Zimmer * Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig; die Temperatur lag konstant bei etwa 26 °C. * Hotel und Zimmer wirkten veraltet und hätten sauberer sein können. * WLAN war am ersten Tag nicht verfügbar. * Statt der gebuchten zwei französischen Doppelbetten erhielten wir zwei Einzelbetten. Ein Zimmerwechsel war wegen der vollständigen Ausbuchung nicht möglich. Pool * Grundsätzlich ansprechend, aber hygienisch problematisch. * Ein Gast spuckte wiederholt ins Wasser; unsere Beschwerde wurde vom Personal ignoriert. Zahlungsabwicklung * Die Zahlung verlief widersprüchlich und unprofessionell. * Entgegen den Angaben auf Booking.com wollte ein Mitarbeiter am zweiten Tag die Zahlung mit einem Kartenlesegerät direkt im Zimmer einfordern. * Nachdem ich dies ablehnte und auf die Abwicklung über Booking.com bestand, wurde am folgenden Tag bestätigt, dass die Zahlung dort erfolgt war.

Everything was perfect

It was really unpleasant stay here although this hotel looks shiny outside. I was shocked by the room I stayed, even it was on the Wanda Floor. 1) The room has a bad smell. Some smell that is telling you the age of the hotel. Can't identify if came from the restroom or the dirty carpet. 2) The door of the wardrobe was scratched by door interlock due to a bad design 3) Wifi access - a mandatory frequent guest program registration is required in order to access Wifi... . There was even no option to pay if you want to register 4) Welcome fruit was offered but not that fresh Otherwise, the location, the view is good. Subway station is within walking distance, and staff was professional

Nice hôtel, clean and quiet. Buffet for breakfast was ok, lot of Chinese food choices, some western food choices. Very close to the subway station.

Really good location, with shopping centre next door and lots of shops nearby. Facilities are excellent and the hotel lobby smells lovely of jasmine. Staff are also friendly and help with any queries. We had a bit of trouble booking tickets for an attraction and the front desk Manager Mason li went above and beyond to help us book them. When we couldn't book using our passports, he helped us to call the helpline and then explore all the avenues to book.

One of the rooms as out of soap when we arrived but this was quickly fixed once we spoke to reception.

One of the best hotel chain at this side of China. Buffet dinner and buffet breakfast gorgeous as usual.

Poor English speaking staff except one receptionist lady and Vlachandra Indian English speaking chef helped me very much

I arrived during Omicron wave 2022. The staff spoke good English they are professional, and provided all assistance for me. I booked a king sized bed with a nice view. The room was neat and clean. Instead of instant coffee i had dripping coffee which is nice. Overall I will give my experience 7/10.

Right opposite a shopping mall

應該算是金華地區比較好的酒店了，早餐非常的豐富，晚上要找東西吃也非常的方便旁邊就是萬達廣場有很多餐廳可以選擇，枕頭跟寢具非常的舒服，還可以請服務員來開窗戶服務員的態度也都非常得好，總體來說是個很不錯的商務選擇！

The hotel was very nice, very clean and excellent value. As a westerner on a business trip, I want a clean, bright room, smooth check-in and some choices at the breakfast buffet. Wanda Realm delivered on all. My only complaint was that our room was too hot at night (24 degrees) and the AC was turned off for the season, so could not cool down. Hotel staff opened the window on our second night, which helped a little. In fairness, it was 20 degrees outside at the end of December, so very unseasonably warm.

Nice place very comfortable

Room service was lackluster. I ordered a club sandwich and they failed to tell me they were out of chicken. Instead they sent me the sandwich with everything but the chicken. When I complained to the front desk, their solution was to refund less than half the cost of the meal. I did not eat the sandwich and it was not what I ordered so they should have refunded 100%.The language barrier was the problem and why I gave up.

It is very nice hotel. I rest safety and enjoy. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Typical Wanda setup with the huge mall next to it. Rooms are laid out well. Main complaints, and these are consistent - I have stayed here over 5 times: Every time I get here the windows in the room are open and it’s blazing hot. You need a special tool to close them...the handle of the spoons are a great substitute for the tool if you don’t want to call the desk. The AC gives you false hope, but generally doesn’t work past 23/24 degrees C. The carpets are NEVER vacuumed. I don’t think they own one. Check in takes forever. Hair in the bathtub and spots all over the floors. On a positive note, the sheets always appear to be clean. This does appear to be the best in Jinhua, so a somewhat captive market here...

