Ultra Winds Mountain Resort

Janella and rest of staff were exceptional. Every question I had was answered immediately. Communication was perfect. Will go back again next trip to CDO!!! Great service from awesome people

Room was very dirty and uncomfortable to stay in. TV reception was very poor. Bathroom was stinky. Looks like many are in agreement with me since we only saw a few people.

I had a dinner party with 24 people half were senoirs and i told them before hand for the discounts. When i checked out i told the lady the bill seams high and she actually was mad and wouldn't answer my questions so i went back to the office and asked at the desk the gentlemen came back after discussing it with his manager and they said i was a foreigner and they dont give senior discounts to us, she wouldnt even come out. Half the people were seniors from PI. I dont know why this establishment would treat people like this.

Excellent stay

.

Hot water was real bad and inconsistent

Slow service

Good way to unwind

Property isn't what you see on website. View from outside is horrendous. Dog/animal poop everywhere. Hot shower has to be fixed every single day that we stayed for 5 days. Smell of toxic paint, so unsafe. Not worth the price and stay.

The whole experience was great . Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was great . Infinity pool is awesome . Had wonderful break with family .

Property is surrounded by beautiful nature. We had a wonderful stay. Staff are wonderful! Restaurant staff are amazing! Thank you so much for our wonderful hospitality!

Gorgeous property with a beautiful swimming pools. All staff are super nice and accommodating. Wonderful staff in the restaurant very accommodating served us delicious food. My family and friends had a wonderful stayed will definitely comeback again!!!

Wonderful resort! Staff are amazing welcoming! Restaurant staff are accommodating! We had a fantastic time!

There is no hot shower. The room doesn’t feel and smell clean. The AC is not working well, It’s dripping. The food served has fly.

Will definitely go back and highly recommended

The resort has magnificent views of the city but not a senior or kid friendly resort. You constantly have to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc.. they do not fill in water bottle everyday so we have to ask for that as well. Not a lot to do in the area as well. Some staff are nice but mostly rude. My husbands relatives who stayed there for a few weeks almost had enough. The same breakfast meal everyday.

Rooms are clean enough but you can see some need of repair. Our first room, was not properly readied, no hot water, no bath mat and no toilet paper, the shower room drain is clogged. We asked to be transferred as there was water seeping on the floor just outside the bathroom. At first, the reception told us that she will have it look at and was reluctant to move us. But because it is drainage issue, we insisted that they need to move us to another room as you don't know how bad it is. The next room was better .

The view is amazing! The kids loved the pool and the room is clean. Hopefully they can give us more towels especially I have kids. But overall it’s a good experience. The staff are pleasant and nice . I will come back again with my family.

glass door in room no. 10 should be fixed.Receptionist should be more welcoming and accommodating in assisting us in our rooms coz we were lost. at that time there was no staff to guide us in our room, unlike in our first and second visit. please improve

I was not impressed with the bed or the bathroom. It seemed outdated/old.

The photo in the advert was quite deceiving, the physical set-up was not the same, the service as well was quite poor, we ordered food and it was sent quite late when asked the staff said that we did not give them the room number, but they’re quite fast to ask us for payment. My total experience was utterly disappointing.

Beautiful place to be especially if you need time to relax or rejuvenate, quite and beautiful over looking the City of Cagayan de Oro.

The location was beautiful but the staffs were not that friendly. When we ate breakfast, they were out of food.

The grounds were amazing absolutely beautiful and the food at the restaurant and coffee house were 5 star. The room was just ok once you get past the aunt invasion, drapes falling off the windows, smell from bathroom drains, A/C worked well but taped together to hold parts in place and broken chairs on balcony made the experience a bit underwhelming. They seemed to have newer units but unavailable for us.

It was wonderful and very comfortable and spacious and kid friendly environment...

The pools were very clean and the water was warm. No towels at the pool, must bring your own... shower at the pool and in the room, ICE COLD... numerous shaded tables around the pool, all cost 4.5k peso... thats more than my room cost. All water served and available is "Natural Alkaline Water" tastes like well water, from a rubber hose. Flocks of beautiful peacocks roam the grounds, beautiful! Superior King room, with the city view is actually looking over the ocean, very nice! Room has a private balcony.

