Reviewed Oct 9, 2025방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요. 객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다. 리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요. 객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요. 아이들 데리고 가기에 좋다고 해서 왔는데 요금이 저렴한것도 아니고 정말 실망입니다. 다시는 올 생각 없을것 같네요.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025수영장은 패밀리용으로 너무 좋습니다. 가족여향으로 숙박. 수영장. 주변 인프라가 좋습니다. 객실도 깨끗합니다. 다만 객실 투숙개도 수영장을 이용허기 위해서는 할인을 받아도 워터파크 입장권 수준이라. 이점이 비용적으로 만족스럽지 못합니다.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025La suite cove se publicita en la página como suite de 40m2 y apenas tiene 16 es una habitación normal, luego no es un resort tal u como se entiende en Europa y América es un hotel que tiene al Ldo unas piscinas de pago muy caras por cierto (entrada y sombra valen 200000 w al día) mas que culpa del hotel es culpa de la página de reservas. El personal es encantador pero el hotel es frustrante para un europeo ya que le falta todo para considerarse un resort, por otro lado estás literalmente incomunicado todo ha de ser en taxi menos mal que son baratos

Reviewed Jun 1, 2025사진 첨부하는 기능이 없어서 이렇게 남깁니다. 사실 안내 받았던 평수보다 굉장히 작게 느껴졌구요. 그리고 선반에 및 현관에 먼지가 쌓여 있고 벌레 시체가 있어서 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 리조트 라고 해서 상당히 기대를 하고 왔는데, 제가 알고 있는 리조트 규모랑은 차이가 있었던 거 같습니다 무엇보다 같은 가격으로 선택할 수 있는 옵션이 굉장히 많았는데 이 가격에 이정도 실망스럽다고 생각합니다. 관광객 바가지 쓴 기분이었어요.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2025Room 입구부터 (C동) 공사중인지 공사 자재 등이 방치된 느낌이 있습니다. 안전사고 걱정이 되었습니다. 물론 과정에 있는 부분이지만 좀 더 깔끔히 정리 정돈이 되었으면 더 좋았지 않겠나 싶네요 객실 내 / 외부는 아주 청결하고 좋았습니다. 주차도 넉넉했고 외부 정경도 좋았습니다.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2024급하게 예약해서 가게된 리조트 였는데 저희가 있던 방은 조금 너후되긴 했는데요 좋은 뷰와 깨끗한 컨디션이 좋았습니다. -노을이 아름다워요 -수영장 풀이 많아서 좋아요 -콘도 형식이라 편했어요 -편의시설이 좋아요 -요트 재밋었어요 또 여수에 오면 방문해 보겠습니다. 수영장에 썬배드가 없는게 조금 아쉬웠지만 요트 패키지, 가성비 좋은 리조트였습니다. 잘쉬고 갑니다.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2024오랫동안 라테라스 자주 애용했었는데, 앞으로는 다른 숙소를 가려고 합니다. 1. 수영장 수질이 너무 안좋습니다. 관리가 너무 안되는 것 같아요. 아이와 함께 하는 여행인데, 참...아쉬웠습니다. 갈수록 안좋아지는 것 같아요. 2. 수영장 라이프가드? 분들은 젊은 나이라서 이해는 가지만, 친절함 좀 갖춰줬으면 좋겠습니다. 3. 수영장 이용금액이 어른, 아이 상관없이 한명당 37000원이네요. 너무 비쌉니다. 개인적으로 좋아하는 숙소였는데, 이번에 가서 수영장 수질을 보고 정말 많이 아쉬웠네요 ㅜㅜ

Reviewed Aug 3, 2024너무 기대했던 숙소인데 수영장이 여러개인거는 좋았지만 수질이 최악입니다.. 특히 아이들 노는 온수물 정말 더럽다 라는 표현이 맞을 정도로 관리가 안되고있습니다 침대 매트리스도 별로라 허리아팠고 욕실 슬리퍼 없어 매우 불편했습니다 직원들 서비스는 좋으나 재방문은 안할꺼같네요

Reviewed Feb 27, 2024유명한만큼 아주 만족했습니다 ~ 저희가 묵었던 숙소는 파티코브스위트A 객실이였는데 ~ 실내수영장과 같은 건물 ~ 심지어 같은 층 ~ 이여서 객실에서 수영장 왔다갔디 하면서 넘 편하게 있었어요 ~ 그리구 편의점도 1층에 바로 있어서 너무 편리했구여 ~ 밤에 이쯘 조명들 사이에서 포토존도 엄청 많아요 ^^

