Perfect property to stay in if you like to be near the old town area of Corralejo yet enjoy a quiet peaceful atmosphere at this residence. Fully equipped apartment and very clean property all round. Excellent staff and customer service. We spent our days walking the amazing beaches, hiking mountain volcano trails, cycling and off road motor cycling and we had a ball. Great grocery stores on our doorstep and endless choices of restaurants/cafes. Top notch value for money. We’ll be back!
Good location, apartment had all we needed. No sun on balcony but this place is more of an airbnb than a hotel. Nice and quiet, small pool , smll sunbathing area. Overall, nothing here for children but quiet and relaxing
Giulia greeted us at Reception and was more than helpful after we had travelled from the very bottom of the island. It is like stepping into a luxury oasis as soon as we entered. The ground floor room in block 2 was amazing and looking over the pool. We ate at the roof to bar for evening meal, fantastic artist playing mellow tunes. Food and drinks were great with a 10% discount as residents. The continental breakfast was excellent in the morning too with the added bonus of watching surfers enjoying the morning. Can't recommend this place enough, thank you
The location is perfect. Close to all the bars and restaurants! Close to the beach also. The apartment was ideal size. Great to have fridge to keep everything cool!
These apartments are excellent. They are very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Fantastic large fridge freezer for self catering. Even an iron and ironing board!. Bed very comfortable. We had a problem with our shower on arrival which was sorted within a few hrs. Excellent service and communication. Well stocked supermarkets are just a few minutes walk away for self catering. Alternatively there are many bars and restaurants around the harbour which is a lovely 10- 15 min stroll away. Also quite a lot of shops in the same area. A lovely couple of small beaches also round the corner from the harbour. No sun beds, so everyone just used their towels. Not too crowded. Excellent for swimming The pool in the apartment complex is small, but very clean and well maintained. We were in the block below the sun roof terrace bar, which is a lovely venue. There are comments about the noise, but honestly, it's just a bit of music, ( not even every day), which is over at midnight, so we didn't find it an issue at all. I would definitely recommend these apartments and will definitely go back.
Lovely clean, well equipped apartments with friendly staff. Close to town town and all local facilities plus has a great rooftop bar and gym.
Just spent a week at these apartments. Very well located, only 5 mins from centre (when you find the right way to go 🤣). Staff are all lovely. Breakfast on the rooftop bar was anazing. We were staying in the block below and didn't hear any noise from there. I've given 4 stars only because in my opinion the rooms, our room anyway, was in dire need of a refurb otherwise I'd have happily given 5 stars
It was our 3rd visit to Corralejo but our first visit to this hotel and we were very happy with it. We normally go all inclusive but as we know Corralejo quite well now, we decided to go room only. The room was very nice with limited cooking facilities and was plenty big enough for the two of us. We were slightly concerned that we directly below the Sunset Bar but we never heard any noise in the room from it and it was nice to be able to go upstairs for a "sun downer" in one of the very few west facing bars in the resort. All of the staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly including the chap that was cleaning to pool one night when the lock didn't work on our door. My only real criticism of the hotel is that the pool doesn't open until 11.00am, I appreciate it is a relatively small pool and is somewhat shaded in the morning but I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel where to pool opens after 9.00am.
It was our third time at Bristol Sunset Beach, and once again everything was perfect! The rooms were clean when we arrived, the location is great, and all the staff were very helpful. A special thank you to Julia for recommending the steaks and paella, and for her amazing customer service — she was so helpful! We fully recommend this place and will definitely be back for our fourth stay! - Rafal
Great stay at Bristol Sunset Beach. Only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Corralejo. Would definitely recommend.
WiFi inconsistent with an awful login portal. Pool nice but consistently busy with the number of apartments. Good location.
The positives, Clean, modern, secure and nice staff when they are on site. The Negatives not sold accurately by Jet 2. This is not a normal holiday apartment with a pool as advertised, limited pool beds only 20 for about 120 people and availability of pool not opening at 11:00am. You are living in a residential apartment, might as well use Airbnb. Bar vibe limited, we might be slightly out of season but nothing happening. 25 euros for a safe in your room.