We were late in our check in time it should be 2pm but when we arrived at the location at almost 4pm the reception told us that our room is still NOT YET AVAILABLE and give us another room, we agreed due to we were tired during our travel and the room was okay but it didn't satisfy my expectations the aircon was not cold enaf and it was far away from the pool and restaurant. I hope they can do better than that. But the place was really amazing the amenities and all. Im still looking foward to book to them. I hope the room that we wanted will be available this time or it not available, they will give us the same room amenities that we book. Thanks.

The room was not comfortable to stay in. We had to bring the table and chairs from the balcony to our room because we don’t have anything to put our stuff on. The airconditioner was not cool enough to provide comfortable sleep. The pool was great though.

I would like to go back here, good to relax and welcoming by employees. nice view. its just quite far from the city. but other than that, its really nice here. i highly recommend

Its was a great place to stay.

Pool and rooms are very spacious

The view is amazing. You can see the whole city. The 3 pools were also spectacular. The resort is still under construction. I got a standard room which is almost like an office. It’s very loud you can hear everything. The food was good but it was served cold breakfast lunch and dinner.

Inportant Notes: 1. There was no towel and we had to request. 2. The front desk officer does not answer calls (calling both mobile numbers posted on website) 3. The Cable TV does not work. We had to go to the front desk and it turns out that they need to load the calble Tv to work

The room was dusty, the comfort room has molds.

Pool is great, view is fantastic! Food is expensive!

The hotel was very far from the city and they only have shuttle going to the city in the afternoon. You need to pay the taxi plus 300 pesos because the taxi is coming from the city empty. When we got there by taxi, nobody was there to assist us with our luggage so we didn't even bother to get assistance when we checked out. The room was quite far from the reception area and the road was a bit uphill.

Lots of ants in the property inside the unit itself

Food and resort are great for a getaway. Some construction taking place there but did not detract from the beauty of the resort. Will be amazing to see when additions are completed. Only negative was no hot water for shower. Other than that, i would visit there again.

They gave us two coffee packets, but no water or spoons. The soap and shampoo that the gave us were only good for one person. The room was crawling with ants and roaches. No hot water. The fridge had mildew inside because they keep it unplugged. Only two pillows on a king bed. You have to pay for drinking water. The food was good, not high priced. Views were nice, pools seemed clean.

no rug on the floor...

good ok normal

It was just ok, it was a bad lock on our doors, so my fiansee was afraid at night. And we had a room with a balcony but the trees was so tall that we didnt see anything. But the pool was exelent. Food was good but not the breakfest platter. That was bad!!

Magical in the mornings.

It was a nightmare!!! Shower is horribly dirty with not enough water running in. Pool was overcrowded. Understaffed. Room is motel like with noisy air conditioner. Food is limited & overpriced. Transportation is ripped off!!!

1st time to check in without spoon/teaspoon to make your coffee? Amazing view at night 👌

Nice pools

Poor in service both in front desk and restaurant, worst bed ever. We book with a balcony and we end up in a windowless room, much alike a prison cell. Not worth it value for money

Amazing place

The best part of this resort is the pool and the view of the city from the pool especially at night. However, the rooms are just average. They don't match the price. Also, there isn't much to do in the resort except to swim, watch the city lights and rest.

Sad to say that it was a not-so-amazing experience. The place is comfirtable enough and I personally liked the swimming pool. We were told that swimming is up to 10:00pm but they failed to inform that one of the two pools will be closed earlier. I also did not like that they allow children to run around and play in the pool area. Our room needs cleaning especially dusting off furnitures. Food was not so good either, but service is ok. The staff in the front desk are corteous but it will be better if they are in uniform. Still a lot to improve on.

The place is very nice and relaxing.

The band on Saturday night quit at 8:00

The food is horrendous. Terribly horrible taste and cooking. I reckon could be the cooking oil choise is not appropriate one. They shall use better quality oil. Also need good communicating staff to understand what you want what you order what you get. Wonderful view nice pools but food and service spoils it all. Also not enough water pressure in the rooms to shower. Not worth to stay but daily swimming with getting your own food from outside recommended.