Reviewed Dec 30, 2023난방이 제대로 되지 않아서, 찬 바닥에서 보냈습니다. 원인을 찾았지만, 사전 체크인 전에 시설 점검이 되었다면 더 좋은 경험이 되었을 것 같네요. 욕실에 수건 걸이나 선반 같은 것이 있다면 사용에 더 편리할 것 같습니다. 그것만 빼곤 멋진 가족 연말 여행에 부족함이 없을 것 같습니다.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2023대리석 바닥이라 아기가 넘어질수 있고 별도의 침구도 제공되지 않았습니다. 벽지가 좀 뜯겨 있다던지 선정리가 안되었다던지 등 룸의 상태가 좋다고 생각 되진 않았네요. 수영장과 워터파크는 뷰도 좋고 아이들이 놀기 좋다 느껴졌습니다. 다만 탈의실이 로비에 멀리 떨어져있어 불편했고, 9월 이후 레스토랑등 100퍼센트 서비스가 제공이 되지않는데 가격우 성수기와 비슷한 부분은 잘 이해가 되지 않았습니다

Reviewed Apr 29, 2023숙소가 일단 너무 더러웠어요. 보기엔 몰랐는데 발바닥이랑 양말이 새카매질정도였어요. 와이파이는 되는데 가족 모두 통신사 서비스 제한구역이라고 떠서 전화 문자가 전혀 안돼서 고립된 기분이었습니다. 밖 창문 가까이나 가야 겨우 전화 될 정도였어요. 프론트에 이야기했지만 해줄수 있는게 없다는 답변 받았습니다. 두번은 안가고 싶네요.

However, there is no reason to start blasting EDM music by the pool at 9:00am. In addition, it was disappointing to have to pay extra just to use the pools.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2023한곳에서 여러 편의시설을 이용할 수 있어 좋았고 직원분 친절하세요. 부모님 모시고 가족 여행하며 이용했는데 스위트룸 이용시 세대 두루 즐겁게 쉴 수 있어 좋았습니다. 겨울이라 이곳의 큰 장점인 물놀이 시설은 사용하기 어려웠고 욕실에 슬리퍼가 비치된 것이 없는 것이 좀 의아했어요. 따뜻하게 깨끗한 침실에서 잘 쉬었습니다.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2022일단 청결도가 잘 모르겠어요. 깨끗한듯 하면서 침구는 다 구겨져 있고, 유료 수영장 이용 했을때도 수건도 일단 주지 않고, 추가 수건도 요청 할 수 없다고 하고 안돼는게 많은 리조트 였습니다. 말은 리조트 이지만 서비스는 기대하시면 안돼고 그냥 조금 비싼 펜션 놀러가신다고 생각 하시면 됩니다. 수영장도 낡은 부분이 많이 보이고 전체적으로 관리가 잘되어 있다라고는 말 못하겠습니다. 그리고 체크인 할때 직원분이 너무 불친절하셔서 친절도도 기대하면 안됩니다 그냥 그냥.. 가격 적절하고 다른데 묵을곳 없을때 묵으면 괜찮을거 같습니다

Reviewed Jun 9, 2022워터파크 즐기기에 최적의 숙소입니다. 방 컨디션, 워터파크, 워터파크 부대시설 모두모두 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 워터파크를 대부분 이용하다 보니 엘레베이터 바닥에 있는 천이 항상 젖어있고, 그게 관리가 잘 안 돼서 악취가 좀 났습니다. 그거 빼고는 전부 다 좋았습니다. 테라스 있는 객실에서 고기 구워 먹을 수 있게 고기부터 그릴까지 대여도 되고 이용 시간도 길고 침대도 좋았습니다.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2022이용할만한게 없어서 아쉬웠음. 파로나마 오션뷰라서 나름 큰기대 했지만 바로 앞은 공사중이고 야자수나무로 어정쩡하게 갈린 바다풍경. 인피니트 풀 유명하다하여 비수기 겨울에 왔는데 ㅋㅋ 물이 얼어져있네요. 성수기 가족여행은 괜찮지만 연인여행은 별로일것같습니다. 방음 안되고 너무 건조하고 그나마 밤되니까 조명때문에 리조트 경치가 볼만했습니다