Arrived late in the day greeted by a lovely girl at reception - didn’t get her name but she was very friendly and helpful throughout Had an issue with the door code but it was soon sorted Apartment ideal for a couple I think it would be a squeeze for any more people Lovely clean and modern with a nice patio area Bathroom nice and shower was lovely Kitchen well equipped TV in both living area and bedroom but no English channels had Netflix but internet wasn’t the best although free Main issue with the apartments was the lack of air conditioning There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a free standing one in the living area so was just about ok for this time of year but would be in unbearable in the high of summer so wouldn’t stay again for that reason alone Small pool for the amount of apartments and not open until 11 which was not the best not many beds and they soon went but we got one every day again I think that would be something of an issue in the height of the season The complex was lovely and clean and the staff worked hard Ideal location couple of large supermarkets for your supplies only a few mins away less than 10 mins walk to music square if you cut through the back streets not far at all Roof top bar was nice to have a drink of an evening they do breakfast but we didn’t try it We had a lovely relaxing week there but probably wouldn’t stay there again for the reasons stated
Myself and my friend came to stay for a week Saturday - Saturday on a holiday package with Jet2. We had a lovely week and enjoyed the weather and what the local town had to offer. The location of the apartments is great, with close proximity to supermarkets, beaches, and all the restaurants and bars at the marina. The staff are very lovely too and it was easy to contact them via WhatsApp when you needed something as reception was closed from 3pm in the afternoon pretty much. Rooms were clean and spacious. I suppose there’s just a few things that was frustrating staying here. Mainly is the pool area. There’s so many guests staying here, in addition to residents in the apartments (I’ll come onto that later.) The guests are inclusive of couples, families with young children and groups of young people like us. The pool area does not accommodate that. Especially as it opened at 11am! I have never been on holiday any where you couldn’t access the pool area until 11am, and all the guests are stood outside waiting to be let in like it’s the school gates. There’s additionally about 20 sunbeds in this area. Very much, not enough. The most annoying part I felt was I’m pretty sure majority of the ground floor apartments are for residents, and there was one apartment adjacent to the pool with a very annoying man in. He would blast his music, completely oblivious to the fact he is next to the pool area. He was always doing chores outside? Or would have conversations outside on the phone. I think if you lived open to a pool area for the holdiaymakers, you would be as mindful as possible but also maybe a little less loud and obnoxious as the embarrassment would be too much. Apparently not though. My final snag was, I don’t really mind they only come to clean and refresh the room once in that week, however, the bin was a tiny one under the sink and was overflowing for us constantly, attracting flies. We would have took the bin out ourself if we had extra bin bags! I think especially if you are preparing food everyday, this is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I think it’s not really great for families as the pool is small and there’s not enough sunbeds. I think if you come in pairs you’re fine but if you want to sunbathe any earlier than 11am and don’t want to queue outside the gates, maybe not for you. I would reccomend Corralejo as a destination, but maybe not this apartment complex as a place to stay. It’s a great hub but maybe if you want to stay somewhere you will spend all day everyday, somewhere else might be more appropriate.
Nice hotel & location.
For the price we paid I really can't complain about this place. It's got an ok pool, you've to take the rubbish out yourself, also towels.. you get 2 per week which I've never experienced before. You've also to take out your own rubbish, which while isn't a big deal just seems weird on holiday. There's a hiperdino and a spar not even 5 minutes away which is handy to stock the fridge up! The rooftop bar has a lovely view also. Staff at reception were always helpful. Also would not recommend if you can't deal with no air con as it's definitely colder outside than inside in August!
First time staying at this hotel in Corralejo and I would 100% go back. Clean, modern well-equipped apartments, central, everything you want. Never struggled to get a sun lounger around the pool. Lovely food and cocktails in the roof bar. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the shops, bars and restaurants. As a travel agent I highly recommend this hotel.
