Reviewed May 3, 2025晚餐火鍋好吃、隔天早上因為要很早出門無法吃到，晚上特別準備6人份的早餐很用心，那天早上已離開後發現東西未帶走，特地打電話幫忙保管，服務人員態度非常的好很客氣，希望下次有機會再入住喔！

Reviewed Dec 4, 2024仍需改善的是洗手間並無乾濕分隔，每次洗澡都會差不多弄濕整個洗手間，對老人家尤其不安全不友好，可以加浴簾稍為改善就更好。 另外希望民宿可以加強無障礙設施令輪椅使用者更方便。

Reviewed Jan 19, 2021這次入住豪華雙人房，房間很大，浴缸舒適也很乾淨！喜歡看山景泡澡的，推！寒流來襲，房間暖氣不夠強，但是毛毯跟羽絨被也是足夠的！習慣一人一幢棉被，所以多要了一條被子，也是很快送達（但應該要再多套一件白色的被套，因為加的棉被沒有白色被套有點怕怕的，有點太居家。）加一張正常的棉被好像要200元清潔費 位置是可以步行到星巴克的位置，覺得要補給食物很方便 晚餐是小火鍋或義大利麵，小火鍋女生覺得份量足夠，在冷冷的天吃火鍋，雖然比不上外面專門賣火鍋的，但也是很不錯了！ 早餐是buffet，樣式不多，我印象中我吃了高麗菜、控肉，水煮蛋，早上7:10就去用餐，我覺得餐點中規中矩，但看著日出吃飯，很讚！

Reviewed Aug 29, 2020地點很好，走路當運動可以到青青草原，一路上有步道走起來很舒服。民宿有附設停車場很方便，離小瑞士、國民賓館、星巴克走路5-10鐘。房間和廁所乾淨，但可能因為是山上，所以有一隻蒼蠅擾了一晚，第二天終於被消滅，睡起來更舒服些。大致上，下次會再選擇這裡。

The rooms were generally clean and spacious with nice teak-based furniture. Toilets should have a shower curtain to separate the shower from the wash basin/bidet areas.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2019以我們住宿的經典樓中樓房型，窗外雖無景緻，但是整體來說房間讓人非常舒適，也很乾淨。洗澡熱水也很強勁，加上房間有過濾水可飲用。早餐非常豐盛，加上民宿裡面有酒吧加上一個露台可以賞月。民宿位置佳，步行十分鐘可以到小瑞士。小瑞士外有接駁巴士可以到清境。只是晚上行走必須帶手電筒比較安全。非常推薦這家民宿，有機會會再次造訪。

Reviewed Jan 30, 2019地理位置很方便，走5分鐘就到24小時營業的7-11和公車站，也有走去青青草原的步道！但入夜後有部分路沒燈，記得帶手機或手電筒照明。 我們2:30入住，櫃檯已經把房間準備好了，登記入住時職員很仔細地講解了附近的景點，態度也十分有善，每次去櫃檯都會主動打招呼。 這次入住的房間就在櫃檯前面走2分鐘，房間跟照片一模一樣，還有電暖毯舖在床上，讚！水壓在山上也沒有問題，很夠力！ 晚餐是意大利麵，麵質跟平常的不一樣，比較Q，但很好吃！第二天早餐因賴床而錯過了，無法評論。 吃完晚餐去了廣場休息，一抬頭，整個都是星星！

Reviewed Aug 13, 2018房間有特色、的骰，不過床太短，生得高既人一定頂腳（我1.8m)，還好我係獨遊可以係個雙人鋪任瞓，但都係唔可以企直，因為會頂頭；廁所係正床鋪隔離，得塊簾分隔，要小心沖涼唔好灑晒d水出黎

Reviewed Aug 12, 2018很舒服的一間民宿，地點也很方便，很靠近商圈，走5分鐘路就到了.房間很大，床也很舒服，整體來說是乾淨的，只是不時有一些不知從哪裡進來的小昆蟲. 整體來說也是值得推薦的

Reviewed Aug 9, 2018離小瑞士商圈很近，附近也有著名的清境六大步道，園區內環境很好，很舒服，水管屋裡還有衛浴、電視，一應俱全，雖然沒有空調，可是高海拔的關係，入夜後就很涼快~~

Reviewed Jun 17, 2018The receptionist did not fit the Taiwanese feel of a host. Everything about her was cold. I do not know her name, but I bet you will know who I am talking about if you meet her. Terrible service. I will not recommend this place for anybody. It spoilt my experience at Cing Jing.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2018Overall it’s a good place except for the staff. As I’ve selected the payment method wrongly, they couldn’t change it for me. I wanted to pay in credit card end up paying in cash. Quite disappointed on this issue.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2018Would not recommend if going during the winter. Due to the design of the room size being big and energy saving, room does not have good warming, only the bed has a heater pad to keep warm. So, it will be rather cold walking in the room.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2017The hotel room was nice , good for a family of 4 with two rooms . The overall cleanliness was OK although we stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night . One of the issue is that there is no heater and in March there is a 9C temperature. The beds have an electrical blanket but it was working only on one side of the double bed . The staff is nice and helpful although their English is extremely limited . The Hotel is well positioned and is very quiet . Overall an OK Hotel but could be much better if their would take care of some details.
