Goreme Mansion

The location was perfect , in an ideal place in town . The staff are polite and helpful. The room was nice . The breakfast was great. I do recommend this hotel for visiting this area

Very nice hotel with a brilliant location in goreme . The staff are helpful and polite. The breakfast was very tasty. Everyone in the hotel was friendly enough to make you feel like staying at home. I do recommend this property for high-quality stay in this area

Best experience at this hotel. The staff were truly hospitable from the beginning of our stay. The owner went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I were comfortable and safe. He even drove and picked us up before and after our hike the cappadocia valley. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The time we’ve spent there was amazing. All the crew were very friendly and helpful and very nice as well. The room was big and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very good with something different everyday. I was with my mom and my grandmother and we loved it, I would definitely recommend and come back. We got the tours with them as well and it was amazing, best prices and amazing quality!

Good accommodation if you want to have a cave-like room. Our room at the ground level so we not having the best view of Cappadocia. But you can still enjoy the view while having breakfast at the upper floor. The location is on the hilly area of the Goreme town center, and the car park is just on the roadside close to the hotel entrance. Staff always standby at the counter and very helpful.

Stayed couple of days here recently. It’s nice little place in the centre of town with the town square just 3 minutes away. Our cosy room had a chimney. The area has over 400 hotels we were told. The breakfast spread was unbelievably huge, when you book go for the one with breakfast included option. Worth it. Erdem and John are friendly. They can arrange for balloon tours if you wish.

Espectacular!! Está muy bien ubicada.

A little pricey but definitely value for money. Just across the Main Street definitely try it out. The owner was really helpful in creating the perfect itinerary for us and help us navigate.

This hotel is exceptional! From the moment we arrived the staff offered to take care of every need. They were all a joy to get to know. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding!

This location and the mansion was more than immaculate. I am at lost of words to describe how beautiful our room (7) was. Our room was specifically shared a balcony like area with the kitchen, and the door of our room opened to the most beautiful view of the entirety of Gerome. The beautiful greenaries that wrapped the walls of the mansion, the breakfast being absolutely hardy and amazing, and the beautiful roof with the classic Turkish pillows (wish the pillows were a little colorful), everything was magical. We had a packed itinerary which didn’t leave us much time to enjoy the mansion, but we genuinely will be coming back to enjoy the place further. Besides the place being amazing, the people… absolutely the kindest and most genuine people I met in cappadocia. Jem was the most caring and genuinely sincere person we met. We did not go in with plans outside of hot air balloon ride. And Jen planned a full day for us with amazing prices! I don’t think our experience would’ve been the same if it weren’t for his help. The housekeeping folks were also just so sweet and welcoming to us. They took care of us with such dedication that it truly touched our heart. We will definitely be staying here when we return to Cappdocia.

Our stay was awesome! Great service, charming hotel, heartwarming people. The owner and staff were over on everything! They coordinate all the excursions with great knowledge!! The top of the top!!! Can't express how thankful we are of their service!

Herşey çok iyi idi. Yalnız odamız otel giriş kapısında olduğundan gürültü oluyordu. Üst katta oda verilseydi daha memnun olurduk.

Amazing stay at Göreme mansion. Hosts are very helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend this.

Amazing stay at Göreme mansion. Hosts are very helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend this.

Had an amazing stay at Goreme Mansion for 3 days while in Cappadocia! The hotel owner was an amazing host, super friendly, helped out with tours and activities, and even offered to give us a ride with this car for a couple of events. Really made our trip super easy and special! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful quint stay within a budget. Provides a warm and comfort room and a spectacular view of the balloons early In the morning. I truly enjoyed the breakfast and the customer service of the staff there. There are only 7 room in this property and I recommend to stay in the first floor and above.

We loved our time here, the staff were amazing and organized our airport transfers and the most wonderful tours. It was a spectacular trip, mind blowing experiences and fabulous breakfast.

Best room, best food, best view The most wonderful experience in our 13 days trip We were a group of 12 persons Clean rooms, the cooker was perfect, the host invited us for a barbecue… beautiful memories!!!

Our stay here was absolutely fabulous. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful and chatted with us every morning at breakfast. They were incredibly helpful arranging a private tour for our group of 6 along with transportation back to our hotel by the airport. We truly enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again when we go back.

During my recent stay at Goreme Mansion, I was fortunate to experience a level of comfort, service, and kindness that far exceeded my expectations. Right from the moment of our arrival, the hotel staff warmly greeted us and displayed a genuine dedication to ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Unfortunately, on the first day of our visit, my husband encountered an unexpected accident while exploring the local area, resulting in a severe leg injury. The hotel staff proved to be an unwavering support system throughout the ordeal, accompanying us every step of the way. In particular Cem who took it upon himself to arrange for a staff member to stay with us during our hospital visit. Their presence not only offered emotional support but also provided practical assistance during this challenging time. Their companionship significantly eased our feelings of isolation and boosted our morale. The diligent staff consistently checked on us, offering their assistance and ensuring we were comfortable at all times. Expressing my gratitude feels insufficient when it comes to acknowledging the exceptional efforts of the staff and management at this remarkable hotel. Their unwavering support, compassion, and dedication transformed what could have been a distressing situation into a manageable one. Their kindness and attentiveness set an entirely new standard for hospitality in our eyes. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Goreme Mansion to anyone seeking a stay that surpasses comfort and enjoyment, and embraces a genuine concern for their guests' well-being. The actions of the hotel's staff during our time of need were nothing short of extraordinary, and I will forever be grateful for their invaluable assistance.