First time staying at this hotel and in Corralejo and we were not disappointed 😊 The reception staff were very helpful from start to finish and nothing was too much. The place was spotlessly clean and the room was very spacious for 2 people. Great fridge freezer and all other appliances you need in a self catering accommodation. At first glance you think the pool is too small but tbh it wasn't that bad and we never had to struggle for a sunbed. The rooftop bar was really chilled and as a bonus we got a card with 10% off for the whole of our stay. Only time we couldn't use 10% was at breakfast. Bar staff were lovely and very friendly. On last day we were able to get a shower on rooftop gym area. On the whole we would definitely stay here again. 😍
I liked these apartments, they reminded me of an upmarket hostel but in the most positive way. Nice clean apartments close to the centre of Correlejo. Pool area is quiet, could be doing with some low music for a bit of atmosphere. Close to the port as well which was great as we came over for 2 nights from Playa Blanca. There was a supermarket around the corner as well if you needed anything. Got a full sized fridge & freezer in the room. The only issue I had was the walls are paper thin. You can hear people in the room next door very clearly. Even heard the guy snoring so take earplugs but the rest of the hotel was quiet. Roof top looks nice. I had a wander up there just to see it, it wasn’t open the days I was there which is a shame, looked nice and looked like it would have a good vibe.
i have given 4 out of 5 stars for this hotel. the reason is because the price of this hotel was extremely reasonable, and for the very low price we paid, it was definitely worth it. i paid £350pp self catering for a 6 nights stay at this hotel. when looking at returning to this hotel, the prices are a lot more expensive, and i would not return to this hotel for any more than £500pp for 6 nights. In terms of the hotels grounds, i didn’t have a thorough look around, i stayed in block 1 so i only saw the grounds between the front entrance of the hotel and block 1. however from what i did see, it looked very well maintained and good looking. our one bedroom apartment style room came with an open kitchen/ living room, with a dining table with 4 chairs, a bathroom, containing a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. the shower was awful, and the shower would only be freezing cold or boiling hot. the shower door was broken, and was only connected to the top runner. the bathroom was really the only thing that gave away that this hotel is three stars, however, for the price that was paid i cannot complain. the bedroom was nice and spacious, and the whole apartment had a nice modern feel to it. on closer inspection, you could notice the ‘flaws’ of this hotel, like the wallpaper peeling off, and the mould in the grout of the tiles in the bathroom. the location of this hotel was good, you would have to walk through a not so nice area to get to the main corralejo town. we would often get a taxi, which was around €3/4 each time, so reasonable enough. we didn’t use the pool area at all, as there wasn’t many sun beds and was a very quiet area, which would suit some people but for us we prefer more lively atmospheres Overall, would i return, yes if the price was as good as what i paid the first time
Bit of a mixed stay. Beds were super comfy and the bedrooms were spacious with plenty storage. The apartment was just too hot inside for us, we had to leave the windows open, however there is cats that roam the complex and the noise from them during the night, where they are howling non stop. The living space was tiny, no comfy chair to sit on, 3 bar stools and 3 hard dining chairs for 4 people is very strange. It could be doing with more comfort like a small sofa. Horrible smell from bathroom drains. There was only 20 sunbeds round the pool and no chairs. Also they only let you change apartment towels every 5 days, I went and asked reception on day 4 and they refused to change them early. Paid a lot of money for this place and to not have clean towels more often than 5 days is just not good enough I’m afraid. The complex is spotless and well kept, it’s only a quick walk to supermarket and only 10 mins to beach and pubs/restaurants. This place would be great for a couple, but just wasnt suitable for us as a family with kids.
Wonderful small hotel, centrally located within easy walking distance of Corralejo town center. We had a very good breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen area with a full-sized refrigerator. Nice pool and garden areas. Unfortunately, the mattress was far too soft and coupled with the lack of A/C made for a rather uncomfortable night's sleep. I would recommend as good value for money but will personally avoid the warmer months.
Just came home from a lovely week here at Bristol Sunset Beach. The apartment was lovely and well equipped although no Air Con we had a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a stand up fan in the living area. It was adequate but when really warm probably would struggle to sleep at night. Pool area was lovely, small with a few sunbeds we never struggled to get a sun bed but in high season you may do. Pool area didn’t open till 11 am so no reserving of sunbeds which was brilliant! Rooftop bar and terrace was lovely and you get a 10% discount if staying in the apartments, perfect for pre dinner drinks! First time self catering we normally do AI but will do self catering again just maybe not here due to the small pool area and no air con in the apartments.