Quality hotel for Jin Hua. Breakfast ok . Typical choices . Very good pool and locker room . Good location and steps from a large mall for shopping , entire top floor is restaurants, and basement is grocery shopping. Well run hotel with management is always around . This is the place

I booked the standard room but it felt more like an upgraded suite. Maybe it actually was and I didn't know it, but it had a separate living space and bedroom space (no door thofib) that was really nice. A beautiful hotel in general, staff had decent English skills. Breakfast is pricey but a great selection and of course convenient. I would stay here again for sure.

Passing through Jinhua I had a night stay here, so first time arriving here. It has a decent location with shopping and restaurants right next door, and is about 20 minutes by car to either train station. The room looked very nice aesthetically, but for $100 a night, without breakfast, and in the middle of nowhere, I expected more. It says it is 5 star, I don't think it is. 4 for sure. Main disappointments were in the room. Aircon was over complicated, I couldn't get the temperature of the room down all night. The temperature and the bed (harder than I would have expected) led to a poor night sleep. TV is way over complicated, 15 minutes to get a channel. The power in the room has issues. I had my phone on charge all night, even switched to airplane mode with all apps closed.... I got a measley 20% charge by the morning... Something seriously wrong, I have experienced this before in China. Not my charger, it's a Chinese phone with Chinese cable... Cue power saving mode all day. Heavy rain meant the reception area by the elevators were flooded.... Staff .... Superb, I can't fault them, but for the money I expected more. A real shame.

Had a great 3 night stay in May 2018. Excellent location with a full walking area full of shops and bars right behind the hotel and also a inside mall with food and grocery’s. The hotel has a lounge on the first floor and restaurant. The food is good with nice breakfasts buffet. The rooms are modern and good air con as it was 103 deg f outside but ice cold in the room . Great pool and workout area. Must stay in Jinhua

The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made my stay warm and welcoming. The WiFi was easy to use and worked throughout the hotel. I was very impressed by my stay there. The breakfast had so many choices it was a great way to start the day. The hotel is close to the Wanda Mall and there were a lot of places to eat nearby. This is a great place to stay with a nice view of the city and river. I would recommend this hotel for business and for pleasure!

First trip of the new year and glad to stay at Wanda Realm Jinhua. I’ve commented before on this hotel and my opinion has not changed. Always consistent high standard, great checking service and room very good looking over river. Jinhua is a city on the move with major new buildings everywhere. The Wanda Mall attached to hotel is a great place to wander. If you need assistance at Wanda Realm then contact Sabina Yu who if fantastic. Quick to help and advise. She helped my wife with hair appointment and massage details. English is not quite as easily understood here so wechat is the go to app. To communicate. Very happy to be in Jinhua and being looked after by Sabrina and staff. If you are in Jinhua stay here, food good and wide selection and hotel is central to everything. We came on train from NINGBO and is very simple.

This was my second stay here. The service has gone downhill since last year. The air conditioning wasn't on so my room was 28 degrees C. The buffet dinner and breakfast weren't anywhere near the quality and value they were before. Room service food was good. The concierge for left luggage is rarely there so we ended up having to take our luggage ourselves. The reception staff were of no help. It is a very nice hotel but the management need to take more interest to get it back to the standard it was before.

Came back again in the last 4 months and still very impressed with this hotel. Room is big, clean. Bathroom is very nice although towel is a bit worn out. Shopping mall is just next to the hotel; so it is very convenient to grab any food or do shopping. Breakfast is very nice with lots of varieties. Very recommend.

The Wanda realm in Jinhua is a great hotel. The same high standard that this brand is known for. The Jinhua Wanda is new so everything is in good order. Rooms are good size with great bathrooms, but TV limited in western programs. Restaurant in lobby is very good, great staff and wide selection of food. Chef on hand cooking eggs anyway you want. Shops attached to Wanda in plaza are convenient. I go to Jinhua for business and the Wanda Realm is a welcome stay and comfortable.