I highly recommend this place .. the receptionist Erdem was very helpful also willing to plan your days by booking some of the activities at very reasonable price not to forget Yusuf & Oznur sweet friendly people. Breakfast was great I was shocked with the amount of food they offer.. my airport was very early morning and breakfast is not served by then but Yusuf made me a sandwich to eat on my way to the airport .. thank you so much . I highly recommend this place

Amazing hotel and amazing customer service. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone was so helpful and they all went above and beyond.

The family and staff who run the hotel could not be more helpful and friendly. Cen the owner spent a lot of his time briefing us on where to go and what to see. His wife was at the hotel cooking breakfast which was excellent at 07:00 each morning. The rooms are beautiful and very tasteful. Our visit was during January. The rooms were very warm. And lots of hot water!

This was my best hotel experience over the whole trip in Turkey. The cave room was very

Great Stay in Goreme Mansion. The breakfast was typical Turkish. Joseph in the breakfast erea was very helpful with every additional request we had. We got help from the hotel coordinating the airport transportation., Balloons ride and green tour. The owner Jim'm was also a great host. He arrange a couple of sandwich to go because we left early and missed the breakfast.

The best choice in Goreme !! The view was amazing ,the rooms are very clean! The employees helped us with everything we wanted !! They organise adventures so you don’t have to worry about anything!! The breakfast was very big and tasty!! I recommend 100%!!

Surrounded by caves this boutique hotel was very close to restaurants, center of town even the topmost view point to watch hot air balloons take off in the morning. They have a terrace with comfortable seating where you can also watch the balloons in the morning. This 7 room hotel had a very cosy atmosphere with staff that genuinely cared about your stay and experience. Jem, who is the owner (and also a balloon pilot) was very nice. Erdem and Yousuf take care of the property and the guests. While in the hotel, make time to talk to Erdem. He is such an enterprising, energetic and happy young man who goes out of his way to help you. The breakfast was included and served in the 2nd floor. You had a combination of cold and hot breakfast that they serve to your table. The room was good with a clean bathroom, lovely hot shower and amenities for the shower. The rooms were nicely warmed up since it was cold and the beds were comfortable. If we needed anything, we just asked and either Erdem or Yusuf would bring it to us. Erdem at the hotel also organized the hot air balloon flight for us which was smooth, with a reputed company and no hiccups. They can also organize other tours for you including hotel pick up and drop off. We did not use that service as we had rented a car and went around by ourselves. Definitely a place we would like to visit again and enjoy this cosy hotel and the warm staff that take care of you. Thank you Jem, Erdem, Yusuf and Abla for making our stay a happy one.

Best place we have ever stayed at. Owner/staff where super helpful and friendly. Awesome location. Can’t ask for much better

Excellent all around. The staff is amazing, warm, friendly, caring, and will help you with absolutely everything you need. Comfortable rooms, nice bathroom, good breakfast. Location is excellent and the roof terrace is lovely. Would 100% recommend!

The people running Göreme Mansion will make sure that this is the hotel you will remember long after you come back from your holiday and even after your next holiday. They will bee there to help you with anything that will make your stay perfect. Cem, one of the owners, is a balloon pilot with 13 years of experience and he can get you a ticket for a flight at a good price. Every morning you can watch around 160 balloons in the air above Göreme from the hotels roof top terrace. Rooms are nicely decorated in the cave style that the area are known for. Breakfast is excellent in this place.

Amazing location. The place was really beautiful with a breadth taking view. The people who manage this property are very kind and helpful. They definitely make you feel at home. I would like to thank Ohran for being such a amazing soul. He is always there to help with a smile. The staff there is very friendly. A must place to stay. Would definitely recommend this place to all.

Best family operated cave hotels near sunset view and easy walk to restaurants in the heart of Goreme with stunning views. The owner is a pilot of Voyager Balloons. A must do in Cappadocia. The hotel flawlessly arranged our airport transfers, excursions and assisted us with other needs. The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms. I highly recommend the hospitality at Goreme Mansion and hope to visit again someday.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in July 2022. We were met with excellent service, very polite and smiley staff and we felt very welcome. One of the owners was also a hot air balloon pilot, and arranged for us to fly with him the following morning which was incredible. The breakfast the next day was delicious and fresh. They also have a gorgeous roof terrace that can be used - great views and seating. If ever we come back to Cappadocia, we will definitely be staying here again. We stayed at a more expensive hotel the previous night, but Goreme mansion was much better and friendlier. The staff were always happy to help and answer questions about where was best to visit in the area, which made the experience very relaxing. Room was lovely with air conditioning, and easy parking.

