The location is good for travel however it isn’t the most safest of areas. It’s not the hotels fault, there was a security door to get into the hotel so we were safe there. However it should be mentioned if people who haven’t been to Berlin before to be cautious around the station area near the hotel as we witnessed and experienced some crime and harassment!

Nell'appartamento c'era lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, microonde e cucina con stoviglie e balcone con tavolo e sedie.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Guan was a great host, very helpful. But ask all your questions while he’s there because it’s impossible to get help from the chatbot when Guan isn’t there.
Cannot get any appropriate assistance from chatbot. Very frustrating. The microwave did not heat food. It would be helpful to provide simple instructions on the quirks of the induction stovetop, without reading 20 pages of user manuals. Guests frequently trigger smoke alarms inadvertantly.

Upon entering there was a foul smell of sewage. Awful. It eventually got better in the bedroom but the bathroom has some design issues. No ventilation of sewer. The sheets were raspy and musty smell on bedding. Cobwebs in a corner. Mattress was a cheap foam. First impressions definitely not good.

אני הזמנתי את המקום הזה אחרי,שבדקתי שיש בו מזגן , הגענו לדירה ביום חם מאוד עם גל החום שהיה בבירלין , המזגן היה מקולקל היתה לנו לילה נוראית הם ידעו שהמזגן מקולקל ולא אמרו לנו , אז אחר הצהריים לא היה עם מי לדבר למחרת העבירו אותנו לדירה שניה בקומה 1 בלי מרפסת אבל עם מזגן הספה היתה ישנה ושבורה אי אפשר לשבת עליה , הערתי להם ואמרו שהם יודעים הנוף מהחלונות היה לא יפה משקיף על גינה נטושה מפחידה , ולכן אי אפשר לפתוח נחלון

Наш номер состоял из спальни и отдельной гостинной, что было комфортно и просторно. Кондиционер в нашем номере не работал, и менеджер предложил поменять номер, но это было не критично, так как погода была прекрасная и в кондиционере не было большой необходимости.
В ванной комнате над умывальником установлена полочка слишком широкая и каждый раз когда умываешься, есть вероятность стукнуться головой. Не понятно какой дизайнер это придумал, но там явный недорасчёт.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Die Lage fußläufig zum Bahnhof Zoo und zur City West ist vorzüglich. Das Einzelzimmer ist ordentlich ausgestattet - wenn man will, kann man sich auch komplett verpflegen. Es ist zudem klimatisiert; an heißen Tagen sehr vorteilhaft. Die Kommunikation vor dem Besuch (E-Mail, WhatsApp) verlief ausführlich; die Kodierung der Zimmerkarte war problemlos.
Nur ein eher kleines Kopfkissen, eine schon etwas ramponierte Dusche: Das sind Dinge, die zu leichten Abzügen in der Bewertung führen.

Das bedeutet aber auch, dass Appartments zur Straße den Verkehrslärm deutlich spüren.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The location and access to public transport was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and had all the basics. The person at Reception was really helpful. Some great restaurants nearby with super food.
Separate soap in the bathroom for shower and wash basin would have been helpful. The one bottle kept travelling and it meant stepping into a wet floor to get it sometimes. We never used the clothes washing machine as it was in the basement. Just had enough clothes to survive without a clothes wash. But ideally, I would have loved one in the apartment.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Sehr gut gelegen, gemütliches Zimmer, geräumiges Bad. Wenn man einmal drin ist, läuft der Check In am Terminal reibungslos. Man erstellt sich eine Schlüsselkarte. Zusendung Rechnung ohne Probleme. Zimmer nach hinten war sehr ruhig.
Absolutes No Go: nur 3 Fernsehkanäle waren verfügbar. Trotz Beschwerde wurde der Mangel nicht behoben. Wenigstens ging das WLAN. Von der KI wurde mir ein falscher Türcode genannt. Zum Glück kamen andere Gäste, die mich reingelassen haben. Kommunikation mit KI / Chatbot ist nicht hilfreich.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Good size studio with everything we needed for a week long stay. Close to U and S station so easy to get to everywhere. Clean and well maintained.
As you get off the train on way there the people who gather under the bridge who look to be homeless are a bit off putting, but don't let this put you off... the accommodation is close but feels safe. The mattress is a bit thinand more pillows would be good.

