施設が価格の割に充実しており、スタッフの対応など気遣いが良かった。また、掃除や洗濯などがしっかりなされていた。

I booked this hotel last minute when my flight was delayed by 21 hours. It's in a really good location for the airport, just a few stops away on the trainline. The staff were lovely and helpful and let me leave my luggage so that I could make the most of my bonus extra day in Tokyo. The room was small, but the bed was comfy and the shower was excellent - it was just what I needed.

Like all APA hotels, it is not possible to open the window. I wish it had been, as although my room was a non-smoking room there was a faint smell of smoke that came in under the door from the public areas, and I would have liked to have been able to air the room.

The room was a bit small but it was great for one night. It was clean, had a comfortable bed that felt like a cloud, and all the amenities you need for the night are already in the room. I checked in at about 3 am. The front desk worker was kind and efficient.

APA hotels are normally pretty standard and this was no different. Clean room with enough room for bare essentials. Nice sizable bath.

I normally enjoy my stays at APA. They're common and consistent so I use them reasonably often. However, this time around the lady at reception was extremely rude and impertinent. I checked in using the electronic kiosk in English, so obviously I could read everything just fine. I am a resident in Japan so I am familiar with the check-in routine and can communicate in Japanese. After typing my Japanese address, I went to select my home prefecture. She told me I should select "I live overseas" and I replied that I didn't. She then physically reached across me and moved my hand out of the way to select this. I pushed her hand away and said that I live in Japan and that I can read English. She then did the same thing when trying to change my booking from one person to two people. I was with my girlfriend at the time, but she was flying home later that evening. As a hotel less than 20 minutes from Haneda, I doubt this is an unusual occurrence. I did not like this interaction at all. While it is common for travellers to be unfamiliar with Japanese hotel check-in, it is also not uncommon for foreign nationals to live in Japan. This lady made several assumptions about me and, upon being corrected in Japanese, decided that she would still force her incorrect opinion on me. I will not stay at this hotel again for this reason.

The location was great, located right halfway between JR Kamata and Keikyu-Kamata Stations. Coming from Keikyu-Kamata there was a shoutengai giving partial cover for half the distance as well, and escalators to faciliate heavy luggage. The room itself was decent -- small, but standard for APA hotels, small bathrooms that nonetheless had every amenity I needed. Fridge was provided, microwave was not, but there's a shared microwave down in the lobby. The staff was friendly and could speak enough English that communication was not a problem. They also held my luggage for me, with number tag to ensure no one else could "mistakenly" take them, on both my checkin and checkout days. And even if they do not clean your room on a certain day, they will provide a new set of towels and toiletries for you.

The bed is decent but the pillows were thin and terrible. I didn't try the buffet breakfast as $12-$16 CAD extra per day pushed it into Not Worth It territory, considering there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The front lobby is exceptionally cramped, though that's not really something you can fix.

駅近で周りにスーパー、コンビニがあるところ。 道路沿いだったけど防音がしっかりされていて外の音は聞こえない。 ホテル自体は綺麗であった。

フロントの愛想がない。ビジネスホテルだからしょうがないのか。。。 冷蔵庫にグラスがあり、使ったような水跡があったためフロントに持って行って冷蔵庫に入っていたと伝えたら。 「は？何言ってるの？」みたいな顔をされ、未使用だからお使い頂けますと。。。 初めてです。未使用のグラスが冷蔵庫に入っていて使えと言われたホテルは。 壁が薄いので隣の声やいびきが良く聞こえる。

全体的なサービスは良かったです。

禁煙の部屋を予約しましたが、かなり強いタバコの匂いがしました。

駅近ですが、周りに飲食店やコンビニ等もあり利用しやすかった。

お風呂が詰まっていて水が流れなかったです。

飛行機が欠航となりホテルを探していたら保証内の金額で泊まれた 駅が近い 周りにスーパーやコンビニがあって便利 バスタオルがフカフカで気持ちよかった チェックアウトが簡単だった

風呂場のピンクカビが目についた アメニティの入れ物の底の方にホコリがたまっていた 冷蔵庫のスイッチをいれたけど たいした冷えず 飲むヨーグルトを買いましたが 温くて飲まずに捨てました ベットの床に近い木の部分 椅子があたるからなのか ボソボソになっていた シーツがちょっと汚かった

かなり遅い時間でも先にチェックインをしていれば入れるので良かったのと朝食が良かったです、また従業員さんの対応も朝食jは良かったです、また泊まりたいと思います

当日遅くなるので先にチェックインをしました、対応が訓練生トなっていた為確認事項が遅かったのがどうにかなると良いですな、隣に３人物人がいても手出しをせず見ているばかりでした、もう少し訓練生の教えをしても良かったかなと思います

ロケーションがよく、また利用したいと思いました。

特にないです。強いて言えばコインランドリーがホテル内にあればいいと思いました。

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the station. Several local shops nearby. 10 mins from the main shopping centre. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is very reasonable. Overall this Hotel was very adequate for our needs, but certainly not luxury.

The room was small, which is common for city hotels. The bathroom was very small and the bath very small and difficult to get in and out of if sitting down in it.!! Also it was very difficult to open the window, most times impossible which meant sometimes the room was very stuffy. No social space at the hotel to use to gather with friends and play cards/games.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.. everything was very clean and efficient. Lots of helpful bathroom extras, like toothbrushes and toothpaste, face cloths, small brush/comb etc. overall a good experience. It was close to the station, and local convenience stores..

The room was very small compared to standard British rooms, However this is fairly common.. it was very difficult to open the window.!

We travelled by trains and we particularly liked the location so close to the station. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. The room was small but well designed.