Amazing hospitality from the hotel owner Very kind and soft spoken, would love to visit again, just one thing in the room listing it said it had aircon but it wasn’t there, best to update listing on expedia for accuracy. Cave rooms doesn’t have cross ventilation, they did provide a fan though. I like the owner’s hospitality A

Çok memnun kaldık. Güzel bir haftasonu geçirdik. Otel çalışanları bize her konuda destek oldular. Cem Bey'e teşekkürler.

What a beautiful hotel. Amazing location…super close to the balloons. Great free breakfast. The owner and front desk employees were so friendly and helpful.

A few days ago, I stayed at Göreme Mansion for 3 nights. For Cem, Yusuf, and Orjan, I only have gratitude for the hospitality and dedication to their work, they make each guest feel at home, they are always in the lookout to make sure each guest has everything they need to make their stay pleasant. For all the attention and the beautiful vibe that exists in Göreme Mansion I give it a 5/5. The hotel is close to all shops and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable, the view from the terrace is incredible, and the activities can be booked through the hotel. Basically you can do everything by contacting the hotel from picking you up at the airport to hot air balloon, horseback riding, ATV, etc.  I recommend checking the prices of the activities with the hotel first before booking elsewhere as it can be cheaper.

Çok begendık çok memnun kaldık yine gelsek yıne aynı oteli tercih ederim

Stayed here for 3 nights and I would totally recommend it! What made me book my stay in the Mansion was all the positive reviews about the owner, Cem, and I can confirm every good thing that has been said about him! He makes you feel at home and helps you with everything you might need during your stay in Göreme. You can book all the fun activities through him at fair prices and I'd recommend you try to book your Hot Air Balloon ride with him, as he is also a pilot and instructor. Thank you for everything Cem! 👏

One of the best hotels in Cappadocia. Excellent staff and service, they will make you feel like home. The location is perfect, near to everything you need, good restaurants around. Honestly, couldn’t stay in any other.

Excellent customer service by the owner itself and the staff

The staff did a super job in taking care of our needs during our stay. The top floor terrace has a great view of town and of the balloons as they pass by in the morning. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great.

It was extremely good. The service was excellent and the staff were very supportive. The rooms were very clean and location was great. I would stay at the same hotel if I had chance to visit again. I could strongly recommend

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

All hotel staff are very friendly. Days before arriving they helped us with all the services of transfers and excursions. excellent people.

I do not take the time to write reviews regardless of the experiences I have but the world needs to know about this amazing place! Both Cem and Muhammad are the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. I was travelling on my honeymoon and Cappadocia was the first stop on our list and Cem prepared everything for us. He set the airport shuttle prior to arrival so we did not have to worry or stress given the travel from Nevsehir to the hotel. Then, the balloon rides (discount in comparison to other places), ATV, tours, etc. were all booked by Cem prior given the busy season and each activity was totally worth it. The breakfast as well each morning was meticulously made with a diverse selections of food and the Father was very kind and sweet. Very tasty! There is also a terrace upstairs and honestly probably the best view when the balloons take place took quite the photos and just watched the balloons go by in awe each morning. As for the room, Cem totally hooked us up super clean, washroom was big with two connected showers the bed was really comfy, There were tables and sofas as well lots of room to place luggage as well and to just lounge. Never stayed in a place like this gave a very cool vibe. Overall, I am totally coming back not only because Cappadocia is beautiful and a must see spot in Turkey but also because Cem and his family are just wonderful people. They made our honeymoon memorable that we will never forget! :)

Great Location! Very close to all the shops/restaurant and National park. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had an enjoyable stay at Goreme Mansion. Cem and his family looked after guests well and were ready to help and guide. Superb location and delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was great. All staff were friendly. A room was clean and spacious.

We had a very comfortable stay while in Cappadocia thanks to Cem, his family and his staff. The room is very clean and cozy. Their hospitality exceeds our expectations. Also, they have a nice open rooftop where you can see gorgeous views. Just ask Cem if you are unsure about anything when you are there, he will gladly answers your queries and assist to his best of ability.

I had a wonderful stay at Goreme Mansion, this was because of Cem and his family! They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and gave me plenty advice on what to do and where to go. Cem is a balloon pilot so he organised my ballooning trip and made sure that I thoroughly enjoyed it. He also organised tours and activities for my stay in Cappadocia and made sure that I had plenty to do. The whole family is so friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay feel like home. The location is fantastic, it has a great view over Goreme and rooftop is perfect for watching the sunset. The room was clean and well looked after and had everything you needed. I can’t recommend enough!

Very comfortable stay from the time of pick up at the bus station to the departure arranged by Cem who runs the place with his parents. It is a family run hotel with a personal touch. The rooms were very clean and had a cave like feel to them. Breakfast was freshly cooked and complete spread. Cem is also a balloon pilot with Voyager balloons and he also arranged our tours with Gorgeous tours who are amongst the best with excellent tour guides. We didnt have to think at all and everything was so well organised by Cem. I couldnt have asked for a better stay. It was absolutely amazing !!