Heizung konnte nicht richtig geregelt werden, im Zimmer war es zu warm ( man musste das Fenster geöffnet lassen), im Bad zu kalt - die Handtuchheizung hat gar nicht reagiert. Die Rezeption war die ganze Woche nicht besetzt - die angegebenen Zeiten sind ein Fake! Es gab keine Ansprechpartner!

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026The property is in a good location for visiting the usual tourist sites and links to public transport. The apartments were well equipped with subtle design features for convenience for self catered stay.
There was a major incident with this particular stay. The check in process is remotely controlled during after hours which I can see for convenience is very good. However on this occasion, the check in failed miserably and I was presented with a room card that allowed me access to an already occupied room. When I called after hour support to assist the duty security person turned out, but when they gave me the second room key that too turned out to be an occupied room too. Now.. really concerned I called the out of hours again and the third time they provided me with a vacant room. They assured me it was just a mid-handling of the booking system. The worrying thing is that the system would just print out the cards for rooms that are already occupied. On the ground of security and safety of the guests this is a major concern and needs to be addressed with urgency. I have to add that the staff at the apartment block were very attentive and helped resolved other the issues in the morning. But be warned.. if the reservation system messes up you could be visited by random people in the night..

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Die Lage direkt hinter dem Bahnhof Zoo war optimal für meine Bedürfnisse, aber deshalb hatte ich die Unterkunft ja gewählt. Das Apartment ist von A-Z funktional eingerichtet, damit die Kitchenette benutzbar wird, bräuchte es jedoch mehr Einkäufe als ein Kurzaufenthalt lohnt.
Die Unterkunft ist meiner Ansicht nach einfach zu teuer für das, was sie bietet. Und die sehr spärlich besetzte Rezeption auch eher gewöhnungsbedürftig.

I had a really bad experience with apartment solving issue. I was chatting with a virtual assistant for more than 1.5 hours without any results. You can be sure that if you need help, nobody will assist you! The reception staff was unwelcoming and looked at me as if I were in the wrong place. I am really disappointed with the service. Earlier, I called the property to ask for assistance because I had a request regarding my arrival. During the phone call, the staff member did not ask for my arrival date, reservation number, or full name, and did not take any notes about my request. This is very poor service, as my simple request was not even taken into consideration.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026It’s quiet and easy access to Zooloogischer U/Sbahn. Nice touch to have constant drinking water easily accessible. Wang on the front desk was fantastic. Nothing was too much effort for him.
The bed is too low and the kitchen work space is really cramped. The shower attachment is faulty. BUT all in all a good stay.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026The location was the best, there were necessary utensils, but cleaning was only on Wednesday, there was no way for me to clean it myself, use a broom or something like that. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. Maybe they will take these comments into account in the future.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026It was spacious and it had potential. The receptionist was a nice guy, he spoke very good english and he helped us very fast.
First of all, there was a lack of basic supplies. For the price paid, we expected more than just 3 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people over 8 days. Additionally, there were only 2 coffee pods and 3 washing machine pods provided, but no sponge for hand washing dishes. Second, we found rust on 2 forks and the cutting board appeared red, visibly used, and not properly cleaned. Third, and most concerning, the cleaning staff entered our room and saw my partner undressed. We had no time to get dressed before she walked in. This happened again when someone opened our door with a keycard and quickly closed it. We didn't see who it was, but this made us feel extremely unsafe. Someone clearly had unauthorized access to our room.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Very large rooms, nice big Windows with a view, great heating, super easy check-in. There is a lobby area with some couches and a big table, a kitchen and toilet. You can hang out there if you are early.
There was no oven, only a microwave and stove.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Проживали в апартаментах 7 дней. Уборка была за это время один раз. Апартаменты чистые, просторные, с балконом. Постельное белье и полотенца как новые. Район хороший. Рядом вокзал, общественный транспорт, магазин продукты и две улицы для шоппинга. От вокзала прямой S9 в аэропорт. Кафе-бары-рестораны на любой вкус и кошелек. До Бранденбургских ворот ходили пешком. В целом благополучный район, не считая попрошаек возле магазина продуктов. Спасибо большое за отдых! Все очень понравилось!

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025This has become my go-to spot in Berlin. It is very easy access to a major train hub (Zoologischer Garten) and it has laundry in the basement and a kitchen with storage for a longer stay.