Reviewed Jan 2, 2022복층구조의 스위트룸을 예약했는데 방에 처음들어오니 너무 좋은 전망에 깜짝 놀랬으나 거실 전면 유리창을 청소하지 않아서 전망이 흐리게 보이니 기분이 반감됨. 그리고 천정과 구석구석에 벌레죽은것들이 그대로 있음. 침실은 2층에 있는데 올라가는 계단이 삐걱거리고 천정이 낮아 머리에부딪힘. 시설 내에 편의점은 바가지가격으로 기분 상하게 하고, 이불이 부족해서 프론트에 물어보니 한세트에 2만원내고 사야한다고 함. 단 하나 맘에 드는것은 바다전망뿐. 다시 오고싶지 않은 리조트임.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2021전반적인 불편함은 없습니다. 에어컨 쪽 곰팡이가 보이네요. 그리고 뭔가 경계라인이 명확하지 읺아서 처음 가시는 분들은 여기로 지나가도 되나? 싶은 의문이 들게 익스테리어가 되어 있습니다. 근데 경계라인은 한두번 지나다니면 괜찮습니다. 일단 아이들이 너무 좋아하네요. 물도 미온수라 놀기 괜찮았습니다. 여름은 더울고 같고 9월이 제일 놀기 좋을거 같아요.

Reviewed Aug 13, 20212박3일 부모님모시고, 가족여행으로갔습니다. 클럽호텔b테라스 인스타보고 갔는데, 사진보다 작은느낌 베드딱딱하고, 어메니티모텔급, 절대청결하지않아요 수영장과 객실이 가까워 전체적으로 여기저기 바닥에 물이많은데, 여러번 미끄러질뻔. 여러후기처럼 프론트직원들 뭐하나 얘기하면 일처리하는데 하루종일걸립니다. 바베큐장도 구석으로 옮겨서 주차장,벽보고밥먹어야함 일때문에 호텔많이다니는편인데, 가격대비 전체적으로 굉장히 떨어집니다. 그나마수영장만이용하는편이나은데, 그것도안전관리, 청결부실해보임 안전요원들끼리 복작복작놉니다. 여수와서모든게좋았고, 호텔만실망. 인스타빨로잠깐반짝할듯 아 수영장이용료안내면, 구경하러도못들어가게함 수영장이용. 수건추가 전부 추가비용.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2021시설은 좋으나 시설대비 가격이 비싼 편이고, 그 외 부대 시설 이용은 모두 유료. 외국의 리조트를 표방한 것 같으나 모든게 유료화 되어 있어 눈살을 찌푸리게 만듬. 첫날 숙박한 방에서 담배냄새가 베여 있었으며, 변경 요청에 만실이라는 이유로 거절, 이후에도 선조치가 없었으며, 다음날 재차 담배 냄새가 난다는 요청으로 옮긴 방은 괘적함. 담배 냄새가 나는 방을 알고도 배정하는 직원들의 친절한 행동이 고객을 기만하는게 아닌가 하는 의심이 들게 함. 구구절절 이야기 하고 싶으나.... 가까운 거리에 사시는 분들은 한번쯤 방문 추천, 먼 거리에서 다시 찾아가는 건 추천이 꺼려짐. 첫날 불괘한 사건이 있었지만 전반적으로 아이들과 잘 지내다가 옴.

Breakfast is extremely limited to x2 types of Korean soup only. Pool access is a 24,000 Won daily surcharge per guest that can add up quickly with a family, not included in the room charge. Check-in is exactly at 3 PM, no early check-in. Sheets are not changed daily and towels are very small. Property has small cosmetic issues like cracked tiles, unfinished room terrace area and landscaping needs. Outdoor pool area is also in need of additional cleaning and the pool is not maintained as it should be (Mold in corners, pool sweep and skimmer needed).

Reviewed Feb 23, 2021여자친구랑 여수 놀러왔다가 힐링하고 가요. 탁트인 오션뷰에 너무 좋았어요. 발열체크도 꼼꼼히 해주시고, 마음이 놓였습니다. 리조트 안에 편의점이랑 카페 있어서 편리했어요!! 완전 시설 짱인 듯. 코로나 나아지면 또 방문할 예정이에요. 여수에서 좋은 추억 쌓고 갑니다.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2021오션뷰 테라스 선택해서 갔어요. 방은 모텔수준...너무 좁아요 욕실에 욕조는 층고낮춰서 타일로 만든식인데..청소 때문인지 사용할수없게 욕실매트를 깔아놨어요.. 그것때문에 하수구가 열려있는 상태라 냄새가 엄청났어요.. 리조트자체로는 외부시설은 이쁘고좋아보이지만 제가 묵은방은 진짜별로네요..돈이 아까워요
