AP Aeroporto Porto

Generous room size. Nice breakfast. Close to airport. Convenient shuttle. Great staff.

Come è bagno molto spaziosi, ottimo il sevizio navetta

The staff were extremely helpful. My parents were located a room on the ground floor. There are steps in the room so we asked if there was a room without steps and they were able to move them.

Not keen on the steps in the rooms on the ground floor. Nighttime bathroom visits, you’d need to be careful.

The room was a good size, clean and the shower was very good. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The bed was a bit hard.

The shuttle to and from the airport was great, no waiting. Lots of gluten free options for breakfast and they also had gluten free bread and croissants. Very quiet at night so got a good sleep.

Goede locatie. Gratis shuttle. Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer ruime kamer. Goed ontbijt.

Great location near airport. Convenient shuttle. Nice breakfast. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

The shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable.

This may be my favorite hotel in the area, and I recognize how silly that may sound as it's an airport hotel in the far outskirts of a historic city! But the staff is so efficient and welcoming. The hotel is convenient -- it has on-site parking, its own restaurant and snack bar serving tasty, traditional meals as well as international foods, an operational elevator, and it isn't far from car rental locations. The rooms are big and clean with very good showers and coffee/ tea offerings.

The hotel is very busy. It may need to hire additional staff for check-in. We see the hard-working staff in multiple roles!

Tudo no geral. O quarto muito confortável

Nada a apontar

Havia ainda cabelos no chao.

Front desk and restaurant staff were great. Appreciated the free airport shuttle and friendly driver. Room was spacious and enjoyed having a large sliding door that could be opened. Plenty of storage in the room if needed.

Shower leaked. Beds were not all that comfortable and couldn't find any international news channels.

A localização é muito próxima do hotel. Muito bom o pequeno almoço. Simpatia dos funcionários.

Convenient location to Porto Airport. Friendly helpful staff.

Stairs in the bedroom. Problem for someone with mobility issues.

World-class service and a flawless stay before an early flight! This hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every single way, from the prime location and beautiful decor to the high-end finishes. We absolutely loved our huge room, which was spotlessly clean and had great AC. The staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, and the team in the bar area were funny, informative, and great for a bit of fun banter. While we didn't eat in the restaurant, it looked absolutely gorgeous. As a massive bonus, the shuttle driver provided truly world-class service—he kindly dropped us off at our restaurant the evening before and picked us up, then gave us a 4:00 AM wake-up call and drove us to the airport. If you are lucky enough to get service from him, make sure to tip him well! We completely loved our stay and will definitely return in the future.

The staff, especially Victor, who picked us up and Sofia in the restaurant, were especially helpful and friendly. They alone would make us want to return. The other staff were good, too. They provided blankets within minutes of our requesting them and were on hand to help at every point. They moved our room to one closer to the lift to help my wife, who is partially disabled. It was the little things that made the difference--but that we noticed and appreciated.

The front desk was a bit shorthanded when we arrived on both occasions, so there was a longer wait than we would have liked. Victor noticed and seated my wife quickly to avoid her discomfort but having an additional person to process incoming visitors would have made a difference.

Really lovely hotel with all you need. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have walked to the airport from here in the past but I was very happy for the early shuttle because of the big bag I had this trip. The room was large and everything was clean and handy. I appreciate the kettle and coffee. I didn't have a long stay because of the very early flight. The shuttle driver was very cordial and helpful.

I would have preferred a room without steps between bathroom and bedroom area but it wasn't a big deal.

Very spacious and comfortable.

We could hear noise from the corridor, such as doors closing or people talking in the middle of the night.

Excellent location for early flights. Shuttle service was very punctual and easy to book. Staff were very helpful and accommodating with luggage and check in.

Limpeza, Conforto, Perto.do Aereporto

Sehr nahe beim Flughafen. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer.

Location great. Left too early in the AM for breakfast. Food at bar was very good.

Great for a night. Friendly staff and well equipped.

Good staff, very helpful to us. Good location to airport. Great shuttle service. Good room size.

Bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable.

great and friendly staff. very close to airport with shuttle provided too clean throughout

The room was very clean and the staff were amazing.

I wish I didn't hear the neighbors, the people in the parking and the hallway.

great desk guy, good breakfast selection, AMAZING ROOMS a short 5-10mins of walking from the exit of OPO and once again AMAZING rooms :D

Yes,

Clean and nit,

Vicinissimo all aeroporto, buona colazione e stanza spaziosissima. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la cordialità dello staff.

Niente!

Easy to check-in and chek-out, super friendly staff! Breakfast provided good options. The room was way bigger than I expected and the shower was amazing, probably the best shower ever even compared to better hotels I've been in.

Pillows provided were either too huge (puffy), or not thick enough to support the neck, something in the middle would have been perfect! Coffee from the machine was too watery.

The beds could use an upgrade but everything else was beyond what I’d anticipated from an airport hotel.