This is a great hotel I would definitely return again the staff are very friendly and the rooms are in immaculate condition the pool is lovely and clean too. The rooftop bar is great and you can look out right across the beach it is a lovely view and the food is absolutely delicious. This hotel is a 5min walk to Main Street where all of the shops, restaurants, the water park and beach is which is great and there is lots too see and do! You can also catch a bus for €5 each person to the oasis wildlife safari park which was brilliant we rode camels and it was definitely an experience to remember. I highly recommend this hotel 5 ⭐️
Just got back from a week in this hotel. Lovely little hotel / apartments. Rooms were clean and had everything you’d need. Pool area was nice and quiet but the sun beds do get taken really quickly. Close to bars / restaurants and the beach. Reception staff were lovely and there’s also two cats living in the hotel which I loved. The only negative was that I paid for late check out on the last day but the key code refreshed and we couldn’t lock the door so we were stuck in the room all day and no one made us aware that would happen so I’d definitely avoid late check out.
We've stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times now and every time we've stayed it has been a relaxing and enjoyable experience, the staff are always friendly and helpful any problems are sorted out without any problems, not that there have been any serious ones. They. have a DIY laundry on site, all run from an app on your phone which tells you if there. is a machine available and when your washing is finished, saves packing all those just in case clothes. All the rooms we've stayed in. have been clean and even the corridors smell clean. There is music, some live, it doesn't go on too late so not offensive and we like the location, lots of local people using the restaurants so obviously good. A bit of renovation going on this time but not intrusive. Looking forward to our next stay.
Clean purpose built budget accommodation. Towels sheets changed 4/5 day of stay. Staff reception & cleaning excellent we had our apartment cleaned by a team of 4 in 20 mins. They also helped supply us with bin bags & refills. Spar just round the corner . Self service laundry 5 mins away . The location is good 10 mins to the main area .( peaceful location ) . Parking available outside on street or in wasteland across from Apartments. Tap in kitchen hanging off and electrics wonky microwave worked intermittently. ( that’s about standard for this price accommodation) 5 blocks closely situated. This means anyone having a chat outside in early hours keeps everyone awake.(guests not staff) (We did have the doors & window open though) It gets a bit sweaty as there is no extractor fan in shower room & the cooker hood is not vented outside. The roof bar was good but not the continual whistling by audience ,this did stop at 12.
Apartments are in a good location. Rooms are modern and well kept - very clean and bright. There was a shortage of drawers or shelves, which could be easily remedied. You could smell the drains in our room when we arrived, but this cleared half way through the week. We found the reception very helpful, but the opening hours of 10am to 8pm are restrictive and not very convenient.
Unfortunately the downside’s outweigh the upside’s 🤷🏼♂️ Plus points- The room was smart and modern with a pool view and everything we needed. The location is good, short walk to bars / cafes and restaurants. The roof terrace is a nice place to chill. Minus points - The pool area is way to small, only 20 sunbeds which soon get taken, the pool is bloody freezing, hardly anyone is brave enough to get in, definitely not me !! The roof terrace although a nice place to chill has no area for sunbathing. The prices at the bar are outrageous, €12 for a gin and tonic, cumon, we are not in London !!
Well located apartments near the bus station. Great bed. Staff on reception were particularly attentive and dealt with any issues promptly and cheerfully. We were in block 3 and looked across and up to the rooftop bar about 30 metres away. We're both in our 60s and can honestly say that the music was never a problem and finished at midnight, prompt. In fact, the rooftop bar is a lovely spot for an early evening cocktail. Hotel provided beach towels and security box at minimal cost. Would definitely return.
Good for price and location. Slight issue with shower drain. Odd to have no soap/shampoo in hotel at this price range. Kettle for tea would be nicee
This was our second visit and plan to go back next year. My sister is a wheelchair user so we organised a mobility scooter for the week, and had access to an electric door which led straight onto the streeet. My sister would now consider a solo visit. The apartments were well placed for food shopping. All the staff were friendly and helpful and a special mention goes to the Italian trainee Manuel and receptionist Claudia. Both stood out in their positive attitudes and willingness to engage with us as guests.
