cerrar y el anochecer con la agitación del viento era un foco de malos olores. Por último añadir que la toma de corriente del baño no funcionaba