I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel twice. My room was clean, well equiped, comfortable. Hotel offer great restaurant and is good located. Restaurant offer you chinesse and western food. I recommand it to everybody

I really love this place. First time here, but really very impressive. Room is big, lobby is very elegant. Hotel is located next to shopping mall which is very convenient to grab any food or kind of shopping.

Compared to the US standard, this 4 star hotel exceeds any 5 star hotels in the US. The only drawback was the staffs' English skill. This is the issue everywhere you go in China though. Great breakfast and night buffet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stay there one night on Apr.2, 2017 with my family after visiting Hangzhou. Sounds like this is the best hotel in Jinhua, that's why we choose to stay there. Yeah, I couldl say it's true. The hotel is very new and clean and Service is friendly and nice.Room is big, clean and comfortable. Everything seems good.But the parking experience is good as well. We drove there and the next morning we left the hotel very early, when we left the parking lot, we have to pay the parking fee, which should be free. I contact the hotel, the hotel want to fix the problem but it took more than 15 minutes without problem solving. we are in a hurry we have to drive to other place, so I pay the whole night parking fee and left. The other issue is that I have to pay 50RMB, equals to about 5 dollars for a tooth glass，which was broken by my nephew， OMG！ In general, this hotel is really good in Jinhua, next time without any doubt, I will stay there.

Very modern hotel in a nice area. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff spoke English. The evening buffet was ok but nothing special. You can get better food in the mall next door. The breakfast was very good by Chinese hotel standards with a selection of cooked bacon and sausages, eggs cooked to order and freshly baked bread and pastries. I will stay here again when I have to visit Jinhua again.

Very good for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good for western people. Would recommend this for anyone doing business in the area. Pizza Hut is 1 minute away. If you fancy something normal.

I made a business trip to the Jinhua/Yiwu region and picked this hotel for its good reviews and reasonable cost. The hotel is certainly one of if not the best in this area - which is really a quiet and somewhat boring metropolitan area. Everything in the hotel was excellent and luxurious- in particular the room which was spacious, well decorated and had every accessory/ amenity imaginable. Breakfast was very good - though a bit lacking on the Western style food. Nearby is the Wanda Plaza mall with Pizza Hut, McDonalds and KFC all represented and an array of mostly fashion stores. Recommended for the business travelers who need quiet place to stay. If on vacation or need more action- find a hotel in Yiwu.

Stayed for 2 nights last week overall the hotel was fabulous, nice mix of western and eastern food available at breakfast. We were allocated rooms on the 22nd floor with views across the city, rooms were clean and very comfortable. This will be my default choice when I return.

Very nicely decorated hotel - right next to wanda mall and a supermarket. Staff not very friendly, the room was nice but there was some smell on my pillows...ugh Gym was not bad. For the price it was not a bad deal overall.

GIven this is a new hotel, everything is nice and working well. The room decor also feels luxurious. It is however not located downtown but about 20 mins away. There is also a mall next to it in case you need some retail therapy.

So, I travel on a regular basis and I was very impressed with the Wanda Realm Jinhua hotel. It is very new and the rooms are beautiful. I swim regularly and the pool was very nice - not quite 25 meters but long enough for a good workout. The value of this hotel, however, was off the charts. It was the best value that I have ever experienced. It only cost $80/night for a 5 start hotel. I imagine there must be a glut of hotels in Jinhua for this price to be this low. Avoid the Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor.

The Wanda realm situated next to a shopping centre and opposite the new Opera of the city of Jinhua which counts 6 million people. It is a new hotel and offers with over 300 rooms. The rooms are spaciously designed with 40 m 2 and modern furnished. The double bed is 200 cm wide and offers a good night's sleep. The standard of the room includes a writing desk, a comfortable recliner chai, a flat screen TV with HBO, and English-language TV channels, a fridge, kettle and a well-functioning Wi-Fi. The bath room is clean, equipped with a tub and shower cabin. The breakfast buffet is richly garnished and lacks nothing. The shopping centre next door is offering on the second floor a variety of good priced restaurants. The Wanda has an indoor pool and a well-equipped fitness room. The reception is located in a large oversized lobby of 1200 m2. The hotel is a good choice in Jinhua.