Good Nice friendy staff, hotel was clean, it's only about 10 mins from restaurants/pubs/shops. The beds were comfortable. Bad Not much hot water for showers, No comfortable seating(no couch only chairs at a table). We are both aged 60 and were put in block 2 the rooftop bar on the Saturday was really noisy. There were also very noisy neighbours next to us. I definitely wouldn't stay here again
On the good side - nice clean apartment, shower good, easy door access, attractive gardens, pool, and breakfast in Rooftop Bar. Location is good, as easy access to local bars and tapas, and 10 mins max to main square - and Corralejo has a great and varied nightlife. Parking on the backstreets difficult, but there is space on the rough ground across the main road. Third time there, and coming back this year to Corralejo. However - big problem is the night club. During the week, there is early music, but not loud. If you are back to the apartment at 11:00 onwards, there is no noise. But we had been put in room 22E (Block 2, 2nd floor) - directly below the DJ set and Rooftop dance floor. We returned Saturday night at 9:30pm to get an early night (travelling next morning) - and the noise was an unbearable beat. We are in our 60's and not shy of a night out or music - but the noise was too much. We went to the club for an hour to pass the time. The music stopped at 12am. So, either go to the club, or stay out until 12am on Saturday (bearing in mind all bars close at 11pm) For hotel staff to be aware of that level of noise, and then put people in their 60's in Block 2 - and say nothing nothing, or pre-warn - is unforgiveable. So, I will not stay here again.
I notice the last contributor (Steve B) said he used earplugs successfully - well, they must have been nuclear-powered....). OK, Lots of reviews on here so my Honest opinion..We are a couple in our late 50's who are not Party Animals, we were very dubious about the Rooftop Bar after all the Reviews , but researched and thought the location was ideal .I emailed before we arrived we wanted a Quiet Room away from the Rooftop Bar and on a Low floor , On arrival we were put in Block 2 (Rooftop Bar and on highest floor (3) so not a.great start ...We went back to Reception to voice our concern to be told they couldn't move us until Monday .... We said OK but weren't Happy ...The 1st night (Saturday) we had bought some Ear plugs and we could hear Nothing ...we went to Bed 11pm and the Music was on until 12pm and with our earplugs we had a fantastic sleep. We actually didn't move rooms as Sunday was fine and Mon and Tues they are closed. My advice Bring Ear plugs and you'll be fine !! Breakfast included was sufficient,it is the same everyday with no variation so we went out for a Couple of breakfasts to Break it up a bit . Staff at Reception and Brakfast excellent. Location is 10 mins to main Part with lots to eat and Music Square playing live music every Night. Bus Stop opposite the Hotel...thoroughly Recommend No 8 bus to El Cottilo lovely place. Pool is very Small and we didn't even try to get a Sunbed , so if your Pool People then maybe this isn't for you .
Lovely welcome when we arrived. Easy check-in and the apartment was fabulous.
Good location; 10 min walk to the marina and a little bit further to the main strip with shops, bars & restaurants. The one bedroom apartment we had was relatively modern and clean - sofa bed was a bit worn and squeaky but fine for a short stay. Would have liked to have seen the sofa bed made up for our arrival. Wifi good but Netflix did not work. Public areas were kept clean. Staff friendly at reception and breakfast. Breakfast consisted of bread, pastries, cereal, ham, fruit and cooked eggs. Some noise/bass could be heard from the rooftop bar (we were on ground floor).
Excellent hotel for what I needed everything is near by check in was simple very clean hotel only used it for one night but would use it again no problems
Lovely property, on the quiet end of Corralejo which is good. Could have do e with a few more utensils in the kitchen
This is a fantastic apartment complex. Great modern and clean complex. Staff were so helpful and efficient. The rooftop bar is a lovely place to relax in the evening. Location is perfect, and only 10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We will definitely choose this place on our next trip to Fuerteventura.
The staff and rooms were excellent the only downside is there is no daily cleaning had to change our own bedding no fresh towels i dont go away to do my own cleaning so although the rooms and staff were good i wouldnt stay there again
The staff were great - they initially gave us an apartment that would have been noisy with people passing but changed this for us without delay when we asked them to. The entire complex is kept so clean it's almost unbelievable… there was even someone painting the scuff marks on the walls to keep them pristine white. The pool area is very small so it's almost impossible to get a sun lounger, as obviously there are the usual suspects who stake their claim whether they’re using them or not. If you want absolute peace and quiet this isn’t the place for you… there’s a rooftop bar on one of the blocks which plays loud music… pluses and minuses to this of course! It's a great place to have a cocktail and listen to live music and watch the sunset, but if you want a quiet time in your apartment you can’t. To be fair, it's only Wednesday to Sunday, and they do stop at 10.30pm, so this isn’t a complaint, just an observation. The apartment itself (junior suite) was perfectly clean and had all the basics we needed for simple self catering. The location is very handy for the bus stop and the local supermarket, restaurants and bars.
Loved the apartment, clean, well equiped and modern. Didnt need aircon as it wasnt overly hot inside the apartment and there is a large ceiling fan which was ample. There is a roof top bar which is great but obviously does mean there is some noise between around 5pm and 11.00pm but a lovely area fir a sunset drink. Pool is lovely but small for the amount of people so sun beds are a little scarce. Cleaning of rooms and use of gym is charged extra so just something to bare in mind. Great place would definitely go back
Lovely stay for 2 nights for 4 of us
This is an ok property, but not one I would go back to. The rooms are very noisy and you can hear music until late. There is also no cleaning of rooms (I didn’t notice this before) or air conditioning. Had I gone in the summer it would have been unbearable. We paid extra for breakfast and then decided to lose the money and go elsewhere as we were given dry toast, awful coffee and a glass of juice. Overall I was disappointed.
The property is very well located next to shops and restaurants, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The apartments are spread across 6 blocks ours being on the 2nd floor of block 2 directly below the rooftop bar where loud music was played on a number of evenings up to midnight although it was at a reduced volume after 23:00. On Saturday the disco music with a banging beat was particularly uncomfortable. For us a couple in our 60's it spoilt what would have been a nice place to stay for the week. The signs in the lobby of the apartment building suggest that it is prohibited to alter the tranquility of the building with singing, high volume of stereos. It would have been appreciated if the resort had follwed its own rules.
We had a really enjoyable stay. Great accommodation and amenities. Location is fantastic, less than 10 minute walk to bars, harbour and beaches. Bus stop for local travel really handy. Staff really helpful. Breakfast taken in their restaurant next door was a great start to the day. Unfortunately our balcony (D10) was possibly the least private, so would try to avoid if we return, but not a deal breaker. You cannot fault this accommodation.
Hotel was okay, very small balconies and no seating area at pool. Bar only open Wed to Sun at 4 oclock each day.
Property does not have on site parking or AC. Burntout lights in the room. Washroom sing would barely drain. Shower improperly constructed where water flow onto the floor of the bathroom. You had to damn the shower door at the floor with towels then wring them out and hang to dry. Furniture was badly worn. Most of the caulking was split. Beware should you get a room in block 2. Second floor is beneath the rooftop bar and dance floor. If you are in suites F or G your room and balcony view is of the Main Street! Property was clean and well cared for as was the pool. The room left a lot to be desired.
Mixed feelings about the accommodation. Had apartment for six, we were four. Parts of the decor tired and worn, small bathroom for a group, with issues. Kitchen fan didn't work and hob unresponsive. Balcony sat over busy road, so couldn't sit out. Staff in the restaurant were at times, well grumpy, giving mixed instructions from different staff and then berating us for following the initial instruction. I don't want to be told off like a child on holiday when staff issue conflicting information to us. Maintenance lady who came to our apartment was simply just rude. On the plus side, Staff on reception were very polite and helpful, the breakfast food was good and the roof-bar was nice.
Nice rooms, comfortable pillows and mattress. Interesting” breakfast - really liked the settings and restaurant. Pleasantly surprised with “freshly squeezed” orange juice but on the next day saw a lady filling up the bottles from cheap brand pack of juice… very slow service. Internet didn’t work. Asked the reception to fix it, but it wasn’t fixed. Area may not be safe as one family at the reception was reporting to a police as being robed while entering the property.
Spacious accommodation. Near bus stop. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and harbour. No hot water for three mornings, then fixed. Noisy music at night - from next door building, I think.
Modern, stylish apartment in great location, however cleanliness let it down, but fine after a clean. .
Staff were amazingly friendly and offered support and assistance when we had a medical emergency. They went above and beyond. We had 2 rooms as our booking was not available on arrival but they moved us the next day without question Very clean and the Queen size bed was comfortable and totally unexpected I would say I would return again just for the bed. Small print said charge for cleaning anf this is not the case. There was no charge.
Nice apartments, clean and fairly modern. No air conditioning or daily cleaning service - although you can pay for this. Not much in the area - couple of supermarkets within a few minutes. Beach and port are both close by - 10 minutes walk. As is Music Square etc. Fuerteventura is lovely.
Very nice hotel. Rooms very warm, but fans left. Pool looked nice but we did not get to try it out as we were only there 2 nights. Lady on reception lovely and really helpful .
The apartment was very modern and clean but the lack of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable.
I'm a full time travel blogger/influencer who came to Fuerteventura last minute and was beyond impressed with my stay at Bristol Sunset! It's such a chic little tropical oasis, and I love that it had the comfort of a small apartment rather than typical hotel room! Plus the rooftop is to die for! Amazing hotel, only here for one night but room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. Rooftop bar stunning. Will definitely be back, highly recommended x
The property was clean, ideal location, close to everything. The only down was the fact that we were not given clean bedding or towels half way through out stay. We had booked for 10 days. This apparently was because it was a private booking.
Staff cleanliness location amenities all excellent looking forward to our next visit
I was allocated ground floor, despite asking for upper. They then gave me upper which I was assured was same standard,Dreadful experience.Unfriendly service,NO view from bedroom(just wall and pipes),very bad view from lounge/balcony.Offered a new room a few days before departure.I paid more than my friend (who booked at similar date)for a very inferior room
In a quiet part of town but uneasy walking distance of shops, beach and restaurants. Everything you need to cook your own food but the option to have breakfast on the roof terrace with great views.
Bright modern rooms. Laid back feel. Excellent location for shops and restaurants. A car helps to easily access superb beaches. Breakfast a bit limited and manic but lovely staff made up for it.
I loved the fitness studio and rooftop bar, the sangria offer was amazing and the staff were all lovely ❤️
Good apartments with excellent facilities although the pool on the ground floor and the rooftop terrace/bar being situated separately didn’t quite work for us. The complex is kept clean but we were plagued with insects in our gf apartment, which we kept under control using sprays but did take the shine off our stay. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Apartment was brilliant, with all you could need. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely pool with sun beds and parasols. It would have been good to have had some English channels on TV - we could only find BBC World news which is very repetative. Unfortunately there was some building work going on which was quite noisy.
The studio was clean and modern like the pics. A bit on the small side for luggage etc and no storage area in bathroom. Rooms are not cleaned daily. We stayed for 3 nights. I think on day 5 there is service? Stayed in August so a bit too hot not to have air conditioning! It’s the policy of the hotel to not install. I asked for an extra fan in room so I could sleep at night! We were on the ground floor so could not keep patio or window open all night. It’s not close to the center for restaurants, beach etc so at night it’s a quiet dark walk back!! This hotel is fine if you like hot rooms, not a problem out of season and it’s economical price wise. The pool area is busy and not comfortable for more than an hour. If you have a car and just passing through then it’s ideal. All staff friendly and pleasant. P.s I was told to put my rubbish bag in the bin across the road when I left 😂😂 apparently everyone is asked to take their trash! That’s a first for me!
Great check in service, rooftop bar is beautiful!!
The apartment was fantastic and the whole area was very clean. The location is great, just a short walk from the sea & the town centre and the free parking opposite is a huge bonus. They allowed us to check in 4 hours early on the first day at no additional cost which was greatly appreciated as we were tired after an early start. The apartment was cleaned once during our visit and fresh towels were provided. We did ask to change our towels the day before they were swapped and the receptionist informed us that our apartment was due to be cleaned tomorrow however they would change them early if absolutely necessary - you do get the vibe that they're trying to keep their costs down and ultimately we opted to wait until the following day. The pool area is relatively small and cramped which didn't affect us at all as we didn't make use of this facility and it's clear from the photo's that they are taken from specific angles to make the property appear bigger than it is. My one small gripe with an otherwise perfect stay is that check-out is advertised from 8am and the reception opens at 9. As our flight departed at 10.50am we had to leave before 8am and it wasn't clear what to do if you needed to check-out before 8 and we didnt think to ask beforehand as have never encountered this anywhere before. In the end as we couldn't find any staff we ended up leaving the key in the apartment and I'm still not sure what their correct procedure is.
The staff are amazing, very helpful and lovely people. The hotel is great space and very clean. You can enjoy a nice breakfast at the roof and have a great time watching the sunset drinking a lovely coquetel. I highly recommend this place. Thanks you all to make our holidays very special.
Good
Room spacious and beds very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool. Upstairs bar , friendly staff and good view. Walking distance to the harbour and bars and restaurants. Good value.
Very clean, nice welcome on reception and friendly staff , breakfast good x
Incredible design, extremely clean and very friendly atmosphere. Great place where you can stay just to relax by the pool, very peaceful band quiet. Little kitchen has literally everything (coffee machine, toaster etc.). Place offers variety of fitness classes and have you seen their rooftop bar 😍?
We stayed in a first floor apartment here for two nights after a week in a villa with family. It was nice to stay more central to the old town & port of Corralejo as opposed to the area we previously stayed. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. The rooftop terrace area is very comfortable for breakfast, lunch, drinks or for just chilling.
It was modern fresh. The roof terrace breakfast bar was fabulous with great views. A wonderful way to start your day
Kitchen had everything except a wine opener. Room very modern. Bed very comfortable. TV in sitting room and bedroom. Pool cool, but I really liked it. Friendly staff at reception and on the roof. You can hire bikes and do yoga and surfing etc. I didn't but you can. Close to harbour and bars and restaurants. 2 large supermarkets 50-100 metres away. Sorry I mentioned the wine opener, we bought one for a couple of Euro. Had a great time
Really helpful staff, rooms and grounds look exactly like the pictures. And with 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walk, ideal location
Perfect location, new buildings, nice terrace, easy to park, cool furniture in the apartment. Didn’t like there was not hand soap in the room and you couldn’t use the fan in the bedroom without turning the light on. Also we were not lucky and receive a room next to the reception and if the curtains are not close everyone see inside and was too noisy because of check in check out people passing the reception.
Brilliant facilities, room was great and had all amenities expected and more
Very nice well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment
This property is very much as listed. Great facilities, very clean and very comfortable. Would stay again.
Amazing hotel in a wonderful island. Very clean, modern, with great service and great breakfast in a sunny terrace with an ocean view.
We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, the service was great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. There is so much to do at the hotel and in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool too cold to swim in.
Within easy walking distance of restaurants & bars
BRISTOL sunset Beach 3rd stay excellent spacious accommodation clean and very comfortable. Staff are excellent helpful and very friendly nothing too much trouble . Fabulous roof Terrance with great food and drinks a great area to catch the sun and chill . Definitely recommend this hotel good location
Lovely chilled and quiet, staff are lovely also.
Our stay was ok. Apartments are small if there are 4 of you. Beds are very hard & the patio of the ground floor apartments offers you absolutely no privacy. We didn’t sit out there at all. The pool is tiny so if you love sunbathing by a communal pool this is not the place for you. If like us you are at the beach every day then it’s ok. Would I stay again.....only if other apartments were not available.
Reallygreat property. clean , really comfortable bed.stayed for 10 nights, room cleaned twice. Lovely pool ..attendant in situ. Breakfast good. Well stocked apartment for self catering. The only problem wascthe noise from the boiler / plant room adjacent to the end room on the ground floor, which disturbed our sleep.
Very good self catering facilities in apartment and lovely roof terrace for breakfast , bar and sunbathing . Only disappointment was that our balcony did not get the sun at all .
Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The refrigerator was large and cold. There is bicycle rental on-site. Negatives: Noise due to the long hallways and young American male surfers playing music and stomping on the floor above me. All of the floors are tile, apparently. The table and chairs are uncomfortable and not ergonomic for working on a laptop.
Roof top bar and terrace is a lovely place to relax
I thought the Bristol Sunset Beach apartments were great. The location is excellent as it was so lovely and quiet and away from the main strip but yet it was only a 10 minute walk away. The only criticism I have was that there is no air conditioning here and I found nightimes to be unbearably hot and uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep. I definitely couldn't have stayed here in the summer. Other than that I would recommend it to others as it was a very lovely with a well equipped kitchen.
Lovely suite and great rooftop bar and chill out area with fab serving staff . All made for great stay and booked again 😊
very clean, lovely staff, nice vibe and a good location.
Lovely quiet hotel, rooms are very modern . Grounds well kept and rooftop bar area is lovely. Only down side for me was there are no umbrellas anywhere so no shade from the sun. 5 minute walk to the town for bars restaurants, staff all nice and helpful.
Gorgeous rooftop area and close to the heart of corralejo
